Regional Capital Mobility in China: 1978-2006
We examine cross-region capital mobility in China and track how the degree of mobility has changed over time. The effects of fiscal and redistributive activities of different levels of government in China on private capital mobility are taken into account. Our results indicate that there was a significant improvement in capital mobility over time in China, particularly for private capital in the more developed regions. The central and provincial governments, via their taxation, spending, and transfers, loosen the relationship between private saving and investment and appear to promote capital mobility, particularly for less developed regions. There are considerable differences between more and less developed regions in terms of the degree of capital market integration and the improvement in capital mobility over time. Cluster ionization via two-plasmon excitation
We calculate the two-photon ionization of clusters for photon energies near
the surface plasmon resonance. The results are expressed in terms of the
ionization rate of a double plasmon excitation, which is calculated
perturbatively. For the conditions of the experiment by Schlipper et al., we
find an ionization rate of the order of 0.05-0.10 fs^(-1). This rate is used to
determine the ionization probability in an external field in terms of the
number of photons absorbed and the duration of the field. The probability also
depends on the damping rate of the surface plasmon. Agreement with experiment
can only be achieved if the plasmon damping is considerably smaller than its
observed width in the room-temperature single-photon absorption spectrum.Comment: 17 pages and 6 PostScript figure
Factors influencing to use of Bluezone
This study aims to understand the main factors and their influence on the
behavioral intention of users about using Bluezone. Surveys are sent to users
through the Google Form tool. Experimental results through analysis of
exploratory factors on 224 survey subjects show that there are 4 main factors
affecting user behavior. Structural equation modeling indicates that trust,

Two-pion-exchange contributions to the pp\to pp\pi^0 reaction
Our previous study of the near-threshold pp\to pp\pi^0 reaction based on a
hybrid nuclear effective field theory is further elaborated by examining the
momentum dependence of the relevant transition operators. We show that the
two-pion exchange diagrams give much larger contributions than the one-pion
exchange diagram, even though the former is of higher order in the Weinberg
counting scheme. The relation between our results and an alternative counting

Breakup Reactions of 11Li within a Three-Body Model
We use a three-body model to investigate breakup reactions of 11Li (n+n+9Li)
on a light target. The interaction parameters are constrained by known
properties of the two-body subsystems, the 11Li binding energy and
fragmentation data. The remaining degrees of freedom are discussed. The
projectile-target interactions are described by phenomenological optical
potentials. The model predicts dependence on beam energy and target,
differences between longitudinal and transverse momentum distributions and
provides absolute values for all computed differential cross sections. We give
an almost complete series of observables and compare with corresponding
measurements. Remarkably good agreement is obtained. The relative neutron-9Li
p-wave content is about 40%. A p-resonance, consistent with measurements at
about 0.5 MeV of width about 0.4 MeV, seems to be necessary. The widths of the
momentum distributions are insensitive to target and beam energy with a
tendency to increase towards lower energies. The transverse momentum
distributions are broader than the longitudinal due to the diffraction process.
The absolute values of the cross sections follow the neutron-target cross
sections and increase strongly for beam energies decreasing below 100 MeV/u.Comment: 19 pages, 14 figures, RevTeX, psfig.st
Long- and medium-range components of the nuclear force in quark-model based calculations
Quark-model descriptions of the nucleon-nucleon interaction contain two main
ingredients, a quark-exchange mechanism for the short-range repulsion and
meson-exchanges for the medium- and long-range parts of the interaction. We
point out the special role played by higher partial waves, and in particular
the 1F3, as a very sensitive probe for the meson-exchange part employed in
these interaction models. In particular, we show that the presently available
models fail to provide a reasonable description of higher partial waves and
indicate the reasons for this shortcoming.Comment: 19 pages, 7 figure
