A magyar hűtÅ‘ipar számára a külföldi piacokon való értékesÃtés nagy jelentÅ‘ségű. A hűtÅ‘ipar talán az egyetlen ágazat, melynek termelése minÅ‘ségileg sosem különült el az értékesÃtés piacai szerint, köszönhetÅ‘en annak, hogy a vertikumban a nemzetközi követelmények érvényesültek. A komplex vásárlói modellek elemzését követÅ‘en megállapÃtható, hogy az ÃzesÃtett termékeket leginkább az aktÃv szellemi foglalkozásúak részesÃtik elÅ‘nyben, akik átlag feletti jövedelemmel rendelkeznek. Az ÃzesÃtett termékek és a vegyes összetevÅ‘jű (mix) termékek tipikus vásárlója között nem tapasztalható jelentÅ‘s eltérés. A vizsgálat eredményei alapján az a következtetés vonható le, hogy az egy összetevÅ‘jű termékek vásárlói között a legalacsonyabb a férfiak és a legmagasabb a nÅ‘k, valamint a középfokú végzettségűek aránya. --------------------------------------------- The marketing of products in foreign markets is of paramount importance for the Hungarian deep freeze industry. The deep freeze industry may be the only sector where the quality of products has never varied according to the target market, as the product chain is ruled by international requirements. The analysis of complex customer models leads us to conclude that flavoured products were favoured by mostly persons of white collar vocations, who have an above average in come. No significant discrepancies were perceived between the typical customers of flavoured products and products of mixed ingredients. Exotic magnetism in the alkali sesquoxides Rb4O6 and Cs4O6
Among the various alkali oxides the sesquioxides Rb4O6 and Cs4O6 are of
special interest. Electronic structure calculations using the local
spin-density approximation predicted that Rb4O6 should be a half-metallic
ferromagnet, which was later contradicted when an experimental investigation of
the temperature dependent magnetization of Rb4O6 showed a low-temperature
magnetic transition and differences between zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and
field-cooled (FC) measurements. Such behavior is known from spin glasses and
frustrated systems. Rb4O6 and Cs4O6 comprise two different types of dioxygen
anions, the hyperoxide and the peroxide anions. The nonmagnetic peroxide anions
do not contain unpaired electrons while the hyperoxide anions contain unpaired
electrons in antibonding pi*-orbitals. High electron localization (narrow
bands) suggests that electronic correlations are of major importance in these
open shell p-electron systems. Correlations and charge ordering due to the
mixed valency render p-electron-based anionogenic magnetic order possible in
the sesquioxides. In this work we present an experimental comparison of Rb4O6
and the related Cs4O6. The crystal structures are verified using powder x-ray
diffraction. The mixed valency of both compounds is confirmed using Raman
spectroscopy, and time-dependent magnetization experiments indicate that both
compounds show magnetic frustration, a feature only previously known from d-
and f-electron systems
Evaluation of selected characteristics in industrial hemp after phytohormonal treatment
Plant growth and development is significantly influenced by phytohormones \u2013 endogenous molecules present naturally in plants. The best known plant hormones are auxins and cytokinins. This study examined the possible effect of externally applied plant hormone analogues (growth regulators): 1-naphthyl acetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzyl aminopurine (BAP) on industrial fibre hemp (Cannabis sativa L., variety Bialobrzeskie). Plants were treated with three different concentrations of NAA (5, 10 and 20 mg/l) and three different concentrations of BAP (10, 25 and 50 mg/l). Morphological and physiological characteristics, such as apical dominance, shoot branching, fibre properties, and flavonoid content were evaluated. The chosen variety of hemp

Upper critical field, lower critical field and critical current density of FeTe0.60Se0.40 single crystal
The transport and magnetic studies are performed on high quality
FeTe0.60Se0.40 single crystals to determine the upper critical fields (Hc2),
lower critical field (Hc1) and the Critical current density (Jc). The value of
upper critical field Hc2 are very large, whereas the activation energy as
determined from the slope of the Arrhenius plots are was found to be lower than
that in the FeAs122 superconductor. The lower critical field was determined in
ab direction and c direction of the crystal, and was found to have a anisotropy
of 'gamma'{=(Hc1//c) / (Hc1//b)} ~ 4. The magnetic isotherms measured up to 12
Tesla shows the presence of fishtail behavior. The critical current densities
at 1.8K of the single crystal was found to almost same in both ab and c
direction as 1X105 Amp/cm2 in low field regime.Comment: 9 pages, 6 figure
Decellularized cryopreserved human pericardium: a validation study towards tissue bank practice
Pericardial patches are currently used as reconstructive material in cardiac surgery for surgical treatment of cardiac septal defects. Autologous pericardial patches, either treated with glutaraldehyde or not, can be used as an alternative to synthetic materials or xenograft in congenital septal defects repair. The availability of an allogenic decellularized pericardium could reduce complication during and after surgery and could be a valid alternative. Decellularization of allogenic tissues aims at reducing the immunogenic reaction that might trigger inflammation and tissue calcification over time. The ideal graft for congenital heart disease repair should be biocompatible, mechanically resistant, non-immunogenic, and should have the ability to growth with the patients. The aim of the present study is the evaluation of the efficacy of a new decellularization protocol of homologous pericardium, even after cryopreservation. The technique has proven to be suitable as a tissue bank procedure and highly successful in the removal of cells and nucleic acids content, but also in the preservation of collagen and biomechanical properties of the human pericardium
High temperature superconductivity (Tc onset at 34K) in the high pressure orthorhombic phase of FeSe
We have studied the structural and superconducting properties of tetragonal
FeSe under pressures up to 26GPa using synchrotron radiation and diamond anvil
cells. The bulk modulus of the tetragonal phase is 28.5(3)GPa, much smaller
than the rest of Fe based superconductors. At 12GPa we observe a phase
transition from the tetragonal to an orthorhombic symmetry. The high pressure
orthorhombic phase has a higher Tc reaching 34K at 22GPa.Comment: 15 pages, 4 figure
Digit ratio (2D:4D), laryngeal cancer and vocal fold leukoplakia
Background - To date, there are no studies that have analyzed the possible influence of exposure to prenatal sex hormones on
the risk of laryngeal cancer (LC) and premalignant laryngeal lesion—vocal fold leukoplakia (VFL). Digit ratio (2D:4D) is
suggested to be a proxy of prenatal sex hormone exposure.
Objective - To examine 2D:4D in patients with LC and clarify if it could add to the verified risk factors in estimating the
overall risk of LC.
Methods - 511 subjects participated in the study. The study group included 269 patients: with LC (N = 114, 64 men) and VFL
(N = 155, 116 men). Controls included 242 healthy individuals (66.40 ± 4.50 years (106 men)).
Results - Predictive models estimating the risk of VFL and LC in women, based solely on predictors like smoking and alcohol
consumption had a lower area under the ROC curve (AUC) than the model with left 2D:4D. AUC for the model estimating
the likelihood of VFL increased from 0.83 to 0.85, and for LC from 0.76 to 0.79.
Conclusions - Low left 2D:4D may be associated with an increased risk of developing leukoplakia and laryngeal cancer in
women. In the case of laryngeal cancer, left 2D:4D may serve as additional variable (to other known risk factors, such as
smoking and/or alcohol consumption), which can improve cancer risk prediction
Human amniotic membrane for myocutaneous dehiscence after a radical surgical treatment of vulvar cancer: A case report
Background: The application of the amniotic membrane could have a favourable effect on tissue repair and regeneration. We report the first case of implant of an amniotic membrane in a patient affected by myo-cutaneous dehiscence, after a radical surgical treatment for vulvar cancer. Methods: We describe a case of a 74-years-old patient affected by vulvar cancer. After radiotherapy, the patient underwent to an anterior pelvic exenteration with uretero-ileo-cutaneostomy by Wallace, bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy, omental biopsies, omental flap, bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy, resection of ulcerated left inguinal lesion, reconstruction with left gracilis muscle flap and locoregional V-Y advancement flap. The patient developed a myo-cutaneous dehiscence. Two months after the surgery, following an accurate curettage of the wound and negative pressure therapy, a patch of human amniotic membrane was implanted. Results: The surgical procedure was easy, feasible and did not require long operating room times. No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. The results obtained were encouraging with a marked improvement in the surgical wound. Conclusion: the use of amniotic membranes was safely and easily performed to promote the healing of complicated surgical wounds
