A talajképződés és a talajtulajdonságok előrejelzésének vizsgálata = Regional study of soil formation and prediction of soil properties with statistical and GIS techniques
A Dokucsájev munkássága alapján Jenny által a talajkĂ©pzĹ‘dĂ©s általános jellemzĂ©sĂ©re felĂrt "v, a, s = f (cl, AE, r, p, t...)" egyenletet vizsgáltuk nĂ©gy mĂ©retarányban: 1:500.000, 1:100.000, 1:25-10.000 Ă©s a talajláncolatok. Ráadásul a biotikus viszonyok visszahatnak az alapkĹ‘zet bizonyos tulajdonságaira Ă©s a hidrolĂłgiai viszonyokra, emiatt a hatások mĂ©g inkább összetettek. Szikes tĂ©rszĂneken a fenti hatások sokkal Ă©lesebben jelentkeznek. A rĂ©szletesebb lĂ©ptĂ©kekben (kisebb mint mint 1:30.000) a reflektanciát Ă©s elektromos vezetĹ‘kĂ©pessĂ©get mĂ©rĹ‘ műszerek jĂłl használhatĂłk a talajkĂ©pzĹ‘dĂ©s egyes eseteinek elkĂĽlönĂtĂ©sĂ©re. Szikes terĂĽleteken pedig a műszeres mĂ©rĂ©sek megbĂzhatĂł alapját kĂ©pezhetik a legfontosabb folyamatok jellemzĂ©sĂ©nek. Az idĹ‘beli változások erĹ‘sen jelentkeznek az arra Ă©rzĂ©keny szikes terĂĽleteken minden tĂ©rbeli lĂ©ptĂ©kben. | We studied the equation 'v, a, s = f (cl, AE, r, p, t...)' compiled by Jenny after the concepts of Dokuchaev for describing soil formation at four scales of 1:500,000, 1:100,000, 1:25-10,000, catenas. Our objective was the numerical prediction of soil properties. In the case of small scale (greater than 1:75,000) several factors could not be studied due the deficiency of databases. Very briefly, our experiences showed that inside Hungary the most important factor in soil formation is the topography. The effect of topography cannot be separated from the hydrological conditions, since compared to the higher slope situations the valley situation causes a surplus of water. The two mentioned factors affect the parent material and the biotic conditions as well. Consequently this latter often cannot be considered to be an independent factor. Moreover the biotic conditions affect some properties of the parent material and the hydrological conditions through a feedback; therefore the controls are rather complex. In salt-affected landscapes the effects mentioned are much more evident. At larger scale (greater than 1:30,000) the instruments measuring reflectance and electric conductivity can be used efficiently to distinguish the cases of soil formation. In salt-affected areas the instruments provide the basis for the characterization of the most important processes. The temporal changes can be shown at every scale in the salt-affected areas, which are susceptible for hydrological changes
A magyar katonai hĂrszerzĂ©s megfigyelĂ©sei OlaszországrĂłl egy 1966-os operatĂv tankönyv alapján
Intelligence activities and counter-intelligence are an important part of all state activities, regardless of space and time. From the loss of World War II to the fall of communism, Hungary was subordinated to the security needs of the Soviet Union, that is why the hungarian military intelligence tasks were determined by NATO's strategic opposition. A major part of the military intelligence work was the submission of reports to the political and military leadership after the proper analysis and evaluation of the data obtained. The operative textbook I was researching was made by military intelligence in 1966 to contribute to the enhancement of intelligence in Italy. These documents were strictly for internal use only for operatives, as knowledge of what was contained therein was indispensable for performing intelligence tasks. The operational textbook contained a summary of the Italian Republic's political and administrative system, its secret services and other law enforcement agencies, covered all areas of the State's operation and had to provide reliable, credible and up-to-date information for the country's intelligence activities. I am convinced that these documents provide a better insight into the factors that help or hinder intelligence in Italy, and that further research will give us a better understanding of military intelligence activities during the Cold War
CORPORATE VALUATION USING TWO-DIMENSIONAL MONTE CARLO SIMULATION
In this paper, we have presented a corporate valuation model. The model combine several valuation methods in order to get more accurate results. To determine the corporate asset value we have used the Gordon-like two-stage asset valuation model based on the calculation of the free cash flow to the firm. We have used the free cash flow to the firm to determine the corporate market value, which was calculated with use of the Black-Scholes option pricing model in frame of the two-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation method. The combined model and the use of the two-dimensional simulation model provides a better opportunity for the corporate value estimation.corporate valuation, free cash flow to the firm, real options, Black-Scholes option pricing model, two-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation, R statistics
