ERROR ANALYSIS OF SPANISH STUDENTS REGARDING ADJECTIVES AND SUBJECTS IN ENGLISH

Nowadays we live in a multicultural world. We interact with people from different cultures who speak different languages. We are forced to learn different languages because we used them for traveling, working, personal fulfillment and for studying. For this reason, the attention that linguistics pay to the acquisition of the language has increased in the last decades. Studying a language means making errors, which help us to understand better this process. That is why this work deals with the error analysis of Spanish students concerning the order of adjectives and the omission of subjects as learns of English as the second language.Hoy en día vivimos en un mundo multicultural. Interactuamos con personas de diferentes culturas que hablan diferentes idiomas. Nos vemos obligados a aprender diferentes idiomas porque los utilizamos para viajar, trabajar, fines personales y para estudiar. Debido a esto, la importancia que ha adquirido el estudio de adquisición del lenguaje ha aumentado en las últimas décadas. Aprender un nuevo idioma significa cometer errores, lo que nos ayuda a comprender mejor este proceso. The contract for the sale of goods: translation & analysis

The translation of the legal field is considered a specialized-purpose translation, which has increased its importance throughout the few years. Legal translation is characterized by a certain complexity due to the technical vocabulary and other linguistic aspects that differ significantly between two or more countries. Therefore, this work deals with a commented translation and analysis of the Contract for the Sale of Goods from English into Spanish taking into account different resources. Its main aim is to show the main differences and similitudes between the English and Spanish contracts. Moreover, a bilingual terminological glossary was achieved as aid for translators.La traducción jurídica se considera una traducción especializada cuya importancia ha ido aumentado a lo largo de los últimos años. Además, la traducción jurídica se caracteriza por su complejidad debido a su vocabulario técnico y otros aspectos lingüísticos que difieren de manera importante entre dos o más países. Por ello, este proyecto tiene como objetivo una traducción comentada del ingles al español de un contrato de compraventa teniendo en cuenta diferentes recursos Su objetivo principal es mostrar las diferencias y similitudes entre los contratos ingleses y españoles. Hogyan befolyásolták egyes történelmi időszakok a migráció dinamikáját?

Population movements have always played an important role in world history. The main question is how history affects migration and how migration influences history. The dynamic process of migration is considered as a tool for human adaptation. Previously, the migration decision was motivated mainly by looking for better chances, in the first decades of the 21st century people leave their home due to such immediate dangers like various effects of climate change, natural disasters and weakness of states, civil war situation within a country, that is lack of economic and security stability. Although, only 3.5 percent of the world population is concerned in international migration, those migrants are concentrated on certain continents, regions and some countries. Mobility is the main character of our contemporary history. However, the new old types of international migration can be seen, like temporary or circular migration, but these phenomena are not really new. We can find their parallel patterns in important historical times.A népvándorlások mindig fontos szerepet játszottak a világtörténelemben. A fő kérdés, hogy miként határozza meg a történelem a migrációt és hogyan befolyásolja a migráció a történelmet. A migráció dinamikus folyamatát az emberi alkalmazkodás eszközeként tekintik. Korábban a migrációs döntést leginkább a jobb lehetőségek keresése motiválta, a 21. század első évtizedeiben azonban az emberek már olyan közvetlen veszélyek miatt hagyták el otthonukat, mint az éghajlatváltozás különféle hatásai, természeti katasztrófák, az államok gyengülése, országon belüli polgárháborús helyzet, vagyis a gazdasági és a biztonsági stabilitás hiánya. A föld népességének csupán 3,5%-a, csaknem 272 millió személy érintett a nemzetközi migrációban, azonban ezek a vándorok egyes kontinensekre, régiókra és néhány országra koncentrálódnak. Jelenkori történelmünket a nemzetközi mobilitás jellemzi, a nemzetközi migráció régi-új formái láthatók, mint az ideiglenes vagy a cirkuláris migráció, azonban ezek a jelenségek nem teljesen újak. A projektszervezet néhány vezetési problémája

A projektszervezet a professzionális szakemberek ideiglenes, adott feladat elvégzésének idejére összeszerveződött csoportja, amely sajátos szervezési- és vezetési gyakorlatot alakított ki. E feladatok másféle vezetői képességeket igényelnek, mint a korábban domináns hierarchikus, döntési szerep fontosságát hangsúlyozó szervezetek vezetése. De minden esetben a projektvezető inkább jó manipulátor, semmint jó parancsnok. A tanulmányban a sikeres projektvezető ismérveit és a sikeresség, mások és saját maguk általi megítélését vizsgáljuk. The Role of Ketamine in Trauma

Early and effective pain control in trauma patients improves outcomes and limits disability, but analgesia is often missed in the unstable patient, or hemodynamically depressing medications are avoided for fear of losing stability. This chapter outlines the role of ketamine in managing traumatic emergencies in both out-of-hospital and hospital environment, and beyond. Low-dose ketamine also called a sub-dissociative dose is safe, efficient and effective analgesic that can be considered for trauma patients, pediatric or adults, as an alternative to opioids or in combination with opioids for on additive or synergistic effect, with minimal impact on hemodynamic stability. Ketamine at higher doses is also an excellent drug for induction of anesthesia in rapid sequence induction (RSI), post-intubation sedation maintenance or procedural sedation in the trauma patient. Also, can be used for acute agitation and excited delirium. In this chapter, we are describing this drug focusing on a deeper understanding of the safety and efficacy of this agent and, if supported, to encourage physicians to consider ketamine for pain control in trauma and beyond. Also, we are presenting the current literature surrounding ketamine’s evidences in the trauma condition to establish its utility and profile of safety for these patients
