Perlunya Pembaharuan Hukum Ekonomi Indonesia yang Tanggap terhadap Perubahan Pembangunan

Istilah Hukum Ekonomi atau Economic Law mulai dikenal di Indonesia pada sekitar tahun 1972. Pada saat itu masih banyak kalangan pakar hukum yang masih menentang kehadiran hukum ekonomi sebagai suatu bidang studi hukum yang baru dan mandiri. Tumbuhnya perhatian besar terhadap hHukum ekonomi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari munculnya berbagai masalah ekonomi, baik yang berskala nasional maupun global yang menghantam dunia, terutama Indonesia. Pembaharuan dasar-dasar pemikiran dibidang ekonomi ikut menrubah dan menentukan dasar-dasar sistem hukum, maka pembentukan dan penegakan asas-asas hukum yang sesuai juga akan mempelancar terbentuknya struktur dan sistem ekonomi yang dikehendaki. Tetapi sebaliknya, tanpa adanya asas-asas dan kaidah-kaidah hukum yang tepat dan cukup lengkap, tercapainya struktur ekonomi yang dicita-citakan justru akan terlambat . Metode yang tepat untuk melaksanakan pembaharuan hukum ekonomi Indonesia adalah melalui pendekatan transdisipliner, yaitu kerangka berpikir yang bertitik tolak pada pemikiran ekonomi yang juga menggunakan hasil pemikiran ilmu-ilmu sosial lainnya. Jadi jelasnya bahwa Hukum Ekonomi hasil pembaharuan tidak dapat lagi hanya dianggap sebagai bagian dari Hukum Administrasi Negara , atau sebagai perluasan dari Hukum Dagang atau kumpulan kaidah-kaidah hukum yang menyangkut perekonomian saja, tetapi hukum ekonomi yang mandiri yang bersifat transdisipliner yang memadukan tidak hanya berbagai pendekatan hukum (publik dan perdata), tetapi bahkan menggabungkan pendekatan hukum dengan pendekatan non hukum

Perlindungan Internasional terhadap Pengungsi dalam Konflik Bersenjata

Dalam suatu persengketaan bersenjata antarnegara atau konflik bersenjata dalam suatu negara, penduduk sipil adalah kelompok orang yang harus dilindungi. Dalam kondisi itu tidak sedikit yang harus melintasi batas negaranya untuk mendapatkan perlindungan. Adakalanya mereka ditampung dalam suatu kamp pengungsian yang memang disediakan oleh negara tetangga dan juga ada yang mencari suaka secara individual ke negara lain. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan itu, Komisi pengungsi mengeluarkan Nansen Passport yang merupakan dokumen perjalanan resmi bagi para pengungsi. Beberapa badan Internasional kemudian dibentuk dan pada era PBB dibentuk International Refugee Organization (IRO) dengan mandat melindungi kelompok-kelompok pengungsi, yang kemudian digantikan oleh UNHCR. Tugas UNHCR tidak hanya terikat kepada para pengungsi yang ditentukan oleh Konvensi 1951 saja (conventions refugees), tapi juga meluas terhadap mandate refugees. UNHCR juga bisa melakukan upaya pemulangan secara sukarela (voluntary repatriation) dan bisa juga berupa pemukiman kembali (resettlement)

Sintesis Film Tungsten Oksida (Wo3) dengan Penambahan Metal Co-katalis Besi (Fe) dan Aplikasinya pada Peningkatan Aktivitas Fotokatalitik Degradasi Zat Warna Methylene Blue Menggunakan Cahaya Matahari

Degradation of dangerous pollutant with photocatalyst under solar or visible light radiation was a brilliant solution for environment pollution complication specifically for waste of liquid. So, we found a efficient photocatalyst which works at under wide spectrum from solar radiation. We report the synthesis of tungsten oxide/ferric oxide (WO3/Fe2O3) composite material and study the role value of weight ratio loaded for Fe co-catalyst material to crystal structure, morphologhy and the material chemical composition from WO3/Fe2O3 synthesis. And then, the photocatalyst would be application to degradation of methylene blue dye under visible light illumination.The synthesis of the WO3/Fe2O3 was deposited by photodeposition method followed by spray deposition technique on the glass substrate for controlling its morphology and chemical composition. Wearable four variations of mass ratio as data variables to determine the role of variations in the mass ratio of Fe co-catalyst material. The variations are pure WO3 or without Fe additive, WO3 with Fe additve 2%, 4%, and 6%. The composite's microstructur and composition properties are characterized by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) and XRD (X-Ray Diffraction). Result showed, intensity from XRD's graphic has decrease each additive co-catalyst Fe, so could be influence at WO3/Fe2O3 crystal size. The more quantity of additive weight ratio co-catalyst Fe againts WO3 then the crystal size of thin layer would be smaller. And then from methylene blue photodegradation result, the decrease intensity of C/C0 concentration more faster and constant especially for 6% additive co-catalyst Fe. Then, the photodegradation sample has result more pure than 5 sample others

Is intra articular injection of triamcinolone acetonide a better option in management for primary osteoarthritis knee than methylprednisolone acetate?

Background: Intra articular corticosteroid injections are commonly using in management of osteroarthritis of knee. Most commonly used ones are methylprednisolone acetate (MPA) and triamcinolone acetonide (TA). The aim of our study is to compare the efficacy of these two agents in treating osteoarthritis of knee and find out if any one agent is superior to other if so.Methods: Selected patients with symptomatic OA knee with kellgren-Lawrence grade III were given intra articular steroid injections (40 mg TA or 40 mg MPA) and were reassessed on day 0, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. VAS and Knee society scores were calculated using questionnaire method and compared the scores.Results: The VAS and KSS was improved significantly on day 0,1 month and 6th month and it was found to be increased at 6th month in both the groups and the values were comparable in both the groups. The effect of both the agents last for 3-6 months and the effects found to be maximum at 1st month and the effects starts to wean off at the end of 6 months in both the groups.Conclusions: Both methylprednisolone acetate (MPA) and triamcinolone acetonide (TA) are equally effective in reducing pain in patients with osteoarthritis of knee and thereby improving their functional ability upto 6 months

Penerapan Reward dan Ice Breaking Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa Kelas III UPT SD Negeri 5 Arawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keaktifan belajar siswa kelas III . Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan menggunakan pendekatan Kulitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas III UPT SD Negeri 5 Arawa tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 26 orang dan terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 15 perempuan. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah fokus proses dan fokus hasil. penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 1 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang diolah secara kualitatif. Pada siklus I, hasil observasi guru berada pada kategori baik (B), untuk hasil observasi siswa pada siklus I yaitu 73,7% berada dalam kategori cukup (C) mengakami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 85,5 % berada dalam kategori baik (B), kesimpulannya yaitu penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode Reward dan Ice Breaking dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa kelas III UPT SD Negeri 5 Arawa.

Edukasi Senam Kreasi Gembira pada Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun di TK Se-Kelurahan Paguyaman Kecamatan Kota Tengah

Happy creative gymnastics is creative gymnastics that is deliberately made to develop the motor skills of students who are 4-6 years old or are in kindergarten (Kindergarten). Children's need for movement is one of the efforts to maintain children's fitness from an early age, through creative gymnastics it is hoped that it will have a positive impact on children aged 4-6 years in exploring their movement abilities. This service activity was carried out in a kindergarten located in the Paguyaman sub-district, Kota Tengah sub-district, using a training method that began with observation and continued with the practice of happy creative gymnastics with kindergarten children and teachers who became gymnastic instructors. Happy Creative Gymnastics has a positive impact on the motor skills of children aged 4-6 years who are in kindergarten. This is evidenced by the results that 54 children (55.10%) began to develop, and 24 children (24.29%) developed as expected. While children who have not developed 20 children (20.41%). So that it can be concluded that creative gymnastics can improve children's motor skills both in terms of basic movement and cognitive development of children aged 4-6 years

Inventarisasi Nepenthes Di Hutan Adat Kantuk Dan Implementasinya Berupa Buku Saku Keanekaragaman Hayati Indonesia

This reserch aims to identify Nepenthes species in Hutan Adat Kantuk and to develop a pocket book entitled Entuyut di Hutan Adat Kantuk, Sintang, Kalimantan Barat which was validated as learning media for study Indonesia biodiversity. The reserch was quantitative descriptive, with an explorations methode. The results showed that there were 5 Nepenthes species : Nepenthes ampullaria Jack., Nepenthes bicalcarata Hook.f., Nepenthes gracilis Korth., Nepenthes mirabilis (Lour.) Druce., and Nepenthes rafflesiana Jack. One of them, Nepenthes bicalcarata Hook.f., was an endemic species in Kalimantan Barat. The pocket book was validated by 5 validators, 2 lecturers of Biology Education Study Program of FKIP Untan, and 3 high school teachers in Sintang region. Total validation mark averaged 3,44 which was categorized as valid and feasible to be used as learning media for study Indonesia biodiversity
