Implementasi Administrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Merauke (Perspektif Pelayanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Akta Kematian dan Akta Kelahiran)

This study aims to determine and describe (1) The policy implementation of public service based on Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2008 about Population Administration (Identity Card, Birth Certificate and Death Certificate). (2) The factors that affect the policy implementation among others, communication, resources, disposition, Organizational Structure in the implementation of the policy.This study used a qualitative approach to data collection techniques include interviews, documents and field observations using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that (1) the implementation of policy work unit area of Population and Civil Registration Merauke district in implementing the service population and civil registration services based Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2008 on Population Administration has not run optimally. (2) to implement policies by implementing policies Population Administration Office of Population and Civil Registration Merauke district in accordance with local regulations are still having problems and lack of coordination, especially in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and Organizational Structure

INFLUENCE OF EXERCISE HURDLES OF VARIOUS LOADS ON INCREASING EXPLOSIVE POWER FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION

This study aimed to identify the effect of hurdle hop training jump exercise goal against various loads to increase explosive power. Hurdle hop training samples of each group's goal using a vest medium load, namely 50%, 60%, and 70% of the maximum capacity. The study used a randomized control group pre-test–post-test design. Ninety students of SMA Negeri Makassar were divided into three groups of 30 each and were subjected to similar pre- and post-tests. The results showed that hurdle hop training loads of 50%, 60%, and 70% increased the power (p < 0.05). The 50% training load resulted in significantly greater improvement than the 60% and 70% training loads (p < 0.05).  Article visualizations

Peran Wilayah Negeri Larike Pada Masa Kolonial

Sejak kehadiran bangsa Eropa Khususnya Belanda di Nusantara, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menguasai perdagangan termasuk di Kepulauan Maluku sebagai sumber utama produksi cengkih. Latar historis ini dapat diamati melalui sebaran tinggalan arkeologi masa Kolonial yang ada di wilayah ini, salah satunya adalah Negeri Larike yang berada di pesisir barat Jazirah Leihitu. Melalui metode analisis deskriptif dan analogi sejarah, tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi sebaran tinggalan arkeologi yang ada di Negeri Larike, serta peran wilayah Negeri Larike dalam konteks historis masa Kolonial. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa terdapat beberapa tinggalan arkeologi yang ada di wilayah ini. Ragam tinggalan tersebut sekaligus memberi gambaran peran wilayah sebagai salah satu wilayah pemusatan produksi cengkih dan pusat administrasi pemerintahan Belanda untuk wilayah Pesisir Barat Jazirah Leihitu. This historical background can be observed through the distribution of archaeological remains of the colonial period in this region, one of which is the Larike Village located in the west coast of Leihitu Peninsula. Through descriptive analysis method and historical analogies, this paper is intended to identify the distribution of archaeological remains exist in Larike Village, as well as the role of the territory Larike Village in historical context Colonial period. Results of the study revealed that there are several archaeological remains exist in this region. The remains variety as well as describing the role of the region as one of the area concentration clove production and administrative center of the Dutch government for the territory of the West Coast Leihitu Peninsula

Tinjauan Awal Aspek Tipologi Dan Data Inskripsi Batu Nisan Di Hollandische Kerk Banda Neira

Kepulauan Banda dikenal sebagai wilayah yang memiliki pengaruh kolonial yang kuat. Salah satu tinggalan arkeologi yang banyak ditemui di wilayah ini adalah batu nisan. Sebagai salah satu budaya materi, batu nisan memiliki beragam informasi yang terdapat pada batu nisan itu sendiri mulai dari bentuk, bahan, dan ragam hias. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan awal untuk mengetahui tipologi dan beragam informasi yang dapat diungkap dari inskripsi yang termuat pada batu nisan. Melalui tahapan penelitian arkeologi dengan melakukan analisis terhadap keragaman jenis artefak dan analisis terhadap data inskripsi, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa tipologi batu nisan memiliki kekayaan ragam hias berupa lambang heraldik, iluminasi, dan inskripsi. Aspek lain pada data inskripsi adalah informasi tentang orang-orang yang dimakamkan memiliki status sosial tinggi, di antaranya; para pejabat pemerintahan, pejabat militer, pejabat perdagangan, pejabat keagamaan, para perkenier, beserta para keluarganya. Aspek lain yang berhasil diungkap bahwa kehidupan sosial masyarakat Eropa saat itu menganggap bahwa batu nisan adalah salah satu simbol kemewahan
