    The Effect of Interpersonal Communication and Teacher Competence on the Quality of Character Education and Student Learning Achievement

    MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango are educational institutions that focus on character development and have programs that can shape the character of their students. The results showed that: First, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Second, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Character Education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Third, interpersonal communication and teacher pedagogic competence together have a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Fourth, Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Achievement. Fifth, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on Learning Achievement at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone.     The facts in the field of work programs at school do not run smoothly because the duties and responsibilities are not given to the right people. So this will extinguish the potential of other teachers who have expertise in the field. This research aims to identify the Staffing process in Muslim 5 Junior High School in Bandung City, and analyze the school empowerment process so that educators and education staff are able to hone their skills in their fields more deeply. The results showed: 1) staffing management in Bandung 5 Junior High School in Bandung was based on school needs and the need for the learning process, things that were done were not too theoretical such as planning, selection and employment contracts; 2) School empowerment is based on the organizational structure that has been made the selection and appointment of teachers in certain job placements considered by taking into account various aspects, such as the length of service; educational qualifications and skills possessed; and 3) The impact of this organizational structure-based school empowerment is to reduce the vacancy of teaching hours because teachers who are unable to attend are present so that the teaching and learning process continues to be effective, efficient and conducive

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan manajemen penerimaan siswa baru berbasis daring. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data kualitatif model Milles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Penerimaan Siswa Baru Berbasis Daring di SMKAl-Washliyah Sukra Kabupaten Indramayu yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai denga fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Pertama, perencanaan melalui tahap persiapan mengadakan rapat untuk pembentukan panitia, pembagian tugas dan wewenang masing- masing panitia penerimaan siswa baru, untuk membahas pendaftran melalui aplikasi goolgeform, dan whatsapp. Kedua, Pengorganisasian adanya koordinasi antara kepala sekolah dan semua panitia penerimaan siswa baru yang telah ditentukan tugas masing- masing. Ketiga, pelaksanaan dalam pendaftaran siswa baru melalui aplikasi google forms untuk mengolah data siswa baru dan menyimpan mempunyai link yaitu https://ppdb.smkalwashliyah.sch.id, dan whatsapp dikirim ke pada nomor admin. Keempat, pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh dinas pendidikan, yayasan, dan kepala sekolah untuk melihat proses penerimaan siswa baru berlangsung.     Conceptual Model Of Quality-based Education Financing Management In Modern Pesantren

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di pesantren modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode multikasus karena ada dua lokus penelitian, yaitu Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dan Pesantren Modern Sahid Bogor. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis adalah analisis lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di pesantren modern dilakukan mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, pertanggungjawaban, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan pembiayaan pendidikan. Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan berpedoman pada tiga hal, yaitu rencana pengembangan yayasan, rencana strategis (renstra) yayasan, dan program kerja pesantren. Pengorganisasian pembiayaan pendidikan secara struktural terdapat pembagian tugas antara pengelola dan pengawas internal pembiayaan. Dalam melaksanakan pembiayaan pendidikan, para pengelola pembiayaan secara konsisten berpedoman pada prinsip-prinsip pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan. Sedangkan dalam pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan, audit internal dilakukan secara berkala. Pertanggungjawaban pembiayaan pendidikan diwujudkan dengan pelaporan penggunaan pembiayaan yang tepat waktu, akurat, transparan, dan akuntabel. Perbaikan berkelanjutan pembiayaan pendidikan dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu bulanan dan tahunan. Dengan demikian, model konseptual manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan berbasis mutu di kedua pesantren modern dilakukan secara komprehensif-integral.  The purpose of this study was to identify the conceptual model of quality-based educational financing management in modern pesantren (Islamic boarding school). This study used a multi-case method because there were two research locations, namely the Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid in Bandung and the Pesantren Modern Sahid in Bogor. The data collection techniques was taken by interview and the analysis technique used a cross-case analysis. The results showed that the conceptual model of quality-based educational financing management in modern pesantren was carried out starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, accountability, and continuous improvement of educational financing. Educational financing planning was guided by three points, namely the foundation's development plan, the foundation's strategic plan (renstra), and the pesantren's work program. In educational financing organization, structurally, there was a division of tasks between the manager and the financing internal supervisor. Educational financing implementation was consistently guided by the principles of recording financial income and expenditure. Educational financing was supervised by conducting internal audit regularly. Educational financing accountability was performed by reporting the use of financing timely, accurate, transparent, and accountable. Continuous improvement of educational financing was carried out monthly and annually. To conclude, conceptual model of quality based-education financing management at both pesantren is implemented comprehensively and integrally.  &nbsp

    Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru Al-qur'an Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu

    Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Izzah dan Al-Hanif merupakan sekolah yang menjadikan program Al-Qur'an sebagai program unggulan. Dalam proses penerapannya menemukan kendala dalam aspek profesionalisme guru. Atas dasar itu, lembaga melakukan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profesionalisme guru Al-Qur'an, dan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SDIT Al-Izzah Serang dan SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon sebanyak 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualititaf dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, men-display, verifikasi, memaparkan dan mengambil simpulan. Hasil peneletian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru Al-Qur'an di SDIT Al-Izzah dan Al-Hanif sudah baik dalam aspek landasan ilmu kependidikan, penyusunan program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan program pengajaran, penilaian hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, administrasi sekolah, layanan dan bimbingan konseling, self-concept, self-esteem yang baik, keyakinan guru terhadap kefektifan kemampuannya sendiri dalam membangkitkan gairah siswa dan sikap penerimaan terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain, berkepribadian baik dan kesejahteraan guru. Sementara itu, Program peningkatan profesionalisme guru Al-Qur'an SDIT Al-Izzah adalah pembinaan izzati, pembinaan tahsin, simaan, sertifikasi guru, mukhoyyam Al-Qur'an, supervisi, kelompok kerja guru, studi banding, seminar dan bina pribadi Islami.
