Obhajoba obhájcem v hlavním líčení Abstrakt Cílem této diplomové práce je nejen analyzovat postavení obhájce a obviněného v trestním řízení včetně jejich práv a povinností vyplývajících z tohoto postavení, ale zejména vymezit limity, ve kterých může jak obviněný tak obhájce vykonávat právo na obhajobu. Obsah práce je rozdělen do úvodu, šest částí a závěru. V úvodu jsou shrnuty cíle, kterých má být v diplomové práci dosaženo. Je zde zdůrazněn význam práva na spravedlivý proces, jehož součástí je pak i právo na obhajobu a které jsou nedílnou součástí konceptu právního státu. První část se zabývá stručným historickým exkurzem do historie postavení obhájce a obviněného v trestním řízení zejména s důrazem na právní úpravu platnou na území současné České republiky. V druhé části jsou analyzována práva a povinnosti obviněného uplatňující se zejména, ale nejenom, v hlavním líčení. Důraz je přitom kladen na vymezení hranic práva obviněného na obhajobu a důvody, proč tato omezení v právním řádu vůbec existují. Třetí a čtvrtá část je pak věnována osobě obhájce, jeho právům a povinnostem vyplývajících z jeho postavení v trestním řízení a vykonávání obhajoby v hlavním líčení jako takovém. V páté části jsou rozebrány základní odlišnosti...The defence by the defence counsel during the trial Abstract The aim of the thesis is not only to analyze both the position of the defence counsel and the accused in criminal proceedings, including their rights and obligations arising from this position, but in particular to define the limits in which both the accused and the defence counsel can exercise the right of defence. The content of the thesis is divided into an introduction, six chapters and a conclusion. The introduction summarizes the aims to be achieved in the thesis. It emphasizes the importance of the right to a fair trial, which includes the right of defence and which is an integral part of the rule of law concept. The first part deals with a brief historical excursion into the history of the position of the defence counsel and the accused in criminal proceedings, with particular emphasis on the legislation applicable in the territory of the present Czech Republic. In the second chapter, the rights and obligations of the accused are analyzed, especially but not only in the trial. Emphasis is placed on defining the limits of the accused's right of defence and the reasons why such restrictions exist in the legal system. Biofyzikální a funkční charakterisace aspartátových proteas z rodiny proteinů podobných Ddi-1, zapojených do odpovědi na replikační stres

Bezchybná a včasná replikace molekul DNA je jedním z rozhodujících momentů životního cyklu každého organismu. Jakýkoliv defekt, ať už v časování či lokalizaci, může tento delikátní, na přesnosti závislý mechanismus uvrhnout do stavu takzvaného replikačního stresu. Některé z překážek blokujících postup replikační vidličky obsahují proteinovou složku. V průběhu evoluce se tak vyvinuly specializované proteasy, zodpovědné právě za uvolňování replikačního stresu. Kompletní paleta těchto proteolytických enzymů, stejně jako jejich substrátový repertoár a detailní molekulární mechanismus jejich zapojení v obraně proti DNA replikačnímu stresu však dosud nebyly objasněny. Tato disertační práce se zabývá rolí evolučně konzervovaných aspartátových proteas z rodiny proteinů podobných Ddi1 v proteolytické odpovědi na DNA replikační stres. V této práci byly strukturně a biofyzikálně charakterisováni členové rodiny Ddi1 podobných proteinů kvasinkového a lidského původu, byly prozkoumány jejich interakce s ubikvitinem, stejně jako s polyubikvitinovými řetězci. V neposlední řadě byla též mutantního kvasinkového kmene, který vedle genu pro DDI1 postrádá také gen pro DNA aktivovanou metalloproteasu WSS1, identifikována přecitlivělost na hydroxymočovinu, známý inhibitor replikace DNA. Detailní rozbor role kvasinkové...Accurate, timely replication of a DNA molecule is a pivotal moment in the life cycle of every living organism. Any temporal or spatial defect putting the fine-tuned replication machinery off balance causes the so-called replication stress. As the replication machinery consists mainly of enzymes and other proteins, it is not surprising that many of the obstacles most severely blocking the replication machinery progress are of protein origin. Therefore, specialized proteases responsible for relieving replication stress matured during evolution. However, neither the full repertoire of proteolytic enzymes and their particular substrates taking place in countering the DNA replication stress nor detailed molecular mechanisms involved remain unknown. This thesis describes how conserved putative aspartic proteases of the Ddi1-like family engage in countering DNA replication stress via a proteolysis dependent mechanism. We structurally and biophysically characterized yeast and human members of the Ddi1-like family, explored their interactions with ubiquitin and polyubiquitin chains, and identified hypersensitivity to DNA replication inhibitor hydroxyurea in a yeast strain double deleted for DDI1 gene together with a DNA dependent metalloprotease WSS1. The influence of cobalt additive on parameters of positive electrode for Ni-Cd accumulators

Diplomová práce pojednává o popisu vlivu příměsi kobaltu na vlastnosti kladné elektrody Ni-Cd akumulátorů. Pomocí techniky křemenných mikrovah jsou analyzovány jevy snižující životnost kladné elektrody během zrychleného cyklování. Teoretická část popisuje důležité vlastnosti Ni-Cd akumulátorů, princip jejich funkce a jevy, které probíhají při cyklování Ni-Cd článků. Další část se zabývá popisem systému EQCM a principy dotace aktivní hmoty kobaltem. Praktická část se zabývá kalibrací systému EQCM a elektrochemickými měřeními. Hlavním cílem praktické části je zjistit vliv dotace kobaltem na chování aktivní hmoty během cyklování v různých elektrolytech. Z výsledků měření je stanoveno optimální množství přidaného kobaltu.The Master´s thesis deals with description of the influence of cobalt additive on positive electrode parameters for Ni-Cd accumulators. Trough the use of Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance are analysed the effects which decline effective life of positive electrode during accelerated cycling. Theoretical part describes important characteristics of Ni-Cd accumulators, the working principle and effects which are in progress on positive electrode during cycling. The next part deals with description of system EQCM and the pricnciples of doping active mass with cobalt additive. Practical part consists of EQCM system calibration and electrochemical measurements. The principal aim is detection of the influence of cobalt additve on active mass during cycling in different electrolytes. From the results of measurements is set the optimal amount of cobalt additive.

Diplomová práce pojednává o specifikách personálního vedení resp. řízení v podnicích s vyspělými technologiemi, označovanými high-tech. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaného interview je analyzována situace v personální oblasti v konkrétním high-tech podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje high-tech sektor, popisuje činnosti a účel personálního útvaru a moderní pojetí rozvoje lidských zdrojů. Dále je pojednáno o vlivu firemní kultury na strategii rozvoje lidských zdrojů, jsou zmíněny prvky leadershipu, včetně teorie generací a diversity managementu. Evaluation of completed brownfield restoration and utilization projects

These are just some of the benefits of the brownfield revitalization. However what is a result of implemented restoration of these sites expressed by real values and indicators? The theme of this thesis is to evaluate realized brownfield revitalization projects and their economic impact on involved parties. Analysis of results of the completed projects is a basis for an indicator system proposal which can be used for a relatively fast economic evaluation of the realized projects. Such information is important to identify the completed projects as successful and financial resources as effectively invested.Obnova nevyužívaných a chátrajících objektů, jejich využití pro podnikatelskou činnost, ekonomické oživení dané lokality. To jsou jen některé přínosy revitalizace objektů a lokalit brownfields. Jaký je však výsledek realizovaných obnov těchto lokalit vyjádřený pomocí reálných hodnot a ukazatelů? Tématem této diplomové práce je vyhodnocení uskutečněných projektů revitalizace brownfields a jejich ekonomických dopadů na subjekty, kterých se týká. Analysis of the Tennis Serve from the perspective of the receiving player

Název: Analýza tenisového podání z pohledu přijímajícího hráče Cíle: Zjistit zda má soupeř možnost odhadnout u podávajícího hráče směr a druh podání na základě jeho nadhozu. Metody: Pro splnění cíle byla použita metoda nepřímého pozorování formou videozáznamu. Analyzovaný soubor byl složen z pěti profesionálních hráčů tenisu, kteří byli při výzkumu vystavení modelové herní situaci. Podávající hráči byli snímáni rychloběžnou kamerou v prostoru přijímajícího hráče, pro měření rychlosti míčů při podání byl použit radar. Klíčovým bodem pro vyhodnocování byl okamžik vypuštění míče z ruky, nejvyšší dosažený bod míče nadhozu a okamžik zásahu míče raketou. Výsledky byly zpracovány formou tabulek a grafů, ze statistických metod jsme využili především aritmetického průměru. Výsledky: Tento výzkum se zabýval anticipací tenisového podání z pohledu přijímajícího hráče. Celkem jsme pozorovali pět hráčů, kteří podávali nejdříve z pravé a následně z levé strany do vymezeného prostoru pro podání ohraničeného čarami. Stanovili jsme si výzkumnou otázku a to, zda je možné na základě hráčova nadhozu odhadnout směr a druh podání. Při průměrném porovnání všech pěti hráčů se potvrdila pouze jedna z celkem čtyř hypotéz. Abychom dokázali...Title: Analysis of the Tennis Serve from the perspective of the receiving player Objectives: To determine whether it is possible for the receiving opponent to estimate the direction and type of tennis serve based on the server's toss. Methods: The indirect method was used in the form of video surveillance to meet the objectives. The analyzed group consisted of five professional tennis players, who were exposed to the research model game situation. All five servers were recorded by a high speed camera in the area of the receiving player; radar was used to measure the ball speed. The key point for evaluation was the moment of release of the ball from the server's hand, the highest reached point of the ball and the moment when the ball was hit by the racket. The analyzed results were presented in the form of tables and graphs; from the statistical methods, the arithmetic average was used mainly. Results: This research focused on anticipating the tennis serve from the perspective of the receiving player. Overall, we observed five players, who served first from the right side and then the left side into the dedicated opponent's receiving area marked by lines. Analysis of sports training in football, category U6 and U8

Název: Analýza sportovního tréninku kategorie U6 a U8 ve fotbale Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat současný stav sportovního tréninku kategorie U6 a U8. Dílčími úkoly práce bylo v klubu FK Mladá Boleslav zmapovat rozsah vzdělání a strukturu trenérského týmu v oblasti přípravy mládeže a popsat náborovou činnost. Metody: Ke zpracování této práce a pro získání dat byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda výzkumu a to řízené pozorování. Na základě pozorování tréninků cílové věkové kategorie a dotazování trenérů v klubu FK Mladá Boleslav, byla pak provedena analýza současného stavu sportovního tréninku kategorie U6 a U8. Bylo využito i mých vlastních zkušeností a konzultací s odborníky ze stáže ve fotbalovém klubu. Výsledky: Cíle a úkoly práce byly naplněny. Po analýze současného stavu sportovního tréninku kategorie U6 a U8 ve fotbale v klubu FK Mladá Boleslav jsme došli k závěru, že ve většině případů neměla tréninková jednotka požadovanou a potřebnou skladbu ani koncepci prováděných cvičení, vzhledem k cílové věkové kategorii. Doporučili jsme proto sestavu tréninkových cvičení, které lze zařadit do navrženého týdenního tréninkového mikrocyklu. Obsahem a sestavením těchto cvičení a týdenního mikrocyklu dáváme návod, jak by se dala postupně zlepšovat situace v rámci sportovního tréninku kategorie U6 a U8...Title: Analysis of sports training in football, category U6 and U8 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of sports training in football category U6 and U8. Partial tasks of this thesis were to map the extent and structure of education coaching team in the preparation of youth and describe the recruitment activity in the Club FK Mlada Boleslav. Methods: A quantitative method of research and controlled observation was used to elaborate this thesis and to obtain the needed data. Based on the training observations of the targeted age group and interviewing coaches at the Club FK Mlada Boleslav, was then performed analysis of the current state of sports training category U6 and U8. Furthermore, I also used my own experience and consultations with experts during my internship in a football club. Results: Goals and tasks of this thesis were fulfilled. After analyzing the current state of sports training in football category U6 and U8 at the Club FK Mlada Boleslav, we concluded that in most cases, the training unit did not have the required and needed structure or concept of the performed exercise with regards to the targeted age group.
