    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan e-marketing, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi hotel terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Hotel Unigraha Pangkalan Kerinci. Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penerapan e-marketing (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan, kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan, lokasi hotel (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan dan e-marketing (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), lokasi hotel (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan pada Hotel Unigraha Pangkalan Kerinci

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics, the source of the data in this study came from primary data obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were then carried out statistical tests with the SPSS program and secondary data using room sales data at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru for the period 2017- 2021. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test, simultaneous test. The test results in this study indicate that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), partially the pricing variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). And simultaneously service quality (X1) and pricing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y)

Service quality as independent variable(x) and customer satisfaction as independent variable (y). The research sample are 99 respondents of the population by using the slovin formula. Data was obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with the help of statistics through SPSS. The result of. calculation of the determination coefficientis 0.670. it means, service quality affects customer satisfaction is 67%. This study aims to identify and analyze the competitive strategy Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive study with case study and data collection techniques performed by interviewing the parties involved in this study. From the results of interviews conducted can be analyzed that the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru continue competition in improving the quality of service and facilities that will be offered to consumers by putting prices, products, services corresponding to the four-star standard and continue to compete with a new kind of hotel in Pekanbaru
