Dinamika Komunikasi Politik Dalam Pemilihan Umum

Kebebasan dalam berkomunikasi yang mewarnai kehidupan politik, berdampak terhadap tuntutan demokratisasibernegara yang faktual melalui pemilihan umum yang berkeadilan dan menghasilkan anggota legislatifyang berpihak kepada rakyat. Penelitian tentang dinamika komunikasi politik dan Pemilihan Umum bertujuanuntuk memberi gambaran tentang dinamika komunikasi politik dalam rangka menghadapi pemilihanumum. Temuan penelitian mencakup, keberadaan para komunikator politik yang terdiri dari elite parpol dancalon anggota legislatif, partisipasi masyarakat dalam menggunakan hak suara, dan kualitas anggota legislatifhasil pemilihan umum. Ketiga temuan tersebut merupakan faktor mendasar pendukung keberhasilanpelaksanaan pemilihan umum yang menghasilkan anggota legislatif berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetodologi kualitatif yang dititikberatkan pada penelusuran data yang berkaitan dengan pemilu legislatif

Informasi Pengawasan dan Iklim Organisasi

Informasi yang berhubungan dengan pengawasan terhadap anggota organisasiataupun karyawan, pada umumnya tidak mudah dilaksanakan dan tidak dikehendaki.Sebab pengawasan selalu dalam bentuk yang memaksa, mengendalikan dan tindakanlain yang diasumsikan membatasi kebebasan dalam bekerja. Padahal organisasimenghadapi banyak tuntutan pihak internal maupun eksternal, yang mengkaitkandengan kecepatan kerja, yang berbasis kepada dukungan kinerja sesuai dengan tugasddan tanggungjawab sebagaimana dalam struktur organisasi. Karena itu untukmengetahui secara rinci karakteristik anggota organisasi dari aspek kemampuanteknis, adminstratif dan aspek lain yang melekat, diperlukan informasi pengawasanyang baik. Tetapi tidak dapat disangkal, bahwa hambatan dalam pelaksanaaninformasi pengawasan tetap saja muncul akibat keengganan anggota organisasi untukbekerja secara terukur. Oleh karena itu, agar informasi pengawasan diterima oleh seluruh entitas organisasi, diperlukan iklim komunikasi dalam organisasi, yang mampumemberikan keleluasaan dalam membangun makna bersama dalam komunikasi.In general, the Information relating to the over sight of the organizations members or employees was not easy to be implemented and not to bedesired. Because the supervision was always in the form offorcing, controlling and other actions that are assumed to restrictthe freedom of work. Mean while, the organization faced many demands from the internal and external parties which relateto the pace of work based on the support of performance in accordance with job and responsibilitiesasin the organizational structure. Gelanggang Tenis dan Squash di Kabupaten Kubu Raya

Olahraga tenis dan squash merupakan jenis olahraga yang serumpun karena menggunakan raket dan bola sebagai media permainan. Dewasa ini, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang menghambat perkembangan olahraga tenis dan squash di Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan sekitarnya, yaitu dari jumlah lapangan yang tidak memadai dan belum sesuai standar pertandingan, curah hujan yang tinggi juga mengakibatkan lapangan outdoor tidak dapat digunakan, serta belum memiliki lapangan squash. Metode pengkajian yang digunakan terdiri dari kajian literatur, metode pengumpulan data, analisis data dan perancangan. Kajian literatur yang diperlukan adalah tejarah dan teori arsitektur, bentuk, ruang dan susunan, arsitektur perilaku, struktur, arsitektur Lingkungan, dan sistem utilitas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis potensi tapak, analisis internal (fungsi, perilaku dan ruang), analisis eksternal (zoning dan sirkulasi), analisis gubahan massa dan bentuk, analisis arsitektur lingkungan, analisis struktur, dan analisis utilitas. Gelanggang Tenis dan Squash merupakan fasilitas olahraga tenis dan squash yang dikembangkan dengan konsep entertainment untuk mendukung perkembangan olahraga tenis dan squash di Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan wilayah sekitarnya. Gelanggang ini memiliki fungsi olahraga rekreasi, prestasi dan pendidikan. Gelanggang ini dilengkapi dengan fasilitas lapangan olahraga yang telah sesuai dengan standar International Tennis Federation, fasilitas rekreasi dan komersil

Stability of Discrete Solitons in the Presence of Parametric Driving

In this brief report, we consider parametrically driven bright solitons in the vicinity of the anti-continuum limit. We illustrate the mechanism through which these solitons become unstable due to the collision of the phase mode with the continuous spectrum, or eigenvelues bifurcating thereof. Perangkat Pembelajaran Matematika Bercirikan PBL Untuk Mengembangkan HOTS Siswa SMA

This research is aimed at developing mathematics teaching kit based on problem-based learning which is valid, practical, and effective to develop the higher order thinking of grade X students senior high school in their second semester, which consists of lesson plan and students' worksheet with test instrument. The research development used the model adapted from 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan with employing steps: defining, planning, developing, and disseminating. The tryout is conducted three steps: expert validation, limited tryout, and field tryout. The tryout subjects were teachers and students from two schools. The instruments used in this research were validation sheet, teacher's assessment sheet, student's assessment sheet, and test. The result of the research shows that the developed mathematics teaching kitbased on problem-based learning has met the aspect of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. (1) The result of validation shows that the lesson plan and the students' worksheet are chategorized as valid with the Aiken analysis showing the index for the lesson plan has achieved 0.69 and the 0.70 for the students' worksheet. (2) teh result of limited tryout shows that the developed of mathematics teaching kit is practical. (3) the result of field tryout shows that the developed of mathematics teaching is effective interm students's HOTS with percentage of clasisical mastery subjects reached 75%

Analisis Isi Pemberitaan Event Internasional Di Indonesia Mengacu Pada Konsep Objektivitas (Studi Pemberitaan Miss World 2013 Pada Koran Sindo Periode September 2013)

This study discusses the content of the Miss World 2013 at the Seputar Indonesia in terms of the concept of objectivity Denis McQuail consisting of factuality and impartiality dimension ( impartiality ) . The study was conducted using content analysis method , the approach of the conventional qualitative and quantitative descriptive . The data used in this study is primary data in the form of Miss World news article on Daily Sindo , secondary data in the form of literature review , data or information obtained through interviews. The results of this study are largely preaching Miss World 2013 at the Seputar Indonesia meet factuality dimensions consisting of truth and relevance factor with percentage of respectively 85 % and 95 % , of the amount of news that as many as 20 news articles analyzed . However, the dimensions of which consists of impartiality and neutrality of equilibrium factor , not met in more than half of the analyzed news , namely the percentage of each factor by 25 % and 30 %

Enhancement of Students\u27 Biological Literacy and Critical Thinking of Biology Through Socio-Biological Case-Based Learning

Biology is a leading science and a foundation in everyday life for all people. Biology student teachers need to be equipped with biological literacy and critical thinking skills in order to teach biology in the future. This research is aimed at determining the effect of socio-biological case-based learning on biological literacy and critical thinking skills of biology student teachers compared with the traditional learning (lecture-based learning). Socio-biological case-based learning is a model of problem-based learning by placing biological cases as a problem to be explained and solved through a series of investigative activities. This research was a quasi-experimental conducted at the Department of Biology, Universitas Negeri Malang. The research samples were the first year students who programmed the General Biology course, consisting of 29 students as a control group and 33 students as experimental group. This research was conducted in September-December 2015. The data of biological literacy and critical thinking were collected from pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA test. The research showed that there was a significant difference of biological literacy and critical thinking skills between the students taught by using socio-biological case-based learning and those taught by using lecture-based learning. The research indicated that the socio-biological case-based learning could enhance the biological literacy and critical thinking skills of biology students teachers

Analisa Kapabilitas Proses untuk Proses Injeksi dan Blow Moulding

Penelitian ini ingin menunjukkan penerapan metode Capability Process (Cpk) dan metode DMAIC untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dari proses produksi Perusahaan rigid packaging. Distribusi produk dilakukan dalam skala nasional dan memiliki reputasi produk yang dibuat dengan baik. Sebelum, pendistribusian produk akan diinspeksi oleh Departemen Quality Assurance. Produk dengan spesifikasi sesuai standar akan distribusikan kepada customer. Define, langkah pertama yang dilakukan menentukan permasalahan yang akan ditinjau. Permasalahan yang akan ditinjau adalan nilai Cpk dari proses produksi. Measure, langkah kedua dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan pengukuran dimensi produk menggunakan caliper, kemudian akan dihitung untuk mendapatkan nilai Cpk. Analyze, langkah ketiga yang dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan hasil nilai Cpk, nilai Cpk < 1 menunjukkan perbaikan perlu dilakukan. Perbaikan akan dilakukan menggunakan bantuan fishbone diagram. Improve, langkah terakhir dalam penelitian ini dengan memberikan usulan perbaikan. Usulan perbaikan adalah perbaikan cetakan, revisi spesifikasi, dan perbaikan proses
