Lähiötalon toiminnan arviointi asiakkaiden ja lähiasukkaiden näkökulmasta

Opinnäytetyöni tilaajana toimi vuonna 2012 toimintansa aloittanut ViaDia Joensuu ry:n hanke Lähiötalo. Lähiötalo on kaikille avoin matalankynnyksen kohtaamispaikka Joensuun Rantakylässä. Toiminta on suunnattu etenkin lapsille ja heidän perheilleen. Toiminnan tavoitteena on tukea ja vahvistaa lapsiper-heiden hyvinvointia sekä ehkäistä syrjäytymistä. Toiminnan tarkoituksena on myös lisätä yhteisöllisyyttä ja sosiaalista pääomaa. Lähiötalo sai vuoden 2014 alusta ensimmäistä kertaa rahoituksen toiminnalleen Raha-automaattiyhdistykseltä. Nyt koettiin, että oli aika arvioida mennyttä toimintaa ja kehittää toimintaa uu-den hankkeen tavoitteita vastaaviksi. Opinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena oli selvittää Lähiötalon kävijöiden ja lähiasukkaiden mielipiteitä sekä ke-hittämisideoita toiminnasta kyselyn avulla. Tarkoituksena oli selvittää myös syitä, miksi potentiaaliset asiakkaat eivät käy Lähiötalolla. Kyselyn avulla pyrittiin myös selvittämään toiminnan vaikutuksia. Toteutin opinnäytetyöni kvantitatiivisen tutkimusmenetelmän avulla. Kysely vietiin 110 lähiasukkaalle sekä kyselyyn oli mahdollisuus vastata niin internetissä kuin paperin avulla Lähiötalolla. Vastauksia kyselyyn saatiin yhteensä 55, joista 31 saatiin paperiversiona ja 24 webropolin kautta. Tulokset vastasivat melko hyvin tutkimuskysymyksiin. Konkreettiset kehitysideat jäivät vähiin, mutta tulokset auttavat kuitenkin toiminnan kehittämisessä. Kyselyn avulla saatiin selville syitä miksi henkilöt eivät käy Lähiötalolla ja millainen vaikutus Lähiötalolla on sen kävijöihin. Kyselyn tulokset ja opinnäytetyöni auttavat Lähiötaloa kehittämään toimintaansa. Tuloksia käytetään hyväksi myös Raha-automaattiyhdistykselle suoritettavassa arvioinnissa.The subscriber of my thesis was ViaDia Joensuu ry’s Lähiötalo-project. Lähiötalo started its activity in 2012. Lähiötalo is a meeting place in Rantakylä. Lähiötalo is open for everyone, especially for the families with children. Lähiötalo is a meeting place to where is easy to come. Aim of the Lähiötalo’s activities is to support families’ welfare and prevent social exclusion. Aim is also to increase area’s communality and social equity. For the first time in its history Lähiötalo received Raha-automaattiyhdistys’ funding in the beginning of the year 2014. Because Lähiötalo has not received funding from RAY before now was a good time to evaluate activities and its effects. After evaluation Lähiötalo is able to develop its activities towards its new projects goals. There were three purposes in my thesis. The first was to find out the opinions and ideas how to devel-op the activities of Lähiötalo. Ideas and opinions were asked from customers and neighbors’ of Lähiötalo. The second was to find out reasons why people do not go to Lähiötalo and the third was to find out the effects of the Lähiötalo’s activities to its customers. I used quantitative research method and enquiry in my thesis. Enquiry was taken to 110 neighbors. Customers were able to answer to the enquiry via internet or with the paper that was available in Lähiötalo. After the deadline 55 had answered to the enquiry. 24 answered via internet and 31 an-swered to paper. Results were almost what I was looking for. There were not a lot of concrete ideas how do develop Lähiötalo’s activities, but still results help Lähiötalo to develop its activities. Results gave also reasons why people do not go to Lähiötalo and how Lähiötalo has effected to its customers. The results of the enquiry and my thesis are helping Lähiötalo to develop its activities. YRITYSILMEEN SUUNNITTELU JA TOTEUTUS : Esimerkkinä Jemon

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee yritysilmeen suunnittelua ja toteuttamista vasta toimintansa aloittaneelle yritykselle. Toimeksiantoon kuului logon, liikemerkin sekä www-sivujen graafisen asun suunnittelu ja toteutus. Opinnäytetyö perustuu tietoperustan ja käytännön osuuden varaan. Työssä käydään läpi imagon käsitteitä ja niiden vaikutuksesta yritykseen. Tämän lisäksi työssä kerrotaan graafisen suunnittelun perusteista, kuten sommittelusta ja väreistä. Tietoperustan lisäksi opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi visuaalisen ilmeen suunnittelua ja käytännön osuutta.The objective of this thesis was to design of logo, trademark and graphic style for the website of a start-up company. Adsorption of different laccases on cellulose and lignin surfaces

The adsorption of Trametes hirsuta and Melanocarpus albomyces laccases on cellulose and lignin model substrates was studied by quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation, QCM-D. The laccase-treated surfaces were also analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The laccases were found to adsorb at acidic and neutral pHs on both surfaces. The adsorbed amounts increased rather linearly with the change in dissipation when the lignin or cellulose was treated with T. hirsuta laccase. Higher adsorbed amounts were obtained using M. albomyces laccase. The adsorption of M. albomyces laccase on lignin was strongly dependent on pH. At low pH thin and rigid laccase layers were formed and the amount adsorbed was high, while at high pH the laccase layers formed were dissipative and loose and the amount adsorbed was low. A good correlation between the adsorbed amount of laccase and the surface nitrogen content was found.
