Alat permainan yang edukatif dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga dapat mempertinggi proses belajar dalam pembelajaran yang pada gilirannya diharapkan dapat mempertinggi hasil belajar yang dicapainya. Berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran sampai pada kesimpulan, bahwa proses dan hasil belajar pada anak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara pembelajaran tanpa media dengan pembelajaran menggunakan media yang menarik. Oleh karena itu penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat dianjurkan untuk mempertinggi kualitas pembelajaran. Salah satu media tersebut adalah tanah liat. Ovarian Dynamic in Ongole Grade Cattle After GnRH Injection in Ovsynch Protocol Based on Progesterone Device

PO cattle have weaknesses to show clear estrus signs which cause difficulty in artificial insemination implementation. The present study was designed to obtain ovarian dynamic as effect of GnRH injection in ovsynch protocol based on progesterone intravaginal device. Heifers (18) and cows (n= 12) were allocated to one of three groups. Cuemate-PGF2α (CP) group inserted with a Cuemate on day 0-7 and injected with prostaglandin on day 7. Cuemate-PGF2α-GnRH (CPG) group was treated as CP group with the addition of GnRH injection on day 9. GnRH-Cuemate-PGF2α-GnRH (GCPG) group was treated as CPG group with addition of GnRH injection on day 0. Ultrasonography was performed on days 0-3, day 7 until ovulation and 7 days after ovulation. Percentage of ovulation synchronization increased significantly (P<0.01) between CP, CPG, and GCPG, respectively, both in heifers (16%, 50%, and 85%, respectively) and cows (0%, 60%, and 100%, respectively), on day 11. Preovulatory follicle diameters between CP, CPG, and GCPG treatments were not different significantly both in heifers (11.9±0.5, 11.9±0.5, and 12.1±0.6 mm, respectively) and cows (11.7±0.4, 11.8±0.7, and 11.1±0.6 mm, respectively). This study concluded that GCPG protocol increased the synchrony of ovulation rate both in cows and heifers, without affecting the follicle preovulatory and CL diameters

Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Kopi Luwak (Studi Kasus UMKM Careuh Coffee Rancabali-Ciwidey, Bandung)

UMKM Careuh Coffee merupakan unit USAha yang bergerak di bidang agribisnis yang memproduksi dan mengolah kopi luwak. Terkait dengan unit USAha tersebut, tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah 1) mengetahui bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang telah diterapkan oleh UMKM Careuh Coffee; 2) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi UMKM Careuh Coffee; 3) menyusun dan merekomendasikan alternatif strategi yang efektif dan efisien untuk UMKM Careuh Coffee. Faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan UMKM Careuh Coffee adalah Kondisi Finansial Perusahaan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Sikap Konsumen, Teknologi Informasi dan Lokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, hasil alternatif strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Careuh Coffee di antaranya penguatan SDM pemasaran. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk membangun fondasi yang kuat agar UMKM Careuh Coffee berjalan dengan baik. Kemudian strategi selanjutnya berturut-turut adalah startegi integrasi ke depan, optimalisasi digital marketing serta menerapkan promosi bellow-the-line marketing

Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pdam Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi)

The fact that human resources (employee) often dominant and play an active role in organization activities is the reason why this study needs to be done. Along with the development of science and knowledge more advanced then the companies are expected to be able to make its employees more skilled and trained in doing its job. One effort that can be done to improve the performance of the company's employees of such companies is to conduct employee training. This research uses the sampling method sampling with nonprobability saturated, while the techniques of data collection are done by doing a spread of questionnaires to the 110 respondents, The data analysis method in this research tests for assumptions of classical, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis test, and regression analysis. The result obtained in this study that the training provided at PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi to employees classified as good or high, performance in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi is also good. Based on the research tha has been done, the regression equation is Y +43.163 + 0.392X. results of the study stated that in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi job training and the performance of the employees have a positive relationship of 0.396 and training work affect the performance of the employees of 15.7% and 84,3% explained by other factors by the salary, work environment, organizational culture, leadership and motivation

Pengembangan Model Latihan Passing Futsal Berbasis Aplikasi Android

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan passing pada olahraga futsal. Metode penelitian ini merujuk pada rancangan penelitian dan pengembangan dari Sugiyono. Subjek yang digunakan adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 1 Kembangbahu Lamongan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase, untuk mengolah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket tertutup terbuka. Penelitian ini juga melalui beberapa validasi ahli. Hasil analisis validasi ahli kepelatihan futsal 1 dan validasi ahli kepelatihan futsal 2 didapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 90%, sedangkan validasi ahli media didapatkan persentase sebesar 98%. Setelah melalui beberapa validasi ahli kemudian melaksanakan uji coba produk dengan 30 subjek mendapatkan persentase sebesar 95%. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dilakukan analisis data untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas produk, sehingga produk pengembangan model latihan passing futsal yang dikemas dalam media aplikasi berbasis android dinyatakan sangat valid, atau layak digunakan tanpa revisi sebagai model latihan untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMPN 1 Kembangbahu Lamongan

Isolation and Number of Gonadal Primordial Germ Cells (Gonadal PGCs) on the Stages of Early Embryonic Development of KUB Chicken

Primordial germ cells (PGCs) are cells that will differentiate themselves into spermatogonia in the testis or oogonia in the ovary. Primordial germ cells arise from epiblast and circulate through the bloodstream and finally entering gonadal anlage. The aim of this study was to determine the number of gonadal PGCs of KUB chicken at different development stages. Sixty KUB chicken fertile eggs were divided into four groups (6, 7, 8, and 9 days incubation periods), and incubated at 38 oC with a humidity of 60%. Harvesting was synchronized to the embryonic development at 6-9 d. Gonads were collected using sharp tweezers, and were placed in Eppendorf tube 1.5 mL containing 500 µL PBS [-]. Gonadal PGCs were purified using PBS [-]. The results showed that the average number of gonadal PGCs at 6, 7, 8, and 9 d were 113.7; 143.5; 92.9; and 85.7 cells per embryo, respectively. Number of gonadal PGCs per embryo of KUB chicken were significantly affected by stage of embryonic development (P<0.05), which reached a peak at day 7 of incubation, so that the isolation and collection of PGCs from the gonads were recommended at day 7 of incubation. This information is useful in production of germline chimera of other Indonesian local chickens

Pengaruh Permainan Futsal terhadap Kemampuan Vo2 Max Siswa di SMP

This research aims to find out how big the influence game futsal against the ability of VO2 Max students in extracurricular activities of futsal in SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya. The research methods used is a experiment and the research design used is a one-group pretest-posttest design.The study sample is 21 students.The results of data analysis showed no increase in VO2 Max capabilities of students have been getting game treatment futsal, proved value tcount> ttable (3,768 > 1,725) and experiment have significant influence with the average pre-test 32.0952 and post-test 34.3904 or experiencing an increase of 2,29 or amounted to 7,15 %.The conclusion of the results of the research there in the influence of the game futsal to the ability of the students in the activities of VO2 Max extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya

Pengaruh Permainan Gobak Sodor terhadap Perkembangan Motor Ability SD Negeri 1 Ledo Kabupaten Bengkayang

The purpose of this research is to know the effective of gobak sodor game to motor development ability. The method of this reseach used pre- experimental. The sample in this research is fifth grade Elementary School of 1 Ledo in academic Year of 2012/2013 , the totally are 25 students. Research was generally consists of three stages. Giving the initial test is given before treatment , treatment in the research is giving learning the game gobak Sodor, and post-test after treatment. Based on the data analysis of obtained and after the t-test on the pre - test and post - test, the results obtained can get results is 2.622 T will be compared with the t table is 2.064. So count T > T table 5 % , T = 2.622 > 2.064 . T count value that is greater than the value of the T table. Thus, in this research there is improvement gobak sodor game against the motor development ability. Furthermore, this research has a percentage increase of 15.72 %
