The Analysis of Strategic Role of Student Association in Improving Discipline Attitude and Forming Quality of Graduates

The purpose of this research is to obtain data about the process of intra-school student organization activities. The spirit of discipline between administrators and members of intra-school student organizations; what are the obstacles to the implementation of the intra-school student organization program; efforts to increase discipline in intra-school student organizations; and how to overcome discipline and achieve student achievement. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach through stages of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The objects of this study were the principal, the deputy head of student affairs, members of intra-school student organizations, and 10 students. Data analysis can be done through categorization, data reduction, validity testing, drawing conclusions, and data presentation. The results of the study show that intra-school organization activities play an important role in improving discipline and the quality of graduates through intra-school student organization work programs contained in the intra-school student organization structure and student achievement data

The Relationship between Organizational Climate and Teacher Job Satisfaction in Islamic Junior High School

A calming organizational climate will increase teacher job satisfaction. One way to increase teacher job satisfaction is to provide a comfortable workplace, and leaders should treat teachers well and don't discriminate against one another in order to create a conducive organizational climate. The teachers feel that the organizational climate will be more conducive if the teachers do something useful and their work is appreciated by the principal or leader. Therefore, a feeling of joy and pride will arise in the education staff, so if the school can meet the needs of teachers, the level of teacher satisfaction will also increase. This research was carried out from June to August 2022. The method used in this study is the correlational method; correlational research is research that will look at the relationship between variables X and Y and is intended to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research is conducted. This study's population consists of principals and teachers who are still actively teaching at SMPN 8 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the data that has been obtained, the description of the data, and the processing of statistical data, the authors can draw the following conclusions: The result of calculating the product moment correlation between variables X and Y is obtained as rxy = 0.627, and at a significance level of 5%, r-table = 0.361, while at a significance level of 1%, r-table = 0.463, thus at a significance level of 5% or 1%, r-count was greater than r-table (0.627 > 0.361). Ho is rejected, while Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y

The Relationship Between Physical Activities, Consumption Pattern, Body Image and Nutritional Status of High School Students

 In order for the body to perform biological activities including physical growth, development, exercise, maintaining health, and others, there must be a balance between the nutrients that are consumed and those that are needed by the body. Riskesdas reports an increase in the prevalence of obesity and wasting among teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18. In this study, it will be determined whether there is a connection between female students' nutritional status, eating habits, and physical activity. using the aid of a cross-sectional study strategy. There were 85 pupils in the research sample. Using the chi-square statistical test, univariate and bivariate analysis of the data was performed. According to the findings, 65.4% of female students used relatively little energy. The bivariate analysis revealed that body image (p = 0.037), energy consumption (p = 0.001), carbohydrate intake (p = 0.002), protein intake (p = 0.000), and fat intake (p = 0.000) were the factors that were most strongly associated with the nutritional status of female student

Leadership Effectiveness of the One-Roof Principal at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-Roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the leadership of one-roof school principals is at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan, as well as what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the effectiveness of the leadership of one-roof school principals at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. In this study, the informants were the principal, vice principal, and teacher. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the method used in data analysis is data reduction—the presentation of data and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the leadership of the one-roof school principal at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and the one-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Selatan has been running effectively. The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process

The Analysis of Relationship Between Quality of Graduates and Education Financing Management in Private Islamic School

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education financing management on the quality of graduates in a private Islamic school in Banten. In this study, there are two variables involved, namely the Education Funding Management variable which is positioned as the independent variable or independent variable and is symbolized by the variable (X). This variable is a variable that is considered to influence or cause the dependent variable or dependent variable to arise. Meanwhile, what is positioned as the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is the Quality of Graduates. The dependent variable or dependent variable is considered the variable that is affected or becomes the result because of the existence of the independent variable and is symbolized by (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be put forward a number of findings as follows: education financing management is in the moderate category. This means, the implementation of education financing management is not all good and in terms of education funding budget allocations are managed and implemented effectively. The quality of graduates is in the moderate category, this means that schools have not been able to produce good quality graduates. Only 18% of graduates each year are able to enter public schools

Analisis Peran Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Karyawan Sekolah Dasar di DKI Jakarta

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui apakah dari variabel komunikasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan SD Strada Dipamarga. Dalam penelitian ini untuk proses pengolahan data menggunakan uji Validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi multiples (berganda), koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS 20.0. Dalam sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Untuk pengumpulan Data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur setiap penyataan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa komunikasi tidak memerikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memberikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. In this study, the data processing uses validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiples regression test, coefficient of determination, F test and T test with the help of SPSS 20.0. In the sample used as many as 40 respondents. In this study using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. The results of the study stated that communication did not provide a significant effect on employee performance and for work discipline and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. Dalam penelitian inipeneliti mengambil mata kuliah yang inti dari penelitian ini tentang bagaimana peran, dan program pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT RifanFinancindo Futures dalam melaksanakan komunikasi pemasaran kepada calon nasabah yang tentunya memerlukan tindakan khusus dengan tujuantertentu yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada peningkatan jumlah pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis Peran Gaya Hidup Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Automotif City Car

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Yaris secaraparsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif .Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 185  responden  dengan teknik purposivesampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Form. .Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: walaupun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, secaraparsial gaya hidup tetap berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (7,384) > Ttabel (0,255) , dan secara parsial gaya hidupberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan Thitung (0,799) > Ttabel (0,018), dan secara simultan dan bersama-sama iklan dan citra merekberpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan Fhitung (13,314).
