    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya organisasi, pengawasan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Anugrah Jala Chandra Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Anugrah Jala Chandra Batam yaitu sebanyak 100 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis  pengaruh menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, pengawasan dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan

Along with economic issues in various worlds, directly related to the global economic crisis that occurred in 2008-2009 greatly influenced the development of credit default swaps (CDS) in developing countries such as Indonesia. The increase in the value of the credit default swap, which carries a high risk of default, will further impact investor confidence and weaken the exchange rate. This is reflected in the shocks of the global crisis and the subprime mortgage prime in the United States. However, the onset of a global crisis can be early with early indicators of crisis from credit default swaps so that crisis management can be carried out faster.     Counterproductive work behavior is a common phenomenon that is a problem in human resources. Such work behavior can be considered through situational and individual factors. The workplace environment situation that contains political activity and individual ability who have emotional intelligence can determine work behavior. This study examines the influence of perceived organizational politics on counterproductive work behavior and examines the role of moderation on that effect. The test was carried out using data of 200 employee respondents who worked at companies in the Batam industrial area. Results of the study using hierarchical regression analysis show that perceived organizational politics have a positive and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. Furthermore, emotional intelligence can mitigate counterproductive work behavior caused by organizational political situations. This research provides practical benefits in overcoming the problem of counterproductive work behaviorPerilaku kerja kontraproduktif merupakan fenomena umum yang menjadi masalah dalam sumber daya manusia. Perilaku tersebut dapat dipertimbangkan melalui faktor situasional dan individual. Situasi lingkungan tempat kerja yang mengandung unsur politik dan kemampuan individu yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dapat menentukan perilaku kerja. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh politik organisasional persepsian terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif, serta menguji peran moderasi pada pengaruh tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan data responden 200 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan di kawasan industri Batam. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi bertingkat hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa politik organisasional persepsian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Selanjutnya, kecerdasan emosional dapat memitigasi perilaku kerja kontraproduktif yang disebabkan oleh situasi politik organisasional. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat secara praktis dalam mengatasi masalah perilaku kerja kontraproduktif

    Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil hipotesis pengaruh disiplin, stress kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebuah penelitian yang mencakup 125 karyawan dengan tempat penelitian pada Batam City Hotel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga semua anggota menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan pengolahan data SPSS 25 dengan regresi linier berganda.penelitian uji hipotesis X1 didapat 5,032 > 1,980, uji hipotesis X2 didapat 3,582> 1,980, dan hipotesis X3 menghasilkan 4,777 > 1,980. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa uji hipotesis secara parsial dapat diterima. Pada uji secara simultan ditunjukkan hasil 66,900 > 3,07 sehingg hasil dapat diterim

    Current economic growth is seen from the ability of a country to produce goods and services that can compete with other countries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is 1) To find out developments in Asia and Indonesia in 2000-2016 and 2) To find out and analyze exports to East Asia at the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data and several countries as export destinations. Indonesia such as Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and others. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate the average exports of Asian countries during the 2000-2016 period amounted to 59,328 thousand US $. In addition, the relationship between exports and unemployment has positive and negative relations. The country's export variables that have a positive and significant impact on unemployment in Indonesia are South Korea and other Asian exports. Meanwhile, exports of countries that have a negative and significant impact on unemployment are Chinese and Hong Kong exports. There are also insignificant countries that affect unemployment such as Japan despite high exports and Taiwan countries with higher export levels than Hong Kong

    Peer-to-peer lending is the sole financial service provided in the form of transactions conducted online. Peer to Peer Lending currently offers a variety of loans, including those for businesses, health care, and education,  that the general public may access online so that lengthy approval processes are not necessary. The purpose of this study is to understand perceived behavioral control, attitude, and perceived risk as factors affecting how the general public uses fintech peer-to-peer lending. According to this study, all of the sub district that are present in Kota Batam are populous. data collection methodology using kuesioner. By using Jacob Cohen's book, there are 204 responses in this essay. The respondents to this study were people who had used peer-to-peer lending to make loans. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. SEM is the analytical technique employed with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. According to the study's findings, perceived behavioral control, attitude, and perception of security all significantly and positively influence interest in batam City residents.     The growth in fresh milk production in Indonesia has fluctuated in terms of demand for fresh milk every year, but in 2020 to 2021 the demand for fresh milk will increase this is because there is a tendency for the Indonesian people to consume more Bear Brand milk in Indonesia in accordance with the growth in cases Covid-19 that year. However, since the disappearance of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia, Bear Brand sales have decreased, this is due to the lack of promotion provided, the quality of the products that are not innovative, and the brand image that has not been fully remembered by all groups. The purpose of this study is to find out how promotion, product quality and brand image can influence purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City. This research uses quantitative with descriptive. The population used is a buyer or who consumes Bear Brand milk products in Batam City, using the lambeshow formula with the results of 100 respondents. The analysis tools include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study can show that promotion, product quality and brand image can have a partial or simultaneous positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City.Pertumbuhan produksi susu segar di Indonesia mengalami turun naik dalam hal permintaan susu segar setiap tahunnya, akan tetapi pada tahun pada tahun 2020 sampai 2021 permintaan susu segar meningkat hal ini karena ada kecenderungan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengkonsumsi lebih banyak susu Bear Brand di Indonesia sesuai dengan pertumbuhan kasus Covid-19 pada tahun tersebut. Akan tetapi sejak mulai hilangnya virus Covid-19 di Indonesia penjualan Bear Brand menurun hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya promosi yang diberikan, kualitas produk yang tidak berinovasi serta citra merek belum sepenuhnya dapat teringat oleh semua kalangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada produk Bear Brand di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan pembeli atau yang mengkonsumsi produk susu Bear Brand di Kota Batam, dengan menggunakan rumus lameshow dengan hasil perhitungan 100 responden. Alat analisis meliputi uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek dapat memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Bear Brand di Kota Bata

    PT Sinar Jaya Putra Kampar is one of the developer companies in Batam City. This study aimed to determine the effect of price, promotion, and location on purchasing decisions at PT Sinar Jaya Putra Kampar. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique for as many as 114 consumers in the Oleana Park Tanjung Piayu housing project. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multiple regression which includes: a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, T-test, and F test. The results showed that price had a positive effect. And partially significant on purchasing decisions with t count 6.781 > t table 1.658 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, the promotion has a positive and somewhat substantial influence on decisions with t count 2.998 > t table 1.658 and sig 0.003 < 0.05, location has a positive effect and partially significant on purchasing decisions with t count 7.677 > t table 1.658 and sig 0.000 < 0.05 and price, promotion and site have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on buying decisions can be seen from F-count with a value of 120.368 > F-Table 2, 68 and with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05
