The survey was prepared in accordance with the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), proposed by Ajzen (1985). The survey consists of an introduction in which there are questions about demographic information and the main components of TPB (Behavior, Behavioral Intention, Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Perceived Behavioral Control Scales) and the sub-components (Behavioral Beliefs, Normative Beliefs and Control Beliefs Scales).
