Pengaruh Human Relation Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Bina Marga Kabupaten Aceh Utara

This study aims to see the effect of Human Relations and work motivation on employee performance. The data used in this study were 73 employees of the Highways Office of North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results show that Human Relations has a significant effect on the performance of the North Aceh Highways Office employees and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of North Aceh Highways Office employees. Human relations and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the North Aceh Highways Office

THE RELATIONSHIP OF JOB SATISFACTION,TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS INTERVENING VARIABLE OF ADMINISTRATION STAFFS AT STATE MALIKUSSALEH UNIVERSITY

Administrative staff is a decisive asset of human resources at state  malikussaleh university , to improve employee performance. Employee performance change has relationship with some research variables. Analyzing the interaction of research variables to explain the relationship of Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline above Employee Performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The sample in this research is the administrative staff of University Malikussaleh which amounted to 155 respondents, which was taken using sampling method, become the research respondent. Data collected using quesioner method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method which is operated through Amos 21 program. The result of the research explains that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline have significant relation above organizational commitment and employee performance. Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Human Relationship terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA di Aceh Utara

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and Human Relationship on the Performance of High School Teachers in North Aceh District. The data used in this study were 140 high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The analytical tool used is SPSS . The results showed that competence and human relationships had a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. Competence has a significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in North Aceh Regency. THE EFFECT OF CAFE ATMOSPHERE, PRODUCT QUALITY AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CONSUMER SATISFACTION AT PREMIUM COFFEE STATIONS IN LHOKSEUMAWE CITY FOR THE 2020-2021 PERIOD

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of cafe atmosphere, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at premium coffee stations in lhokseumawe. The population in this study were all customers at the premium coffee station in lhokseumawe. While the sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The type of data used in this study is primary data in the form of cross selection data obtained by using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of the study found that partially the cafe atmosphere had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, partially product quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction, while partially service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. and cafe atmosphere product quality and service quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

THE EFFECT OF PSYCHOGRAPHIC LIFESTYLE ON PURCHASE DECISIONS AT HANGING CAFES IN SOUTHWEST ACEH DISTRICT

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of interest, opinion and activity on purchasing decisions at Cafe Hangouts in Aceh Barat Daya District. The object of this research is a psychographic lifestyle which includes interest, opinion and activity and purchasing decisions at Hangout cafes. The sample selection in this study was based on proportional random sampling, in this study 100 customers were selected who had visited the Nongkrong Cafe, Southwest Aceh. The analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially interest and opinion have a positive effect. and significant to the Purchase Decision at the Cafe Hanging out in Southwest Aceh Regency. The results of this study indicate that partially activity has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions at Hanging Cafes in Southwest Aceh Regency. The results of this study indicate that the variables of interest, opinion and activity have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Nongkrong Cafe, Southwest Aceh Regency

Mengembangkan Potensi Dan Kreativitas Desa Berbasis Edukasi Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Minuman Sehat Untuk Meningkatkan Imun Tubuh Di Desa Mon Geudong Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK melalui pelatihan pembuatan minuman sehat menjadi produk minuman jamu yang bernilai ekonomi. Hal ini dilakukan karena Kreativitas pengolahan tumbuhan herbal menjadi jamu adalah solusi yang cukup baik untuk menjaga kesehatan imun tubuh dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Pemanfaatan tumbuhan herbal menjadi minuman jamu masih jarang dilakukan warga mon geudong. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Gampong mon geudong Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan terbimbing, metode diskusi grup, ceramah, partisipatif, dan latihan. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini membutuhkan beberapa tahapan yakni menjelaskan manfaat dan menyampaikan materi pembuatan minuman sehat, kemudian dilakukan praktek pembuatan minuman sehat dan juga memberikan latihan-latihan kepada ibu-ibu PKK. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu PKK dapat memanfaatkan tumbuhan herbal menjadi jamu adalah solusi yang cukup baik untuk menjaga kesehatan imun tubuh yang memiliki nilai ekonomi.Kata Kunci : Tumbuhan Herbal, Jam

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE, THE INFLUENCE OF THE JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, QUALITY OF WORK LIFE , AGAINST THE EMPLOYEEPERFORMANCE : A CASE STUDY : IN THE REGIONAL PUBLIC SERVICEWOMEN'S AND CHILDREN’

This aim of this study the organizational commitment as an intervening variable, the influence  of the job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life,  against the employee performance  : Case Study : In The Regional Public Service Women's and Children's Hospital of Aceh Province . The research population is all employees  of 254 people, and  total sample of 156. The data analysis method used is  Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed Organizational Commitment able to mediated the affect of the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior  and quality of work life against the employee performance is partially. And the  relationship the job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life have a significant of relationship on the organizational commitment and employee performance

PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT AND POTATO COMPETITIVENESS IN BENER MERIAH DISTRICT, ACEH PROVINCE

The research aims to identify supply chain partnerships and analyze potato competitiveness. The research location is in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province. Supply chain partnership management is studied using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Potato competitiveness was analyzed using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) approach. The research results show that potato farming is quite profitable for farmers and has competitiveness as a superior product. Potato farming partnerships are carried out by farmers at the level of seed procurement and farming costs with a profit-sharing system or general trading pattern through farming capital loans with the condition that farmers must sell potatoes to traders at below-market prices. Potato farming in Bener Meriah Regency has comparative advantages and competitive advantages. It is worthy of development based on the acquisition of PCR and DRCR, both of which have a value of more than one. Potato farming has good prospects for intensive development to increase the competitiveness of potatoes through synergistic partnership programs with downstream business players, considering the high market demand for potatoes and processed potato products
