    The study looks into wages and salaries administration as a motivational tool in Nigerian organisation. The study went further to distinguish between gratuitous and paid job with possible effect of wages and salaries as it relates to individual contribution and effort towards the achievement of the corporate goals and objectives. The study made use of a self-designed questionnaire and eventually used chi-square to analyze and conclude on the hypothesis that wages and salaries serves as motivational tool and that wages and salaries has significant relationship with workers performance in Nigerian organisation

    The study looked into the meanings of network analysis in theory and practical terms. The study went further to expose the tools used in network analysis, especially, in construction firms in Nigeria and some of the impacts and/or effects of network analysis in construction firms within Nigeria. The study is exploratory and qualitative in nature and as such does not make use of any population. The study concluded that network analysis is as important as the materials to be used for any project and recommended that there is much need for the use of network analysis particularly, the critical path analysis and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT)

    Sustainability Strategy and Service Quality Innovativeness of Manufacturing Firms in Ogun State

    The essence of this study is to examine the relationship between sustainability strategy and service quality innovativeness of manufacturing firms in Ogun State.Four objectives, research questions and hypotheses were postulated in order to find to get close to the unknown of the study.  Two hundred and sixty-six senior personnel and distributors formed the sample size from thirty-eight (38) manufacturing firms.  A self-designed instrument was used for the collection of primary data andPearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was the statistical tool used in analysing the primary data.  From the findings of the study it was revealed that there is relationship between sustainability strategy and service quality innovativeness in manufacturing firms in Ogun State.  Based on the findings, it was recommended thatmanufacturing firms should keep to the strategic rules of being not easy to imitate, heterogeneity, unique and rare, etc., to enjoy the full benefit of sustainability strategy in the industry.  Again, serious caution should be exercise in adopting more than one sustainability strategies at the same time

    This study examined the impact of inventory management in contemporary manufacturing firms in Nigeria. This was done in relation to how effective and efficient inventory management can be used to achieve a competitive advantage in any sector such manufacturing firm may belong. This study being both exploratory and theoretical, there was critical review of inventory management and competitive advantage. The study concluded that in pursuing cost leadership and differentiation as corporate strategies, inventory management must be effective and efficient. There were recommendations based on the findings, that manufacturing firms should be proactive on issues relating to production, creation of a distinct functional department in charge of inventory management and the consideration of the use of scientific approach to inventory management

    The Impact of Customer Services Relations on the Organizational Growth-A Case Study of MTN Communication Ltd.

    The main purpose and objective of this study is to examine how the organisation’s personnel relate with the customers and the impacts of the customer service relations on the organisational growth. Seven research questions and three hypotheses were postulated to find solutions to the problems of the study. Forty personnel formed the sample size from two branches of the organisation. A self-designed instrument (CUSERIM) containing two sections was used in the collection of data. The findings of the study revealed that customer satisfaction enhance customer service relation and continuous patronage as well as organisational growth. Some of the recommendations of the study include having a sole department or Strategic Business Unit in charge of customer service relation, for the staff in such department must be trained, retrained and well motivated. They should also be customers “friends and family” as well as allowing the organisation’s ideals and values to be tailored towards the needs and aspirations of the customers
