Objective: The current study focused on the development, validation, and characterization of forced degradation products using LC-MS/MS. Methods: A simple, selective, validated and well-defined isocratic HPLC methodology for the quantitative determination of Tucatinib at a wavelength of 239 nm. An isocratic elution of samples was performed on an Inertsil ODS (250x4.6 mm, 5m) column with a mobile phase of 70:30v/v Acetonitrile and formic acid (0.1%) delivered at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. MS/MS was used to characterize degradation products formed in the forced degradation study. The validation and characterization of forced degradation products were performed in accordance with ICH guidelines. Results: Over the concentration range of 5-100μg/ml, a good linear response was obtained. Tucatinib's LOD and LOQ were determined to be 0.05 and 0.5, respectively. According to standard guidelines, the method was quantitatively evaluated in terms of system suitability, linearity, precision, accuracy, and robustness, and the results were found to be within acceptable limits. The drug was degraded under acidic, alkaline, and reduction conditions in forced degradation studies. Conclusion: The method was found to be applicable for routine tucatinib analysis. Because no LC-MS/MS method for estimating tucatinib and its degradation products has been reported in the literature. There is a need to develop a method for studying the entire tucatinib degradation pathway

The Influence of Bid-ask Spread and Leverage on Earnings Management with Good Corporate Governance as Moderating Variable

This research was intended for obtaining an empirical evidence regarding good corporate governance to moderate the influence of bid-ask spread and leverage on earnings management. Earnings management was measured by the three proxies of real earnings management. It was included cash flow operation, production cost, and discretionary expenses. Bid-ask spread was measured by ask and bid price of the company\u27s shares in given period. Leverage was measured by the ratio of total debt and assets. A good corporate governance was measured by score Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). The research population was a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2015. The sampling method is used a purposive sampling. The samples analyzed was 56 samples. An analytical technique is used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that a good corporate governance did not moderate the influence of bid-ask spread on earnings management. However, a good corporate governance weakens the influence of leverage on earnings management

The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of ENTRASOL and MP-ASI BISCUIT on improving body weight and height of under five children with under nutrition in Jembrana Regency. This is an experimental study was under taken for 30 days (four weeks), the first group was given ENTRASOL and the second group was given MP-ASI BISCUIT. The study subjects were under five children aged 12 until24 months with under nutrition status. Subject were devided into two groups, each group comprising 16 under five children. The two treatment groups showed average increase of body weight and height before and after treatment. The higher difference of body weight was found in group receiving ENTRASOL (0,8 ± 0,1) kg, than in group MP-ASI BISCUIT (0,6 ± 0,2) kg. And about height, the higher difference was found in group receiving ENTRASOL (0,3 ± 0,1) cm, than in group MP-ASI BISCUIT (0,2 ± 0,1) cm. The result of Paired t test for increase of body weight and height before and after treatment for ENTRASOL and MP-ASI BISCUIT groups revealed significant difference in both group. In the other hand, high significant difference was found between ENTRASOL and MP-ASI BISCUIT by using independent t test. It was concluded that, the effect of ENTRASOL was better than MP-ASI BISCUIT to improved body weight an height of under fives child with under nutrition status.Key words: ENTRASOL, MP-ASI BISCUIT, nutritional status, under fives children, body weight, heigh

A simple, precise, rapid and accurate RP- HPLC method was developed for the Estimation of Pazopanib HCl (PZP) in tablet dosage forms. An XTerra RP C 18 , (250X4.6 with 5 microns particle size) and the mobile phase, consisting of 0.03M KH 2 PO 4 in water adjusting the pH-3.2 with O-Phosphoric Acid: Acetonitrile in ratio of 70:30 v/v and water: Acetonitrile (50:50 v/v) was used as diluent in the gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the effluents were monitored at 267 nm. The retention time was 7.392 for Pazopanib HCl. The detector response was linear in the concentration of 20-240 g/mL for PZP. The respective linear regression equation being Y (528142.1276 = 172694.049x + 428066.7611 for PZP. The Limit of Detection (LOD) is 0.10 and The Limit of Quantification (LOQ) is 0.30 for PZP respectively. The % assay of PZP was found out to be 99.49%. The method was validated by determining its accuracy, precision and system suitability. The results of the study showed that the proposed RP-HPLC method is simple, rapid, precise and accurate, which is useful for the routine determination of PZP in bulk drug and in its pharmaceutical dosage forms

Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), as one of the regions that is prepared to be a tourism based economic corridor development requiring competitive and innovative humanresources. By employing interview and observation methods, and the use of qualitative and quantitative  data  analyses, the results are: (a)  there is a difference in nonverbal behavior among the plural community of NTB, although the forming element of the community is the same; (b) a number of nonverbal behaviors showing solidarity and tolerance among the pluralistic community of West Barat are reflected in ngejot, Fitrayadnya, tomb pilgrimage traditions and the formation of space expressing solidarity and tolerance  in the form of  Mendapa building; (c) the formation of nonverbal behavior is founded upon cultural values system assuming that human have the same origin, sharing historical similarity; (d) the nurturing of behavior reflecting solidarity and tolerance provides positive energy for creating  competitive and innovative human resources. Keywords: economic corridor, pluralistic community, positive energy, solidarity, toleranc

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of Tri Hita Karana\u27s cultural abilities in moderating the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and the role overload in burnout experienced by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Inspectorate of Bali Province. The technique of determining the sample used is saturated sampling (census). The number of respondents was 47 APIP. The data used is in the form of primary data. Data collection using survey methods using questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that the culture of Tri Hita Karana causes the effect of role conflict and the role of overload in reduced burnout. However, Tri Hita Karana\u27s culture does not moderate the effect of the role ambiguity on burnout experienced by the APIP at the Inspectorate of Bali Province
