DRAWING ON NOVELS, COLLABORATION BETWEEN FICTION AND VISUALS

Drawing activities on used novels have been carried out for a period of 15 years. Drawing on the novel is the result of imaginative literary meeting with pure art artists. Through the used novels, the artist conduct purely spiritual communication, the scratches of each sheet are the factual pages of the communication. Collaborative practice between literary fiction and visual fiction produces various forms of form. This paper is the result of a long journey of novel observations and the practice of scratching pages. The purpose of this paper is to show the conceptual background and layer by layer of the drawing activity process on the novel, as a discussion object material. Scratching on the novel seems very simple, but actually begins with research and conceptual considerations and further visions

ANALISIS SWOT GUNA MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN UMAT UNTUK MENYALURKAN ZAKAT MELALUI LEMBAGA AMIL ZAKAT DI BAZNAS KOTA BAUBAU

Menurut undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011, fungsi BAZNAS yaitu melaksanakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, pelaporan, pertanggungjawaban, pengumpulan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan zakat. Sejauh ini keberadaan organisasi pengelola zakat belum optimal diakibatkan masih banyak potensi zakat yang belum terkelola dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran BAZNAS kota Baubau dalam meningkatkan kesadaran umat untuk menyalurkan zakatnya pada Lembaga Amil Zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT yakni membandingkan antara faktor eksternal, peluang, dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara.  Melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT, skor faktor internal – kekuatan BAZNAS sebesar 2,66 dan skor faktor internal – kelemahan sebesar 0,68 dan jumlah keseluruhan dari faktor internal adalah 3,34. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa BAZNAS Kota Baubau mempunyai peran besar terhadap pendapatan BAZNAS. Skor faktor eksternal – peluang BAZNAS sebesar 2,40. Sedangkan skor faktor eksternal – ancaman  sebesar 0,40 dan secara keseluruhan faktor eksternal mempunyai skor 2,80. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa peluang BAZNAS sangat besar. Dari analisis skor tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa BAZNAS berada pada posisi kuadran I (positif) yang berarti bahwa lembaga ini kuat dan memiliki peluang. Strategi yang tepat digunakan oleh BAZNAS guna meningkatkan kesadaran muzakki yaitu strategi agresif berdasarkan kekuatan dan peluang pada BAZNAS kota Baubau antara lain berkoordinasi dengan semua Unit Pengumpul Zakat di setiap kecamatan di kota Baubau, meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, serta lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat misalnya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga pengumpulan zakat dapat dilakukan melalui online dan akses masyarakat untuk melihat penyalurannya akan dapat dilakukan dengan baik

TOWARD RURAL SUSTAINABLE PHOTOVOLTAICS DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA THE EFFECTS OF SOCIOECONOMIC BENEFIT, INFORMATION ACCESS, AND FINANCING FACILITIES TO THE SUSTAINABILITY OF PHOTOVOLTAICS TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS

The search for a substitute for fossil energy resources in view of the growing demand for environmentally friendly technologies for electricity generation, and the needs of the growing economics and population in Indonesia have increased the interest in photovoltaic as a long term, environmentally friendly and reliable energy technology. Although Indonesia outperformed its regional neighbors and joined China and India as the only G20 members posting growth during the 2009 economic crisis, Indonesia still struggles with poverty and unequal energy distribution. Fortypercent of Indonesian households are still not electrified and most of them live in the rural area.Indonesia is trying to introduce a modern electricity technology to rural population who cannot be served economically or in a timely manner by the conventional rural electrification system. For several decades, the electricity generation in Indonesia have been under the monopolistic management of national electric company, PLN controlled and funded by the government.Experience shows that PLN has for reasons of limited funding, inadequate capacity, and has been unable to service and ensure the expansion of the utility grid to most rural households.The utilization of a photovoltaic system is targeted to contribute to the rural electrification and contribute in total of one half percent to the domestic energy mix. The photovoltaic development in Indonesia is progressing very slowly. The goal to have 50 MWp of photovoltaic generating power in the year 2010 has not been accomplished. Current installed photovoltaic capacity is 10 MWp about 2.85 percent of the year 2025 target. PROSEDUR PELAKSANAAN ANGGARAN BELANJA DAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PADA BPKAD (BADAN PENGELOLA KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH) KABUPATEN BUTON TENGAH

This thesis aims to determine the Budget Implementation Procedure and Accountability in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Buton Regency in accordance with ministerial regulation Number 17 of 2003 concerning State finances and Law number 1 of 2004 concerning treasury. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study showed that the procedures for implementing the budget and accountability of the financial management body and the assets of the Central Buton district had been going well according to the Ministerial Regulation in 2003, starting to carry out reforms in the financial sector marked by the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance and the Law Law No. 1/2004 concerning the treasury, only in the process of carrying out activities, sometimes the PPTK is late in submitting proof of transaction in the form of a letter of accountability (SPJ) for expenditure spent on the expenditure treasurer, the delay in the submission of the SPJ to an activity will result in a delay in the replacement of inventory money resulting in delays in disbursing funds to finance other activities&nbsp

ANALISIS TRANSPARANSI DAN AKUNTABILITAS ALOKASI ANGGARAN KELURAHAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan anggaran kelurahan Se-Kecamatan Betoambari Kota Baubau sudah dilakukan secara transparan dan akuntabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah tiga kelurahan di Kecamatan Betoambari yaitu Kelurahan katobengke, Kelurahan Lipu dan Kelurahan Waborobo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan anggaran kelurahan se- kecamatan Betoambari Kota Baubau (Kelurahan Katobengke, Kelurahan Lipu, Kelurahan Waborobo) sudah dilakukan secara cukup transparan dan akuntabel. Hal ini berdasarkan pada beberapa indikator dari transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang telah dipenuhi atau diwujudkan oleh pemerintah kelurahan Se-Kecamatan Betoambari (Kelurahan Katobengke, Kelurahan Lipu, dan kelurahan Waborobo). Penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat kepada pemerintah kelurahan dan  meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pemerintah kelurahan yang berorientasi pada kepentingan publik

MOBILE ART LABORATORY RUANG KOLABORASI SENI RUPA PERTUNJUKAN BERBASIS MASYARAKAT

Mobile Art Lab, an alternative space for community-based performance art, is an art creation for transferring the methods and art practices of artists in society through experience. This study focused on the importance of creating a Mobile Art Lab, the form and processes of the Mobile Art Lab as an alternative education-based space that can facilitate the exclusivity of community-based contemporary performing arts in Bali, and the cultural benefits of the Mobile Art Lab as an approach to contemporary performing arts in local, national, and international communities. This study was a qualitative interpretation study designed for the research of art creation with a participatory approach. This study was conducted based on the one-dimensional society art theory of J. J. Hogman, actor network theory (ANT), and nonformal education theory of Conscientizacao. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The interactive analysis model was used in presenting the data and analyses; data were presented formally and informally. This study revealed differences in the forms of bamboo art installations in each area and community. The historical trajectories of the appearance, movements, and sound produced in their art showed the uniqueness of each community space and time. Produced four design concepts and six implementations of Mobile Art Laboratory (trajectory), namely: the Sawe Negare design concept; the design concept in front of the Buleleng Disbud office; design concept in Klungkung Public Square; design concept in front of the Lata Mahosadhi Pusdok, trajectory at ARMA Pengosekan Ubud; trajectory at Art Bali Nusa Dua; trajectory at Titik Dua Mas Ubud; trajectory in Jatijagat Poetry Village; trajectory at Santrian Gallery Sanur; and trajectories at Komaneka Gallery. Mobile Art Lab is an approach that can facilitate people becoming involved in art activities, inspire critical appreciation of the art of individual artists, and allow individuals to collaborate with artists in creating in the form of visual arts, sound, and each area’s unique historical trajectory of events. Most people need experience and knowledge of art for self-actualization and practical independence in their lives, and the Mobile Art Lab is one approach to actualizing this in the wider community. PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PADA BANK SYARIAH DI KOTA BAUBAU

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah;  2) Hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah yang ada di Kota Baubau.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank Muamalat dan BNI Syariah di kota Baubau.  Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang nasabah yaitu 50 orang merupakan nasabah dari bank Muamalat dan 50 oarang merupakan nasabah dari bank BNI Syariah.  Jenis data berupa data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner.  Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji korelasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000;  2) Terdapat korelasi/hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan nasabah dengan tingkat korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,751.

POLA-POLA WORKSHOP SENI WAYAN SUJANA SUKLU: DRAWING ON NOVEL, REPETISI GARIS DAN WARNA, FLAXI STRONG BAMBOO

Tujuan penulisan ‘Pola-Pola Workshop Seni Wayan Sujana Suklu’ adalah dalam upaya mendekatkan artistik seni seniman ke tengah-tengah masyarakat. Masyarakat memerlukan aktivitas seni untuk memenuhi kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, workshop seni dapat menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat dan seniman. Mengapa workshop seni penting, Pola-pola Workshop seni seperti apa yang dapat dijadikan bentuk partisipatori, bagaimana proses serta pengetahuan yang didapat partisipan, hal ini yang akan di diskusikan dalam penulisan ini. Teori yang mendukung diantaranya Relational Aesthetics Nicolas Bourriaud serta asas-asas formal seni De Witt H. Parker.
