Donated land based on wakaf in Indonesia has agreat potential to help fulfill the needs in the field of religion and socio economy of the society, the donation of lands in general must be managed effectively and efficiently based on the purposes and functions under Islamic Law. Donations of land in Indonesia have been known and implemented by Muslims since Islam came to Indonesia. The wakaf donation as one of the Islamic institutions in Indonesia has supported the religious life of Islam in particular and the social life of Indonesian in general. Almost all buildings functioned for the social and religious interests such as worshipping places, educational complex, hospital, bording houses, or public facilities stand on land donated by wakaf . However, it is also realized that there arestill donated lands that have not been optimally managed. Donated in general and donated land based on wakaf in particular if managed professionally can give contributions to the communitys economy in order to develop public welfare. Wakaf donations actually have agreat potential to be managed and empowered and turned into business purposes in accordance with the economic productivity, not only functioned as a means for worshipping places

Diversity of Aphyllophorales Fungi Isolated From Tanjung Puting National Park, Central Kalimantan and Its Potentiality for Lignin Decomposition

A total of fifty-three samples of fungal basidiocarp were collected from peat area in Tanjung Puting National Park, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. These samples are mostly determined to genus until more studies are available. The fungi were isolated on CMA medium then the isolated strains were purified on PDA medium. The fungi belong to at least 3 families of Aphyllophorales, however there were a wide diversity in the genus with respect to macroscopic examination. An agar plate screening procedures was developed for the rapid selection of fungi and estimation of their capacity for lignin-decomposer. The test is based on the visualization and interpretation of the formation of halo zone or decolourization process in well-defined agar medium containing Poly R-478. The selected isolates were also tested in to rhemazol brilliant blue R salt (RBBR) medium. Five isolates had the ability to decolourize either Poly R-478 or RBBR. These isolates showed a qualitative lignin decomposition although a comparative study of selected fungi revealed the difference potentiality. The highest loss of lignin was 28.18% and attempts have been made to determine the unidentified fungi, which is resupinate type, by direct sequencing of 18s ribosomal DNA (rDNA)

© 2018, Springer International Publishing AG, part of Springer Nature. End of course evaluations technologies can provide critical analytics that can be used to improve the academic outcomes of almost any university. This paper presents key findings from a study conducted on more than twenty different academic degree-programs, regarding their use of end of course evaluation technology. Data was collected from an online survey instrument, in-depth interviews with academic administrators, and two case studies, one in the US and another in the UAE. The study reveals new trends including sectioning and categorization; questions standardization and benchmarking; alignment with key performance indicators and key learning outcomes; and grouping by course, program outcome, program, college, etc. in addition to those vertical structures, higher education institutions are vertically examining a specific question(s) across

PENERAPAN RECIPROCAL TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKn POKOK BAHASAN PROSES PERUMUSAN PANCASILA SEBAGAI DASAR NEGARA PADA SISWA KELAS VI A SDN TANGGUL WETAN 02 KECAMATAN TANGGUL – JEMBER

An online shop is a way of trading and shopping online via the internet. Online sales in the business sector will significantly help reduce operational costs, especially for customer activities; in its contribution to commerce, online sales can also increase selling power and widely facilitate the marketing of a product. “Seger Waras” Pharmacy is an agency engaged in the business of selling medicines and medical equipment. “Seger Waras” Pharmacy requires an online sales website or online store, which is intended to maximize service to existing or new customers. Therefore, the authors conducted research on the design of the e-pharmacy application, which is a web-based medicine sales system at the Seger Waras Pharmacy. This study aims to increase the revenue of the relevant agencies and provide complete information about drug use to customers. Data collection methods use observation and interview methods for system models using Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Context Diagrams. The software used by MySQL as a database server, Apache as a web server, Sublime Text 3 for writing PHP and HTML programming languages, and Bootstrap as a framework. The result of the system that has been completed is an online store application that makes it possible to sell and purchase drugs online; the online shop at the “Seger Waras” Pharmacy can increase sales turnover and promote business

Analisis Pertumbuhan dan Fenologi Trubus pada Berbagai Struktur Tajuk Durian (Durio Zybethinus)

Two parallel experiments were conducted to study the effect of training and pruning on the growth and development of durian. Two-years old durian clones Matahari and Monthong had been pruned and or trained for 19 months as open center, central leader, palmette leader and left untreated (control treatment) in five (for Matahari) and six (for Monthong) replications. Training and pruning treatments resulted in more open crown as indicated by lower (35 - 40%) leaf area index, better growth analysis as indicated by better dry matter partition and growth rate. Relative growth rate (RGR) and net assimilation rate (NAR) of trained and pruned trees were high during 12 - 15 months after treatment, although their absolute growth rate cumulative crown dry matter low compared to untreated trees. Compared to pruning \, training treatment gave higher contribution to NAR. Due to wet climate of local Bogor and ontogeny of the durian used in this experiment (at late juvenile stage, 3.5 year old durian), the effect of training and pruning on the development of the durian as observed by flushing phenology had not been revealed. Flushing rhythmic pattern of treated and untreated durian were almost same
