Effect of selected parameters of non-linear analysis of concrete structures

Příspěvek se zabývá srovnáním numerických výpočtů s experimentem pro různé parametry počáteční podmínky plasticity u fyzikálně nelineární analýzy. Dále se příspěvek zabývá ověřením vlivu geometrické nelinearity dle teorie 2. řádu a vlastní tíhy konstrukce na výpočet. Použitý konstitutivní model betonu kombinuje Chen-Chenovu podmínku plasticity a model zpevnění vypracovaný Ohtanim. Modelovaným experimentem zvoleným pro parametrickou studii je železobetonový nosník, který je zatížený dvěma silami.The paper deals with a comparison of numerical calculations with experiment for different parameters of initial plasticity conditions by non-linear analysis. The paper also deals with a verification of the geometric non-linearity effect as per the theory of 2nd order and structural weight. The used constitutive model combines Chen-Chen condition of plasticity and Ohtani concept of hardening. Příspěvek se zabývá modelováním chování prolamovaného nosníku. Ve výpočtech je zohledněna imperfekce. Výpočty zahrnují konečněprvkové modely a normový výpočet. Hlavním cílem příspěvku je provedení případové studie pro určení součinitelů klopení a popis průběhu napěťových stavů na profilu.This paper deals with modeling of the behavior of castellated beam. The calculations also take into account the imperfections. The solution incorporates finite element models and standardized calculation. The main contribution is to undertake case studies to determine the coefficients of lateraltorsional buckling and description of the stress state of the profile

Alfonso de Valdés a univerzální říše Karla V.

in Czech Práce se zabývá tématem reflexe problematiky takzvané "univerzální říše" císaře Karla V. v díle španělského humanisty Alfonse de Valdés (c. 1490-1532), který mezi lety 1520 až 1532 postupně působil u císařského dvora jakožto písař, sekretář nejvyššího kancléře Mercurina di Gattinary a posléze jakožto sekretář samotného císaře Karla V. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní analýzy primárních pramenů, z nichž většinu tvoří španělsky a latinsky psané písemnosti Alfonse de Valdés, se práce pokouší objasnit Valdésův postoj k podstatě císařské moci Karla V., stejně jako k dalším dobovým problémům, které s problematikou císařského universalismu úzce souvisí, tedy ke stavu katolické církve a potřebě její reformy či k počínající reformaci. Práce je tematicky dělena do tří bloků, přičemž první z nich je věnován představení osoby samotného Alfonse de Valdés a Karla V., druhý blok je následně věnován problematice Valdésova postoje k císařskému universalismu, načež třetí blok je zaměřen na Valdésův postoj k počínající reformaci, a to včetně jeho osobního zapojení do jednání v rámci říšského sněmu v Augsburgu roku 1530.in English This work is dedicated to the topic of reflection of the idea of the so-called "universal empire" of the emperor Charles V in work of Spanish humanist Alfonso de Valdés (c. 1490-1532), who between the years 1520 and 1532 worked at the imperial court first as a scribe, then as a secretary of the grand chancellor Mercurino di Gattinara and finally as a secretary of Charles V himself. Using qualitative analysis of primary sources, mostly Latin and Spanish documents and writings left by Alfonso de Valdés, the work attempts to uncover and interpret the attitude of Valdés towards the nature of imperial power of Charles V as well as to other contemporary topics related to the problem of imperial universalism, such as his attitude towards the Catholic church and its reform or to the beginnings of the Reformation. Bioapatite made from chicken femur bone

Nano-bioapatite (BAP) powder was successfully acquired from chicken femur bones via chemical treatment followed by calcination. The isolation of nano-bioapatite powder from chicken bone has not been published so far. The bioapatite powder was chemically and structurally characterized by elemental analysis (AAS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques. The nano BAP powder showed needle-shaped morphology. The crystallite size distribution and specific surface area proved the nanostructured character of the sample. Chemical analysis together with FTIR spectrometry have demonstrated that the BAP powder was Ca-deficient with Na, Mg and carbonate substitutions that make the BAP suitable for application as a filler in biocomposites.Web of Science55426025

Contentious issues of necessary defence in judicial practise

Sporné otázky nutné obrany v judikatuře Abstrakt Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu sporných otázek trestněprávního institutu nutné obrany v rámci relevantní judikatury. Jejím účelem je shrnout pojetí institutu nutné obrany v českém právním řádu, zjistit okolnosti, ke kterým soudy při jejich rozhodování obvykle přihlíží a odpovědět na další otázky, které s institutem nutné obrany nedílně souvisí. Obsah diplomové práce je rozdělen do kapitol a podkapitol. První dvě kapitoly se stručně zabývají vývojem a funkcí okolností vylučujících protiprávnost v rámci systému trestního práva, účelem nutné obrany coby jedné z nich a jejím vztahem ke krajní nouzi. Obsahem těchto kapitol jsou především nesporné poznatky o těchto institutech. Závěrečná část druhé kapitoly čerpá ze vztahu nutné obrany a krajní nouze a blíže se věnuje otázce subsidiarity při zohlednění rozhodovací činnosti soudů. Třetí kapitola se věnuje jádru institutu nutné obrany a jeho nezbytným náležitostem a poskytuje plnohodnotný náhled na problematiku iniciace konfliktu, resp. útoku, a souvisejícího viktimologického spoluzavinění. Its purpose is to summarize the concept of the institute of necessary defense in the Czech legal system, to find out the circumstances that courts usually take into account in their decision-making and to answer other questions that are inextricably linked to the institute of necessary defense. The content of the diploma thesis is divided into chapters and subchapters. The first two chapters briefly deal with the development and function of circumstances precluding wrongfulness within the system of criminal law, the purpose of the necessary defense as one of them and its relation to necessity. The content of these chapters is mainly undisputed knowledge about these institutes. Experiment and numerical modeling suspended ceiling with identification of working diagram material

The aim of this topic is to describe creating of working diagrams of structural materials. These will be used as input parameters for nonlinear analysis of real structures. Working diagrams of construction material are derived from experimental tensile tests and numerical analysis. We will use construction steel in this case. Derived working diagrams are used as an input parameter for numerical modelling of real structures. They are also used as a comparison with data from realized physical tests. Numerical modelling is based on 3D model of structure and it takes into account physical and geometrical nonlinearities.Web of Science39716
