Craft capiz shells (Amusium pleuronectes) has great demand. Generally, products in the form of lamp shades is made with a system using a brass frame. In some regions, the brass is difficult to obtain, so we need research products using a frame systems shells with antique rattan ± 4mm wide. Products are made in the form of lampshade and partition. Products are installed in the showroom BBKB and interviews were conducted with 30 respondents, using 10 items of instruments. Assessment system with Likert scale and value of quality product is 71 (for the highest score 100) or 71% of the expected quality. It means products have good quality. Design of shells for craft products can be developed caused by great demand and can be marketed with a good price according with the design of products and level of difficulty in the making

This research aims to find strategies of gender-based protection for women worker in Karanganyar. The emergence of Legal Law (Instruksi Presiden No. 9 Tahun 2000) about gender mainstreaming making every stakeholders should integrate gender as perspective in every policy. One of efforts to protect women worker based on gender perspective could be done by implemented gender mainstreaming. Based on the research, strategy of gender-based protection for women worker could be run through worker union. Every company should have union worker and make contractual worker (PKB). The protection of women worker could be done by integrating gender perspective on contractual worker arrangement. Therefore every department in Karanganyar should implemented gender mainstreaming so monitoring and evaluation could be done by Department of Labor and Transmigration. This department should be ensure that the contractual worker in every company has a specific protection for women worker

Design Area Wudhu For Women In Mushalla Nurul Fata In Kelurahan Kamal, Kecamatan Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Mushalla is a place of worship of Muslims and performs various kinds of other Islamic religious celebrations such as the celebration of "Isra’ Mi'raj ","Maulid of the Prophet Muhammad SAW", performing the Tarawih prayer during the month of Ramadan. Mushalla refers to a special place for the five daily prayers, where the difference between the mosque and the mushalla is that no Friday prayers are performed as obligatory prayers for adult men every Friday afternoon Mushalla Nurul Fata is located in Kamal Village, Kalideres District, West Jakarta. This musholla began the renovation phase in 2019 and has been renovated so that it is now a two-story building, currently, almost 90% of the building has been completed, but for the place of ablution, women have not finished. Based on these conditions, the Architecture Study Program at the University of Budi Luhur organized Community Service activities to create a design for the place of women's ablution Mushalla Nurul Fata. The method of implementing activities uses the Architectural Design Process.
