Entwicklung sozialer Interaktion bei frühkindlichem Autismus

Autismus ist seit vielen Jahren Thema im Forschungsbereich und gibt trotzdem, auch heute noch, viele Rätsel auf. In dieser Arbeit werden verschiedene Sichtweisen zum Verstehen von Autismus, anhand der Darstellung und Verknüpfung von Theorien der psychoanalytischen Pädagogik wie auch einigen Ansätzen der klassischen Psychologie, aufgezeigt. Nach der Darstellung der Theorien wird im zweiten Teil der Arbeit ein Fallbeispiel auf Interaktionsstrukturen bzw. Interaktionsentwicklung untersucht. Die Erkenntnisse aus dieser inhaltsanalytischen Untersuchung werden im dritten Teil der Arbeit mit den zuvor vorgestellten Theorien verknüpft um die Entwicklung des Interaktionsverhaltens eines autistischen Kindes zu erfassen, umfassend darzustellen und so Einblick in eine besondere Art der Interaktionsentwicklung zu geben.Although autism has been subject to a lot of studies for a long time now there are still a lot of questions unanswered. In this paper various viewpoints of the understanding of autism are discussed using different theories of the psychoanalytical pedagogy as well as approaches of the classical pedagogy. After presenting the theories in the first part of the paper a case is investigated on its interaction structures and interaction development In the third part of this paper results of the content analysis are linked with the previously introduced theories in order to measure and comprehensively illustrate the development of the interaction behaviour of an autistic child and in turn deliver an insight into a special kind of interaction development

Souveraineté alimentaire, que fait l'Europe ? Pour une nouvelle politique agricole et alimentaire européenne

National audience2013, fin de la politique agricole commune (PAC) de l'Union européenne ? Très bien, pourrait-on se dire. Car après tout, ses dégâts sociaux, environnementaux et sur les pays du Sud ne justifient peut-être pas les 50 milliards annuels de cette politique européenne. Mais c'est vite oublier que la PAC, fondée il y a 50 ans, avait d'autres objectifs : assurer la sécurité alimentaire, la stabilité des marchés et des prix raisonnables pour les paysans comme pour les consommateurs. Pour cela, il fallait mettre en place une régulation forte des marchés au niveau européen. A qui profite à présent son démantèlement, sur fond de libéralisation des marchés agricoles ? Aux pays exportateurs les plus riches, qui ont contraint les pays pauvres à supprimer leurs protections aux frontières, tout en versant des subventions massives à leur agriculture exportatrice. Aux multinationales, qui peuvent maintenant s'approvisionner à moindre coût. 2008 aura été marquée par la crise mondiale des prix alimentaires et les " révoltes de la faim ". L'Union européenne n'en est-elle pas une des premières responsables, elle qui se tient aux avant-postes de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce, de la Banque mondiale, du Fonds monétaire international, chantres de la dérégulation des marchés agricoles ? Le démantèlement de la PAC est une des pièces centrales de ce jeu mortifère. Le mythe néolibéral est à bout de souffle. Il ne peut résoudre les graves crises planétaires qu'il a créées. Refonder la PAC en faveur d'une agriculture paysanne, écologique et pourvoyeuse d'emplois et d'une alimentation de qualité pour tout le monde : ce n'est pas une utopie, c'est une nécessité, face aux crises alimentaire, écologique et économique. Des alternatives crédibles existent : elles impliquent le respect du droit de souveraineté alimentaire et une régulation internationale des échanges, basées sur la solidarité et la préservation des ressources naturelles. Ce livre met en avant ces alternatives, portées par de plus en plus d'organisations citoyennes, de paysans et de chercheurs

Antivascular Therapy for Multidrug-Resistant Ovarian Tumors by Macitentan, a Dual Endothelin Receptor Antagonist1

Endothelin receptors (ETRs) are often overexpressed in ovarian tumors, which can be resistant to conventional therapies. Thus, we investigated whether blockage of the ETR pathways using the dual ETR antagonist macitentan combined with taxol or cisplatinum can produce therapy for orthotopically growing multidrug-resistant (MDR) human ovarian carcinoma. In several studies, nude mice were injected in the peritoneal cavity with HeyA8-MDR human ovarian cancer cells. Ten days later, mice were randomized to receive vehicle (saline), macitentan (oral, daily), taxol (intraperitoneal, weekly), cisplatinum (intraperitoneal, weekly), macitentan plus taxol, or macitentan plus cisplatinum. Moribund mice were killed, and tumors were collected, weighed, and prepared for immunohistochemical analysis. The HeyA8-MDR tumors did not respond to taxol, cisplatinum, or macitentan administered as single agents. In contrast, combination therapy with macitentan and taxol or macitentan and cisplatinum significantly decreased the tumor incidence and weight and significantly increased the survival of mice and their general condition. Multiple immunohistochemical analyses revealed that treatment with macitentan and macitentan plus taxol or cisplatinum inhibited the phosphorylation of ETRs, decreased the levels of pVEGFR2, pAkt, and pMAPK in tumor cells after 2 weeks of treatment and induced a first wave of apoptosis in tumor-associated endothelial cells followed by apoptosis in surrounding tumor cells. Our study shows that ovarian cancer cells, which express the endothelin axis and are multidrug resistant, are exquisitely sensitive to treatment with a dual ET antagonist and can be resensitized to both taxol and cisplatinum. This combined therapy led to a significant reduction in tumor weight
