Актуальні стратегії розвитку суспільно-релігійних організацій: соціологічний аналіз

The article attempts to outline specific features of the development strategy of modern social and religious organizations on the example of Caritas Ukraine as a «complex organization».  By applying organizational (A. Etziony) and network (M. Newman) analysis, using data leitmotiv expert interviews the article describes practices of establishment of partnership networks of social and religious organizations. Benefits and risks of such kind organizations are evaluated. In this context, the network should be viewed as a structure that is formed between individuals or organizations, and displays various connections between them.Three types of partnership networks are detected, namely, networks of target interaction, networks of horizontal internal interaction and networks of horizontal external interaction. It is emphasized that the development of partnership networks of social and religious organizations is an actual strategy and a prerequisite for their development. В статті робиться спроба окреслення особливостей стратегії розвитку сучасних суспільно-релігійних організацій на прикладі Карітасу України як «складної організації». Через застосування організаційного (А. Етціоні) та мережевого (М. Ньюмен) аналізів, з використанням лейтмотивних експертних інтерв’ю, пропонується опис практик формування партнерських мереж суспільно-релігійними організаціями та оцінюються переваги і ризики таких організацій. У визначеному контексті мережу пропонується розглядати як структуру, яка формується між окремими особами або організаціями, і відображає різні зв'язки між ними. Виявлено три типи партнерських мереж, а саме, мережі цільової взаємодії, мережі внутрішньої горизонтальної взаємодії та мережі зовнішньої горизонтальної взаємодії. Підкреслюється, що розбудова партнерських мереж суспільно-релігійних організацій є  дієвою стратегією та обов’язковою умовою їх розвитку.

ВАКЦИНАЦІЯ ПРОТИ КОРУ ЯК ЕФЕКТИВНА ПРОФІЛАКТИКА ВИНИКНЕННЯ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯ

The aim of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of measles vaccination in Ukraine and in the world. Conclusions. In Ukraine and in the world there is a lack of vaccination coverage against measles, which, in fact, is the cause of outbreaks of the disease. There should be a correlation between 1 and 2 doses of measles vaccine for effective prevention. Only joint actions of the public and healthcare professionals with proper financial support can lead to the formation of qualitative preventive vaccination and, accordingly, the health of the population.Метою дослідження є аналіз ефективності вакцинації проти кору в Україні та світі. Висновки. В Україні та світі охоплення щепленнями проти кору недостатнє, що, власне, є причиною спалахів недуги. Для ефективної профілактики повин­на бути кореляція між 1 та 2 дозами вакцини проти кору. Лише спільні дії громадськості, фахівців охорони здоров’я при належній фінансовій підтримці можуть забезпечити формування якісного проведення профілактичних щеплень та, відповідно, покращання здоров’я населення

Dielectric Conductivity of Cross-Linked Polyurethanes Modified with Heteropolynuclear Cu3Mn Complexes

The dielectric and relaxation properties of cross-linked polyurethane, modified with heteropolynuclear Cu3Mn(L4) complexes with various ligands in outer coordination sphere were analyzed by dielectric relaxation spectroscopy. It was shown, that the modifier introduction in polyurethane leads to conductivity level increasing due to: i) complex formation between functional groups of polyurethane and heteropolynuclear compounds and ii) increase in the macrochain mobility

Econometric Estimation of Bilateral Transboundary Trade between Russia and China

The article focuses on the estimation of bilateral transboundary trade between Russia and China. The authors have suggested a hypothesis about the factors, which influence trade flows between the countries involved in trade relations. The research has resulted in a multiplicative model of the dependence of trade flow intensity upon several factors. Empirical estimation has shown that the coefficients used with the main variables of the model are relevant, thus proving the theoretical significance of the model. In the course of this research, the authors have concluded that the size of countries' economies and their membership in the WTO determine the intensity of trade flows between the countries. ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА СИСТЕМА ДЛЯ ВІДДІЛЕНЬ НЕЙРОХІРУРГІЧНОЇ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ

This article is about creating information system for the rehabilitation Department of Neurosurgery.To develop the information system needs to explore the work of department, examine the medical documentation and statistical reporting forms which doctors using in their work. Determine the sequence of making records into documentation. And finally make list of requirements for application with help of medical staff.The software was developed by using C# language and the database server MySQL. It has five major systems and several ancillary subsystems. The major systems are: saving personal and clinical patient information, editing inputted data, showing data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of database, the implementation of access to the same database from different computers. Auxiliary subsystems include: creating medical documentation, blocking form’s elements, searching for patient through database, making statistic over some period of time, creating folders for every patient and others. There was designed user interface that allows doctors to reduce time for learning functionality of application.Information system has positive effect. It saves time for medical staff and reduces the possibility of inputting wrong information. Application does not require high hardware characteristics of computer.Приведены примеры задач, которые могут быть решены при помощи информационной системы в отделениях нейрохирургической реабилитации.Наведено приклади завдань, які можуть бути вирішені за допомогою інформаційної системи у відділеннях нейрохірургічної реабілітації

SQL Server format relational local database and main components of Microsoft SQL Server architecture. Results. The program «Register of hereditary metabolic disorders» is designed for employees of the laboratory of medical genetics. Conclusions. Creation of a computer desktop program «Register of hereditary metabolic disorders» to account for patients with hereditary metabolic disorders with the functions of medical workflow, reporting and statistics.Описана компьютерная настольная программа для автоматизации и упрощения процессов ведения учета и регистрации пациентов с наследственными нарушениями метаболизма «Реестр наследственных нарушений метаболизма». The article describes the computer desktop program for automation of accounting of chemical vessels and reagents and reporting of admission and cancellation «Accounting of materials and reagents of the medical laboratory», developed to optimize the registration and write-off process of laboratory consumables and regents.Описаны компьютерную десктопную программу для автоматизации ведения учета химической посуды, реагентов и отчетности об их поступлении и списании «Учет материалов и реагентов медицинской лаборатории». Представленное программное обеспечение позволяет оптимизировать работу врачей-лаборантов и персонала медицинского лаборатории, а также обеспечивает процесс регистрации, учета и списания лабораторного расходного материала и регентов.Описано комп'ютерну десктопну програму для автоматизації ведення обліку хімічного посуду, реагентів і звітності про їх надходження та списання «Облік матеріалів та реагентів медичної лабораторії». ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ МОДЕЛІ ДИФЕРЕНЦІЙНОЇ ДІАГНОСТИКИ МЕТОДОМ ПОТЕНЦІЙНИХ ФУНКЦІЙ ДЛЯ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ НЕВРОЛОГІЧНИХ ХВОРОБ

Informatization in medicine offers a lot of opportunities to enhance quality of medical support, accuracy of diagnosis and provides the use of accumulated experience. Modern program systems are utilized now as additional tools to get appropriate advice. This article offers the way to provide help for neurology department doctor of NCSH «OKHMATDYT» during diagnosis determining. It was decided to design the program system for this purpose based on differential diagnostic model. The key problems in differential diagnosis are symptoms similarity between each other in one disease group and the absence of key symptom. Therefore the differential diagnostic model is needed. It is constructed using the potential function method in characteristics space. This characteristics space is formed by 100-200 points - patients with their symptoms. The main feature of this method here is that the decision function is building during recognition step united with learning that became possible with the help of modern powerful computers.В статье предложен способ помощи врачу неврологического отделения НДСБ «ОХМАТДЕТ» при постановке диагноза в условиях отсутствия ключевого симптома. Программное обеспечение этого комплекса состоит из одного блока, направленного на распознавание неизвестного заболевания и помощь-консультацию врачу. Описаны инструменты и методы, использованные при создании программного комплекса.В статті запропоновано спосіб допомоги лікарю неврологічного відділення НДСЛ «ОХМАТДИТ» при постановці діагнозу в умовах відсутності ключового симптому. Програмне забезпечення цього комплексу складається з одного блоку, який націлений на розпізнавання невідомої хвороби та допомоги-консультації лікарю. Описано методи та інструменти, що були використані при створенні програмного комплексу

Описан способ помощи врачу неврологического отделения НДСБ «ОХМАТДЕТ» при установлении диагноза в условиях отсутствия ключевого симптома. Программное обеспечение этого комплекса состоит из одного блока, направленного на дифференциацию заболевания у нового пациента отделения к одному из заболеваний группы. Описаны инструменты и методы, использованные при создании программного комплекса. Показан пример работы программы на тестовых данных.В статті розглянуто питання комп'ютеризації медицини та її основні переваги. Описано спосіб допомоги лікарю неврологічного відділення НДСЛ «ОХМАТДИТ» при встановленні діагнозу в умовах відсутності ключового симптому. Програмне забезпечення цього комплексу складається з одного блоку, що націлений на диференціювання захворювання у нового пацієнта відділення до одного із захворювань групи. Описано методи та інструменти, що були використані при створенні програмного комплексу. Показано приклад роботи програми на тестових даних

An important consequence of informatization of medical professionals is to decrease the number of diagnostic errors, large long-term calculations, to improve the accuracy of calculations.The program was designed to make calculations and statistical analysis of the genotypes’ combination for the institution «Reference Centerfor Molecular Diagnostics of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine».The program provides the creation of desktop program complex for statistics calculations on a personal computer of doctor. Modern methods and tools for development of information systems were described to create program.В сообщении рассмотрена проблема автоматизации молекулярной диагностики пациентов с генетическими заболеваниями в Украине, основные ее недостатки и преимущества. Предложено метод упрощения вычислений и статистического анализа сочетания генотипов. В статье рассматривается программный комплекс для вычислений, созданный для учреждения «Референс-центр по молекулярной диагностике Министерства здравоохранения Украины». Программное обеспечение этого комплекса состоит из двух частей, которые направлены на выполнение основных функций сотрудников для проведения статистических вычислений. Описаны методы и инструменты, которые были использованы при создании программного комплекса.У повідомленні розглянуто проблему автоматизації молекулярної діагностики пацієнтів із генетичними захворюваннями в Україні, основні її переваги та недоліки. Запропоновано спосіб спрощення обчислення та статистичного аналізу поєднання генотипів. У статті розглядається програмний комплекс для проведення розрахунків, створений для закладу «Референс-центр з молекулярної діагностики Міністерства охорони здоров’я України». Програмне забезпечення цього комплексу складається з двох частин, які націлені на виконання двох основних функцій працівників закладу для проведення статичних обчислень. Описано методи та інструменти, що були використані при створенні програмного комплексу
