    This article considers an effective way of complex alumina-containing materials of natural or technogenic origin processing with obtaining a whole complex of raw materials: alkali-free highly active aluminum hydroxide, iron hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, etc. In laboratory conditions the alumina raw materials behavior in the thickening, washing, filtration processes were checked.     Optimizing the Conditions of Mechanochemical Synthesis of LiAl Layered Hydroxides

    AbstractLiAl layered double hydroxides (LDH) are the promising compounds for application in base catalysis and as precursors of the supports for platinum catalysts. In the work, such systems were synthesized by mechanochemical method. The effect of composition of the initial mixture (Al(OH)3, Al(NO3)3, LiOH, LiNO3), material of milling bodies (steel or ceramic), and activation conditions (centripetal acceleration and activation time) on the properties of LiAl-LDH were studied. It was found that each of the synthesized systems is a polyphase one and contains not only the LDH phase but also the side phase of aluminum trihydroxide. In addition, the samples obtained with the use of steel milling bodies have a substantial amount of iron. The use of ceramic milling bodies makes it possible to obtain the LiAl-LDH phase under relatively mild conditions (acceleration of 300 m/s2 and activation time of 15min)

The representation of the two particle Hamiltonian in terms of the radial differential operator and invariant operators on the symmetry group is found.     AbstractMicrostructure and hysteretic properties of magnetic multilayers were studied for Fe50Mn50/M structures, where M = Fe19Ni81, Gd or Tb. Comparative analysis of the hysteresis loops measured for the temperature range 5Γ·350K showed that Gd is not involved in the interlayer exchange coupling with antiferromagnetic Fe50Mn50 layer, while in the case of Tb definite indications of such interaction were observed. It is assumed that a qualitative difference in the magnetic behavior of these rare earth layers can be caused by differences in their structural features

    The opportunities and the most promising ways of using cellular technology in traumatic spinal cord injury are considered in this review. A large number of experimental and clinical studies with the use of different types of cells: embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, Schwann cells, olfactory mucosa cells, and others – was conducted. The use of these types of cells in traumatic spinal cord injury treatment often demonstrated a positive therapeutic effect: the motor and sensory function recovery of the spinal cord. However, some types of cell preparations involve some methodological and ethical problems; some types of cell therapies are ineffective or giveΒ rise to side effects. These factors complicate the selection of optimal cell therapy for the traumatic spinal cord injury treatment. The most promising cells seem to be the cells of the olfactory mucosa. Getting the olfactory mucosa is considered to be a feasible and safe procedure for patients. The clinical application of the cells of the olfactory mucosa is effective in motor function recovery due to remyelination and axonal regeneration after spinal cord injury. These cells are tissue-specific and autologous since they can be obtained from a patient with spinal cord injury, and after cultivation, expansion, and directed differentiation they can be transplanted to the same patient.     Indomethacin, a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), has been used in different spheres of medicine since the 1960s. It is successfully administered as an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving medication in rheumatoid and other diseases. According to recent research, indomethacin may become a promising drug enhancing endogenous remyelination in patients with multiple sclerosis. Also, indomethacin affects cell proliferation and invasion, thus it is used to manage pancreatic cancer in patients with hyperglycemia. In addition, indomethacin can inhibit protein synthesis in colorectal carcinoma and other types of cancer cells. The article reviews modern indomethacin medications and the different dosage forms on the Russian pharmaceutical market. Indomethacin poor water solubility is one of the reasons for decreasing its biopharmaceutical characteristics. According to the conducted research, a prospective way to improve indomethacin solubility and bioavailability is the Solid Dispersion (SD) method. SDs are bi- or multicomponent systems consisting of the drug and the carrier. They are a highly dispersed solid phase of the drug or molecular-dispersed solid solutions with a partial formation of a variable composition complex and a carrier.
