The institutional environment dominants and Ukraine's economy structural dynamics features
Relevance of the research topic. The problem of the national economy sustainability maintaining by building an institutional environment for inclusive development is relevant. Problem statement. There is an increasing emphasis on the need to choose a policy of so-called inclusive development, the feature of which is the all population segments involvement in solving social and economic problems [1; 2]. In Ukraine, the implementation of these tasks will allow to achieve a balance of goals stated in economic development programs. Analysis of recent research and publications. The essence and tasks of economic systems inclusive development in line with the concept of sustainable development were studied by J. Gupta [3], Z. Darvas [4], A. Bazyliuk [5], V. Geets [2], O. Prodius [6], I. Taranenko [7], L. Fedulova [8] and others. Many researchers have considered the problem of sustainable development through the prism of institutional aspects [9-13]. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. Inclusion was considered mainly in the context of equal access to education, but the problem should be considered more broadly and ways to solve it in the context of improving the Ukraine institutional environment structure should be found. Setting the task, the purpose of the study. Analyze the reasons for the dominance of extractive institutional factors in Ukraine, characterize their impact on the economic entities choice of the competitive strategies and evaluate their choice results in terms of the national economy structural dynamics and its competitiveness. Method or methodology of the study. In the research process the methods of statistical analysis, logical generalization, scientific abstraction and synthesis have been used. Presentation of the main material (results of work). The reasons of extractive institutional factors dominance in Ukraine have been analyzed, their influence on the business entities’ behavior strategies choice has been characterized. The connection of their choice with the results of the national economy structural dynamics has been shown. The structural and logical scheme of inclusive institutions mechanism influence on economic processes in Ukraine has been developed. The field of application of results. The research can be used by public administration and local self-government bodies, business entities, educational and scientific institutions in educational and scientific activities. Conclusions according to the article. Inclusive development should be based on the national economy modernization, the economic growth imperatives transformation through the development of the country's social capital, social activity increasing and involving population broad sections to the qualitative change process. This will be facilitated by the institutional environment development towards the displacement of extractive institutions and the expansion of the influence sphere of institutions that meet the inclusive development objectives
The Conceptual Framework of «Diversity Management» in the System of Strategic Management of Industrial Enterprise Development
The problem of strengthening the innovation component in strategic
management of industrial enterprises under conditions of globalization
has been actualized. The essence and features of innovative development
of enterprise structures in the context of their competitiveness have
been considered. The attention is focused on the fact that the innovative
development should ensure an increase in the enterprise ability to create
products having customer value. On the basis of the analysis of the essence
and direction of innovative activity of industrial enterprises it has been proved
that its results do not create conditions for their innovative development. It
has been determined that by the nature of ongoing changes the innovative
development is a revolutionary transformation altering its system attractor
according to a new phase of the operation. This increases the viability of
enterprises in the context of economic activities making them more flexible,
able to adapt in the long run. It is emphasized that this increases the level
of heterogeneity of enterprises in terms of factors of resources, processes
and preferences. The relationship between the heterogeneity of economic
resources and choosing by the enterprise management certain types of
competitive strategies is shown. It is argued that the choice of a competitive
strategy depends on the ability of the enterprise to recombine resources
and processes. There made a suggestion about the expediency of changing
approaches to the organization of the enterprise innovative activity to
improve its efficiency in terms of resource recombination. It is noted that this can be achieved through the implementation of the concept of “diversity
management”. The conceptual framework of the implementation of diversity
management has been described. It is asserted that its organizational basis
is the management decentralization expanding the motivational basis for
innovative research participants
Directions of Formation of Practical Tools Management of Financial and Economic Security of Enterprises in the Strategy of Innovative Development
The implementation of innovation development strategies should ensure the growth of the economic potential of the enterprise and its competitiveness in those market segments that are determined by its strategic plans. For many national industrial enterprises such plans provide for access to the markets of developed countries. Their implementation is complicated by the limited financial capabilities of enterprises. This makes it difficult to attract advanced technologies to bring their production systems in line with international standards of activity and updates the problem of developing practical tools for managing innovative development from the standpoint of maintaining the financial and economic security of an enterprise. The purpose of the article is to determine the main directions of formation of management technologies and practical tools for maintaining the financial and economic security of industrial enterprises in the process of their implementation of innovative development strategies. It has been argumenated that the target function of management in the strategy of innovation development should be the growth of the market value of the enterprise - as a complete business system, it can be the object of sale. The strategic alternatives of innovative development of a machinebuilding enterprise with various economic characteristics of the current state have been determined. To assess the degree of implementation of the objective function, it has been proposed to use the economic value added (EVA) method. The list of factors has been highlighted, the influence of which on EVA depends on the specifics of the market environment, which requires their relevant use for making effective management decisions. The author's vision of the interconnectedness of the tools and procedures for managing the financial and economic security of an enterprise in innovative development strategies has been formed. It has been argumentated that a balanced scorecard can be an effective tool for implementing these interrelated tasks. An exemplary list of indicators for the formation of such a system has been presented. Prospects for further research is to establish the allowable variation (intervals) of the values of indicators for the functional areas of management from the standpoint of maintaining the financial and economic security of an enterprise at different stages of its life cycl
The Intangible Resources in the Implementation of the Industrial Corporate Development Strategy
The advantages of corporations in terms of the ability to accumulate resources for their development have been emphasized. In the light of the globalization tendencies, the issue of efficient use of the intangible resources of industrial corporations has been actualized. The resource potential of an industrial enterprise with the allocation of intangible resources (IR) has been structurized, including the main components. It has been reasoned that their development should be carried out for the implementation of different types of competitive strategies and in accordance with the principles of complementarity and emergence. An authors’ own interpretation of both the resource and market synergies in the context of the corporate strategy has been provided. Activities of domestic actors of innovation activity in the creation of industrial property has been analyzed, leading to the conclusion that existing tendencies in the industrial sector are unfavorable for companies to pursue competitive strategies, based on innovative monopoly. It has been underlined that solution to this problem requires the concerted development of the totality of IR, which will create an organizational space within the company with the high variation capacities in the combination of resources and processes, contributing to the achievement of resource and market synergies
