    The Mechanics of Flycasting: The Flyline

    In order to propel a fishing fly through the air toward the distant quarry, a rather massive line, to which the fly is attached, is cast. As the cast line rolls out, the fly actually accelerates horizontally and seems to defy physical law. The phenomenon is modeled simplistically to determine the magnitude of this effect. In the absence of air drag, the fly can accelerate to increase its velocity by an order of magnitude. Air friction dramatically decreases the effect, but some fly accelerationis still predicted. By tapering the flyline in various ways, the fly velocity history can be significantly modified, and some tapers are predicted to perform better than others

In the theoretical part the notion affiliate marketing is characterized and fundamental subjects of affiliate marketing are defined. Furthermore, there is outlined dilemma of the affiliate companies, which deal with affiliate sales of flight tickets in Czech Republic. In the practical part the pieces of knowledge from the theoretical part are applied and in conjunction with the results from the defined hypothesis are set recommendations, which increase the efficiency of the affiliate marketing both on the side of affiliate seller and on the side of the affiliate company

    Tato diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti affiliate marketingu z pohledu affiliate prodejce a rovněž z pohledu affiliate společnosti. V teoretické části je charakterizován pojem affiliate marketing, a jsou definovány základní subjekty. Dále je nastíněna problematika affiliate společností, které se zabývají affiliate prodejem letenek v České republice.     118 PUBLIC HEALT INSURANCE AND ITS REFORM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC The aim of this thesis is to describe the system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic and its reform. This topic was selected due to my personal interest in this area of social security and its current reform measures. The current state of public health insurance shows many deficiencies, which I attempt to reveal and suggest their solutions. The social security involves all population and therefore is a sensitive subject; maximum effort must be made to resolve it successfully for the long term. The thesis consists of eight chapters. Chapter 1 contains reasons for choosing the subject of the thesis, its aims and basic aspects of this area of social security. Chapter 2 explains the concept of social security and it's financing. Financing of healthcare is described in Chapter 3. There is also the definition of public and private financing systems, the basic financing models and the respective sources of healthcare financing in the Czech Republic, Germany, France and Switzerland. Chapter 4 deals with public health insurance and it contains the definition of public health insurance, its development from before the First Czechoslovak Republic until today, sources and finally the definition of the principles of public health insurance...
