Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Matematika Materi Geometri dengan Menggunakan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Di MIN Kota Jambi

Guru masih menekankan metode ceramah dan latihan siap dalam penyampaian materi. Para siswa cenderung pasif karena mendengarkan penjelasan guru, mengerjakan soal dan mengikuti pembahasan soal sehingga pembelajaran Matematika praktis masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. 2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. 3) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi geometri dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan suatu rangkaian pelaksanaan empat tahapan penting yang harus berulang pada tiap siklus. tahapan penting dalam penelitian tindakan kelas: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) pengamatan dan (4) refleksi. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran geometri melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, mengalami peningkatan. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 61,56 menjadi 69,22 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar individual siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 64% atau 20 dari 32 siswa pada siklus I menjadi 77% atau 25 dari 32 siswa pada siklus II. Berdasarkan data tersebut, pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus kedua sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu 75% siswa mengalami ketuntasan belajar individual ≥ 60

Indonesia is ranked 101 out of 149 countries that still have low quality health services, this can also be seen from the maternal and infant mortality rate which is still quite high, 50% of the contributor to maternal mortality is during labor. The importance of improving the health status of mothers and babies is that the government provides health workers as trained birth attendants in this case both midwives and doctors. So that if the helper is trained, it can provide quality service in accordance with health service standards and patient needs. Midwifery care service standards are a reference for midwives to carry out their duties, functions and roles in accordance with their competence and authority. This study aims to analyze the quality of midwifery care for pregnant women at the Medan Tuntungan Sub-district Health Center. This community service uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method (Indepth Interview), primary data obtained from interview guidelines to 10 informants of postpartum mothers and triangulated to midwives and persons in charge using interview guidelines and observation sheets. The results of this community service show that the Puskesmas of Medan Tuntungan Subdistrict is very concerned about patient safety, this can be seen from the provision of care that is quite effective and timely, the services provided are patient-centeredness, and always fair to all patients, so it can be concluded that the Puskesmas of Medan Tuntungan Subdistrict has provided quality care in accordance with the dimensions of health service quality

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pelatihan Softskill PHBS Pada Ibu di Kelurahan Ladang Bambu Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan

Creating a healthy life is actually very easy, compared to the costs that must be spent on treatment if you experience health problems. So, healthy living behavior should be implemented by every individual, especially mothers. The community service method is carried out through counseling, discussions and health checks as well as teaching correct hand washing related to soft skills to mothers in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District. The aim of this community service activity is to illustrate to mothers the importance of implementing clean and healthy living behavior to avoid disease. The following is an attachment to our outreach activity agenda. The Preparation Stage was carried out by conveying to the Government of Ladang Bambu Subdistrict, Medan Tuntungan District about what would be done, then we created an Extension Event Unit (SAP), as well as preparing materials and tools that would be used, for example Tensimeters and Leaflets. Implementation Stage We came to Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District to make preparations, clean the place that will be used. Mothers are gathered at the place directed by us. After everything was ready, the activity started with my colleague as moderator to open the counseling. For this reason, counseling or information related to clean and healthy PHBS living behavior is provided to mothers, so that awareness grows of the importance of implementing clean and healthy PHBS living behavior among mothers for the health and welfare of family members.
