PRÁTICA EM NUTRIÇÃO, PRÁTICA DO NUTRICIONISTA

Este artigo baseia-se numa investigação desenvolvida acerca da prática do nutricionista no Pólo Petroquímico de Camaçari, abrangendo 36 empresas e 40 nutricionistas. O objeto do estudo foi caracterizar o processo de trabalho do nutricionista com referência às relações estabelecidas com os trabalhadores petroquímicos, os médicos das indústrias e a gerência das fábricas. Considerando a abrangência do estudo, os resultados aqui discutidos problematizarão, á luz das relações de classe e de gênero, as questões referidas às ambiguidades e poder que recortam a prática desse profissional nas indústrias. Modern factory and dietary pattern: the space of work, consumption and health

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo evidenciar a Política de Produção como uma estrutura relevante para a construção de uma complexa teia de processos que conformam o padrão alimentar de um segmento operário e seus problemas de saúde associados à alimentação. Fundamentado na técnica do estudo de caso, o trabalho desenvolve-se numa fábrica do Polo Petroquímico de Camaçari, privilegiando uma abordagem centrada na experiência vivida pelos trabalhadores. Nesse sentido, coloca-se sob a perspectiva das relações sociais, organizando-se em torno das dimensões geral, particular e singular, de modo a elucidar dinâmicas que, situadas em diferentes níveis, articulam-se aos processos de produção e reprodução do padrão alimentar e dos problemas de saúde. Para a coleta de dados, foram utilizados como instrumentos uma entrevista semiestruturada, um questionário autoaplicável, além de uma ficha para registro dos problemas de saúde associados à alimentação. Os resultados, problematizados à luz dos diferentes espaços explicativos, evidenciam os processos mais gerais do contexto fabril, passando pelos processos modeladores do padrão alimentar, até as formas de percepção e conduta em face desses problemas. Conclui com uma discussão sobre o conflito vivido pelo grupo em relação ao modelo de cuidado implementado pela fábrica, às estratégias de superação dos processos que reproduzem seu padrão alimentar e os problemas de saúde a ele associados.The objective of this paper is to show that the Production Policy is a relevant structure to build a complex net of processes which configure the dietary patterns of a working segment and its health problems associated with diet. Based on the case study technique, the work was developed at a factory in the Petrochemical Complex of Camaçari, focusing on an approach centered on the workers' experience. In this way, it is centered on the perspective of social relations, organized around the general, particular and unique dimensions, so as to elucidate dynamics which, located at different levels, articulate to the processes of production and reproduction of dietary patterns and health problems. To collect the data, the instruments were a semi-structured interview, a self-administered questionnaire, and a card to register the health problems associated with diet. The results, problematized in the light of different explanatory spaces, show the more general processes in the factory environment, the modeling processes of dietary patterns, and also the ways these problems are perceived and faced. The paper ends with a discussion about the conflict experienced by the group in relation to the model of care implemented by the factory, and the strategies to overcome the processes which reproduce the dietary patterns and the health problems associated with them

Agronomic Characteristics of Common Bean Genotypes Influenced by the Use of Boron

Boron is an indispensable micronutrient for common bean culture, requiring careful studies in relation to the need and time of application since it presents a narrow range between deficiency and toxicity. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of boron application at different times in common bean culture. An experiment was carried out in Gurupi-Tocantins, with four replicates in a factorial scheme 7 x 4, with seven cultivars (Aporé, Diplomata, IPR-Corujinha, IPR-Chopim, IPR-Gralha, CNFC 10467 and Sapphire) and four application times (T1- absence of boron application, T2- application of boron at 15 DAE -days after emergence-, T3- application of boron at 25 DAE, T4- Application of boron at 35 DAE). There was a significant interaction between the time of application of boron and genotypes for the characteristics of one hundred grains and grain yield. There is a difference between genotypes regarding the efficiency and use of boron. The most appropriate times for boron application, taking into account productivity, are 15 DAE for cultivars CNFC 10467 and Diplomata, and 25 DAE for Aporé and IPR-Chopim. Boron fertilization at 35 DAE is not recommended due to the non-responsiveness of the crop
