Contemporary education in international perspective Abstract The thesis addresses the topic of contemporary education in European countries with a focus on tertiary education. The first part is devoted to a general overview of education in Europe, the International Classification of Education ISCED, organizations dealing with education and their activities in the form of programs, collection of internationally comparable data or publications. It includes a description of education policies in European countries and a description of education systems in selected countries. The second part analyses data for 2020 provided by the OECD on tertiary graduates, which are considered in terms of international classifications, age or gender. A cluster analysis of bachelor and master graduates, divided by gender, is carried out in order to identify the presence of regions with similar characteristics and to further analyse them to show different trends depending on the gender of the graduates, level or fields of study. První část je věnována obecnému přehledu o vzdělávání v Evropě, mezinárodní klasifikaci vzdělání ISCED, organizacím zabývající se školskou tematikou a jejich činností ve formě programů, sběru mezinárodně srovnatelných dat či vydávaných publikací. Součástí je popis vzdělávacích politik v evropských zemích a popis vzdělávacích systémů ve vybraných zemích. Ve druhé části jsou analyzovány údaje za rok 2020, poskytované OECD o absolventech terciárního vzdělávání, kteří jsou posuzováni z hlediska mezinárodních klasifikací i dle věku či pohlaví. Provedena je typologie bakalářských a magisterských absolventů dle pohlaví metodou shlukové analýzy, s cílem vymezit regiony s podobnými znaky a následně prokázat rozdílnosti v závislosti na pohlaví absolventů či úrovně a oborů studia. Dvě nejaktivnější molekuly z předchozího screeningu mi posloužily jako modelové struktury, při jejichž modifikacích jsem sledovala vztah mezi bronchodilatačním efektem a a) počtem atomů dusíku v heterocyklu, b) přítomností benzenového kruhu v aromatické části sloučenin a c) susbtitucí benzenového kruhu v aromatické části sloučenin. Two most active compounds from previous screening were selected as model structures and the relationship between the bronchodilatory effect and a) the number of nitrogen atoms in heterocyclic core, b) the presence of benzene ring and c) the substitution of benzene ring was investigated. Preliminary results of bronchodilatory screening showed some promising effects of certain compounds. HPLC analýza léčiv V. Diplomová práce Veronika Sochová Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Katedra farmaceutické chemie a kontroly léčiv V této diplomové práci byla vypracovaná metodika pro hodnocení dexamethasonu z biologického materiálu za použití mikroextrakce na tuhou fázi a HPLC. Pro měření bylo použito vlákno polydimethylsiloxan v kombinaci s divinylbenzenem. Vlákno bylo užito k mikroextrakci dexamethasonu ze vzorků vody i vzorků plazmy. Byly optimalizovány podmínky pro SPME hodnocení dexamethasonu a diazepamu (vnitřní standard) ve vzorku plasmy. Doba sorpce byla 10 minut, desorpce byla 20 minut do 0,2 ml methanolu. For the measurements was used extraction fibre polydimethylsiloxane in combination with divinylbenzene. The fiber was used for microextraction of dexamethasone from water samples and plasma samples. Conditions were optimized for SPME evaluation of dexamethasone and diazepam (internal standard) in plasma sample. Sorption time was 10 minutes, desorption time was 20 minutes to 0,2 ml methanol. Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením zaměstnanců. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě, vyhodnotit nedostatky a navrhnou případná opatření, která pomohou ke zlepšení efektivity daného systému. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled rešerší z odborné literatury, která se orientuje na hodnocení zaměstnanců, představuje využívané metody hodnocení a rozebírá časté chyby při hodnocení. Samostatná kapitola je věnována problematice odměňování zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu hodnocení zaměstnanců dané firmy na základě získaných informací. The title of this bachelor thesis is "Ways of Identifying Linguistically Talented Pupils by Primary School Teachers". It deals with the methods of identification of linguistically talented pupils by primary school teachers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes talent and its definitions, characteristics of a talented individual and criteria of talent, types and kinds of talented individuals and their classification. It also describes displays talented pupils and their identification in a school environment, sampling of talented individuals and their education. Attention is equally dedicated to linguistic talent and talent for foreign languages itself. Practical part targets the linguistically talented pupils at primary schools and their teachers. The thesis deals especially with the talent for foreign languages. The research is concerned with the main question: How do the teachers at primary schools identify linguistically talented pupils? Práce je dělena na dvě části. V první části je popsáno nadání a jeho definice, charakteristika nadaného jedince a kritéria nadání, typy nadaných, druhy nadání a jejich klasifikace, projevy nadaných žáků a jejich identifikace ve školním prostředí, výběr nadaných vzdělávání nadaných. Pozornost je rovněž věnována jazykovému nadání a nadání na cizí jazyky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na žáky a žákyně jazykově nadané na základní škole a na jejich vyučující. Práce se zabývá především nadáním na cizí jazyky. Výzkumné šetření se zabývá hlavní výzkumnou otázkou: Jak učitelé na základní škole identifikují jazykově nadané žáky? Dále se zabývá dvěma výzkumnými podotázkami. První výzkumná podotázka se týká charakteristiky nadaných žáků pohledem pedagogů, druhá nejčastěji používaných výukových zodpovězení těchto výzkumných otázek bylo využito kvalitativního výzkumného šetření formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a následné analýzy. The methodology of drug-related crimes in theory and practice ABSTRACT This thesis is focused on issues of drug-related crimes, mainly from the investigative point of view. This means from the point of view of the methods and techniques that are used by police authority. According to the inherent connection between criminalistics and criminal law, the thesis also reflects procedural aspects of the acts and descriptions of particular crimes under criminal substantive law. The thesis consists of an introduction, eight chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter is dedicated to definition of particular terms which are commonly used within this topic. Each definition is expounded upon in the context of legal development. The system of legal adjustment is compared with foreign systems. The second chapter analyses the structure of realtionships and positions of each person within the drug's hierarchy which are reflected in investigative tactics. A description of the criminal acts under criminal substantive law is contained in the third chapter. This description must be included to properly explain the facts of the case. Through of the existence of unified code of...Metodika vyšetřování drogové kriminality v teorii a praxi ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku drogové kriminality především z pohledu kriminalistického, tj. z pohledu metod a postupů, které policejní orgán využívá ve fázi vyšetřování. Vzhledem k neodmyslitelné propojenosti kriminalistiky s trestním právem jsou v práci reflektovány procesněprávní aspekty těchto úkonů a zároveň i hmotněprávní úprava jednotlivých relevantních trestních činů. Práce se skládá z úvodu osmi kapitol a závěru. Úvodní kapitola je věnována vymezení jednotlivých pojmů, které jsou v rámci dané problematiky pravidelně skloňovány. Samotné definice jsou zasazeny do kontextu vývoje právní úpravy a zároveň je systematika legální úpravy z hlediska vymezení jednotlivých pojmů porovnána s úpravou zahraniční. Druhá kapitola rozebírá strukturu vztahů a postavení jednotlivých osob v rámci drogové hierarchie, které se přímo odráží v kriminalistické taktice vyšetřování jednotlivých trestných činů. Prostřednictvím analýzy současného stavu a dotazníkového šetření hodnotí stav těchto oblastí ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků této analýzy jsou zpracovány návrhy vlastních doporučení, týkajících se změn stávajícího systému odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků.The diploma thesis is prepared in cooperation with the company XY a.s. and it deals with the system of remuneration and employee evaluation. Through the analysis of the current situation and by means of a questionnaire, it assesses the state of the above mentioned areas within the company. Based on results of the research, recommendations regarding the system of remuneration and employee evaluation are suggested.

Francophone fulltext information resources in the field of medicine aavailable on the world wide web

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate francophone fulltext information resources in the field of medicine available on the World Wide Web either for free or paid. Origin of these resources is restricted to regions of France, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland. In general introduction the thesis specifies the medicine and talks about its history. Then the information in medicine is described as well as its publishers and agents and its typology focused on electronic form of publishing on the internet. Separate chapter is dedicated to problem of evaluation of medical information resources reliability on the internet. The core of this work is made up by the analyse and evaluation of particular types of the fulltext information resources and their representatives from the medical field which make French fulltexts available. These resources are portal, digital archive, digital library, database accessing fulltexts, electronic system of thesis and electronic journals. Particular types of resources are described in general at first, then their specific representatives are stood up by their reliability, manner of its sorting, accessibility and possibilities of content dissemination. Conclusions of this work summarize and evaluate all findings.Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit plnotextové frankofonní informační zdroje z oboru medicíny volně nebo komerčně dostupné v prostředí WWW, přičemž původ těchto zdrojů je omezen na region Francie, Belgie, Kanady a Švýcarska. V obecném úvodu se práce věnuje vymezení oboru medicíny a její stručné historii. Dále pojednává o informacích v medicíně, jejích vydavatelích a zprostředkovatelích a její typologii s ohledem na elektronické publikování v prostředí internetu. Samostatná kapitola je věnována hodnocení důvěryhodnosti lékařských informací na internetu. Jádro práce tvoří analýzy a hodnocení jednotlivých typů plnotextových informačních zdrojů a jejich zástupců z oboru medicíny, zpřístupňujících úplné texty ve francouzštině. Těmito zdroji je portál, digitální archiv, digitální knihovna, databáze zpřístupňující úplné texty, elektronický systém disertačních prací a elektronický časopis. Jednotlivé typy zdrojů jsou popsány nejprve obecně, u jejich konkrétních reprezentantů je pak popisována a posuzována jejich důvěryhodnost, způsob uspořádání a zpřístupnění obsahu a možnosti jeho šíření.
