    ANALISIS RASIO KEUANGAN UNTUK MENGETAHUI KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK UMUM MILIK PEMERINTAH

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan bank umum milik pemerintah dengan menggunakan analisis laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan perbedaan kinerja keuangan bank umum yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber Data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank. Metode pengumpulan Data menggunakan situs BEI (www.idx.co.id) berupa laporan keuangan dari Bank Umum Pemerintah sampai dengan periode 2017-2019. Populasi dan sampel adalah laporan keuangan bank selama periode waktu 2017-2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa nilai rasio profitabilitas ROA, ROE dan NIM Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI dan Bank BNI memiliki rasio yang baik dan berbanding lurus, hal ini menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang baik. Sementara itu, Bank BTN memiliki nilai rasio yang buruk di NIM yang sebanding dengan ROA dan ROE sehingga kinerja keuangannya tidak baik. Nilai perbandingan rasio solvabilitas bank BTN, Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, dan Bank BNI dalam CAR rasio baik dan berbanding lurus, sehingga kinerja keuangan keempat bank milik pemerintah tersebut dapat dikatakan baik. Perbandingan nilai rasio likuiditas milik Bank BTN, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI dan BNI dalam LDR keduanya masuk dalam kategori baik. Ini menunjukkan kinerja keuangan yang baik juga. Berdasarkan Uji Analisis Diskriminan, nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan nilai signifikan. Nilai Lamda Wilks mendekati 1, menunjukkan bahwa data dari masing-masing bank cenderung sama.Kata Kunci:  Rasio Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan, Bank Umum Milik Pemerintah The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of commercial banks owned by the government by using financial statement analysis. This study illustrates the difference in financial performance of commercial banks owned by the government.This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data sources using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of banks. Data collection methods using the IDX website (www.idx.co.id) in the form of financial statements from government commercial banks until the period 2017-2019. The population and sample are the financial statements of banks during the time period 2017-2019. Based on the results obtained the conclusion that the value of profitability ratios ROA, ROE and NIM Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI and Bank BNI has a good ratio and is directly proportional, it shows good financial performance. Meanwhile, bank BTN has a poor ratio value in NIM which is comparable to ROA and ROE so that its financial performance is not good. The comparative value of the solvency ratio of bank BTN, Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BNI in the CAR ratio is good and directly proportional, so that the financial performance of the four government-owned banks can be said to be good. Comparison of the value of liquidity ratios belonging to bank BTN, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI and BNI in the LDR are both in the good category. This shows its good financial performance as well. Based on the discriminant analysis test, the significance value is above 0.05, this indicates a significant value. The value of Wilks ' Lamda is close to 1, indicating that the data from each bank tends to be the same.Keywords:  Financial Ratios, Financial Performance, Government-Owned Commercial Bank

    Abstract This study aims to determined "The Influence of Workload, Work Discipline and Quality of Work on Employee Performance at the Injury Hospital Sidoarjo Clinic, Sidoarjo Regency". This type of research was a survey research that began in August 2021 with a population of all employees at the Sidoarjo Luka Home Clinic, both medical and non-medical employees. The sampling technique was in the form of total sampling, namely by taking the entire population for research, totaling 33 employees consisting of 20 medical employees (nurses) and 13 non-medical employees. The data analysis technique in this study wass a multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software and classical assumption testing. The research data was sourced from primary data and the data collection process used interviews and questionnaires. There are 3 types of questionnaires used, namely: (1) workload instruments with indicators of physical tasks, mental tasks and work organization; (2) work discipline instruments with indicators of obeying time rules, obeying company regulations and obeying behavioral regulations; (3) work quality instruments with reliability indicators in carrying out tasks, giving procedures, and responsibilities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that the variables of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Quality (X3) affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Sidoarjo Injury Home Clinic, with a significant value of each with value of 0.041 < 0.05, 0.013 < 0.05, and 0.026 < 0.0505 with a regression model of Y= 2.776 - 0.414X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.203X3. Simultaneously it can also be said to have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The calculation of the determinant coefficient also produces a value of 0.751 or 75.1%, which means that this research model is declared good because the value of the determinant coefficient is close to 100%. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Quality of Work, Performance, Luka Home Clini

    Abstract This observasion provides performance improvement models and strategies for employees working at Malang City Hall to increase Staff performance. This study is aim to identify and analyze how human resources quality, expertise of work, and commitment simultaneously affect to the staff performance at Malang City Headquarters. This survey uses a quantitative survey method. The survey used a sample of 41 respondents, all of whom are officials of the Government-General of Korea. This study used the multiple linear regression method is the analytical method used in and the hypothesis test using SPSS software. The research finding are as follows: (1) Staff quality, work expertise, and commitment also have a significant effect on staff performance. (2) The quality of personnel has a positive effect on staff performance, but it is not significant. (3) Work professionalism have a significant effect on staff performance.     Analyzing Gender Differences of Entrepreneurial Intention Among Student in Islamic University Malang

    Purpose: Research on entrepreneurial intention has been widely studied before, with the majority of research focusing on factors that drive individual intentions to become entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine and answer research questions about whether there are differences between male and female students in terms of their interest in entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach: The unidimensional nature and non-causality in this study are interesting things to further explore the depth of the research phenomenon. The entrepreneurial intention instrument with 7 indicators was developed in this study to capture the perceptions of students in assessing their intention in becoming entrepreneur. A total of 78 students from the faculty of economics and business were the respondents who participated in this study, with 40 males and 38 females. Findings: The results of the study reveal that of the seven indicators that reflect entrepreneurial intention, there are three indicators that show significant differences between male and female students in their interest in entrepreneurship, in which consist of (1) planning for starting a business, (2) feeling of being able to start their own business in the next few years, and (3) serious thinking about starting a business in the future. Research limitations/implications: By knowing about gender differences in perceiving intentions for entrepreneurship, relevant stakeholders can contribute to strengthening entrepreneurial values in students. Practical implications: The research findings draw attention to how this is the basis for how to encourage student interest in the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially in setting entrepreneurship as professional goal that could be chosen by students. University can accommodate it in the form of policies such as the "free campus" curriculum which allows students to explore and dig deeper about their interests and develop the capacity to become entrepreneurs and make it their main profession in the future.     Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of personal characteristics, communication and organizational structure characteristics on organizational commitment. The research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 463 UAM FEB UNISMA administrators for the 2020-2021 period. While the sample used is probability sampling with 82 samples. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously personal characteristics, communication, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on organizational commitment, while partially organizational structure characteristics have no significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Personal Characteristics, Communication, Organizational Structure Characteristics, Organizational Commitmen

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of online marketing on customer loyalty through partial or simultaneous satisfaction. This research is a type of expalanatory research. The population of this research is the customers of the Janji Jiwa Probolinggo coffee shop which opened 6,500 customers. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique consisting of 98 respondents with predetermined criteria. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection uses a questionnaire method with a likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents answers. Data analysis used path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that online marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on satisfaction, online marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Sobel test result show that satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of online marketing on loyalty. Keyword: online marketing, satisfaction, and customer loyalt

    ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang. There are 51 employees in this organization so in this study the sample was taken using the census method because respondents were all employees in the organization. For statistical analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. From the statistical results obtained using multiple regression analysts that leadership has a calculated t value greater than t table (2,011) of 2.947, motivation of 3.034, work discipline of 3.342 and the results of the F test showed 16.636. This shows that leadership has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance while simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang employees. Key words: leadership, motivation, discipline of work and the employee performance

    Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performanc

    Abstract This study aims to analyze, describe and determine the effect of variety seeking, brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study on skincare product consumers Ms Glow Sumbawa). This type of research uses purposive sampling using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques used in this study are primery as the analysis technique. In this study the sample used is 85 respondents who will be the object of research. The method used is by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that variety seeking has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products, while brand image and product quality show that brand image and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products.Keywords : variety seeking, brand image, product quality, purchasing decision

    Abstract The rapid development of MSMEs is a manifestation of true entrepreneurship and is deeply rooted in the daily work of entrepreneurs in their respective fields of business. Like ordinary people, people with disabilities need decent work to continue living with all the limitations despite all the limitations they have. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the variables of entrepreneurship motivation, independence and self-efficacy that affect business success in people with disabilities in the city of Malang by applying snowball sampling technique with several criteria obtained as many as 60 respondents. The research method uses multiple linear regression tests such as t test, R square determination and F test to obtain the results that simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial motivation, independence, and self-efficacy affect business success, while partially self-efficacy does not affect business success. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Motivation, Independence, Self-Efficacy, Business Succes
