    PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN PEMASARAN ONLINE UMKM LANCAR MANDIRI MELALUI PELATIHAN TEKNIK FOTOGRAFI PRODUK MENGGUNAKAN SMARTPHONE DENGAN METODE ON THE JOB TRAINING

    Punggelan merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki keunggulan komparatif di bidang pertanian. Karenanya, mayoritas penduduk yang hidup di wilayah ini bermatapencaharian sebagai petani. Untuk menambah penerimaan, penduduk Kecamatan Punggelan berwirausaha. Salah satu usaha yang berkembang di kecamatan ini ialah industri pengolahan pangan. UMKM Lancar Mandiri merupakan salah satu UMKM pengolahan pangan yang berlokasi di Desa Punggelan. Pada tahun 2019 hingga saat ini, UMKM Lancar Mandiri mengalami penurunan omset penjualan dengan nominal yang cukup besar akibat kebijakan PSBB yang menggeser kebiasaan berbelanja. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mengakibatkan hingga saat ini UMKM Lancar Mandiri belum akses terhadap Pemasaran Digital. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan kegiatan ini ialah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknik fotografi produk menggunakan smartphone/ mobile phone. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Balai Desa Punggelan, Kecamatan Punggelan, Kabupaten Banjarnegara pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2023. Peserta kegiatan adalah perwakilan anggota UMKM Lancar Mandiri  sejumlah 20 orang. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, peserta antusias dalam mempraktikkan materi pelatihan dan mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan. Namun, dikarenakan pengumpulan tugas dilakukan selama satu kali sebulan maka belum ada tugas yang dapat dievaluasi hingga saat ini. Adapun kendala yang ditemui selama pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah fasilitas smartphone kurang dari 3 anggota yang tidak mendukung dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Selain itu, infrastruktur yang terbatas (termasuk ketersediaan listrik) menjadi kendala dalam mengimplementasikan kegiatan dan menjadi saran bagi pelaksanaan kegiatan lanjutan di desa ini. Therefore, the majority of people living in this area make their living as farmers. To increase income, the residents of Punggelan District are entrepreneurship. One of the businesses that is developing in this sub-district is the food processing industry. MSME Lancar Mandiri is one of the food processing MSMEs located in Punggelan Village. In 2019 until now, Lancar Mandiri MSMEs experienced a fairly large decline in sales turnover due to the PSBB policy which shifted shopping habits. However, limited access to science and technology means that up to now, Current Independent MSMEs have not had access to Digital Marketing. Therefore, the aim of this activity is to provide training and assistance in product photography techniques using smartphones/mobile phones. This community service activity was carried out at the Punggelan Village Hall, Punggelan District, Banjarnegara Regency in August-December 2023. Participants in the activity were 20 representatives of Lancar Mandiri MSME members. During the activities, participants were enthusiastic in practicing the training material and carrying out the tasks given. However, because assignments are collected once a month, there are no assignments that can be evaluated to date. The obstacle encountered during the implementation of the activity was smartphone facilities for less than 3 members which did not support them in participating in the activity. Apart from that, limited infrastructure (including the availability of electricity) is an obstacle in implementing activities and provides suggestions for implementing further activities in this village.     ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN AIR DOMESTIK DAN NON DOMESTIK DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGUATAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DAN SOSIAL PROGRAM SMART FISHERIES VILLAGE

    Isu ketahanan pangan hingga saat ini masih menjadi pembahasan utama dalam rapat-rapat pembangunan di seluruh dunia sebab pangan berkaitan erat dengan stabilitas ekonomi, politik, dan keamanan. Karenanya, ketersediaannya harus terpenuhi guna menghindari terjadinya kerugian yang tidak diharapkan. Salah satu program pembangunan bidang perikanan yang diinisiasi untuk mendukung terwujudnya ketahanan pangan Indonesia sekaligus memperkuat kampung-kampung perikanan di Indonesia ialah Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) sejak tahun 2021 dengan nilai investasi total sebesar Rp 8,654 miliar. Meskipun telah mampu menunjukkan kinerja ekonomi yang baik, desa ini masih perlu dikelola lebih lanjut agar tetap terjaga keberlanjutannya di masa mendatang. Dalam konsep geopolitik, hal ini ditegaskan dalam PP Nomor 21 Tahun 2021 Pasal 11 ayat 1 yang menyatakan bahwa Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Nasional harus mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek, dua diantaranya ialah daya dukung dan daya tampung lingkungan (salah satunya kualitas dan air) serta kondisi dan potensi sosial masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan air di Desa Panembangan pasca berlangsungnya program SFV. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Panembangan, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan perhitungan matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kebutuhan air domestik masyarakat Desa Panembangan pada tahun proyeksi 2028 ialah 142.525.200-213.787.800 liter/tahun. Sementara itu, jumlah kebutuhan air non domestik masyarakat Desa Panembangan (ceteris paribus) ialah 953.258.493 liter/tahun.     Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan pupuk kasgot sebagai solusi inovatif dalam mengatasi konflik lingkungan akibat genangan air lindih TPA Tiparkidul yang telah menurunkan kualitas hasil panen pertanian dan merugikan masyarakat desa setempat. Pupuk kasgot, yang merupakan hasil daur ulang limbah organik, digunakan sebagai alternatif yang ramah lingkungan untuk menyehatkan tanah dan mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman secara organik. Kegiatan ini melibatkan peran petani lokal, perangkat desa, Dinas Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (DLHK), dan pengelola TPST Desa Tiparkidul. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada bulan Agustus-September 2023. Setelah dilakukan aplikasi pupuk kasgot, diketahui bahwa penggunaan pupuk kasgot memiliki dampak positif terhadap lingkungan karena mengurangi limbah organik dan meminimalkan penggunaan pupuk kimia sintetis. Selain itu, pupuk kasgot terbukti dapat mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman dengan baik meskipun belum dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut mengenai kandungan organik dari pupuk kasgot tersebut dan besaran kemampuan maggot BSF dalam mengurai sampah organik di lokasi tersebut. &nbsp

    The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is still becoming a very difficult period for all affected countries thus far because of its multi-sector negative impact on life. Moyu Store Purwokerto is one of the MSMEs assisted by the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman under the tutelage of the Tunas Bima program which is engaged in digital marketing with one of its products, the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink. At the beginning of its operation, Moyu Store Purwokerto had difficulty determining its product’s selling price. Price is one of the most important components of the marketing mix in determining the success of a marketing strategy as a newcomer. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) Calculate the selling price per unit of J'Square brewed ginger powder drink products, (2) Calculate the cost of production of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink, (3) Analyzing the effect of the selling price of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink and the actual selling price of the product on the profit of Moyu Store Purwokerto. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis show that the value of HPP and selling price in the calculation using the full costing approach gives a higher value than variable costing. However, the actual selling price is below the resulting variation in the selling price calculation

    Food producers should guarantee the halalness of their products for consumers, especially Muslim consumers. This does not only apply to packaged food but also ready-to-eat food such as soup. Therefore, this study aims to map the critical points of halal in the production process of Soto Sokaraja products, both in terms of ingredients, production process, presentation, and the facilities used. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the owner and direct observation. Then adjustments were made to the rules and guidelines related to halal, which refer to the Halal Assurance System (SJH). The method used to determine the critical halal point is the Halal Critical Point (HCP) decision tree diagram from LPPOM MUI. The results showed that the essential topics for the ingredients were beef/chicken/tripe, ketupat, crackers, palm sugar, and packaging materials (styrofoam). The critical points of the production process lie in the preparation process, making the soto and peanut sauce seasonings and the soto compounding process. As for the facility criteria, the critical point for halal is the cleanliness of the equipment from unclean contamination.     Inflation occurs in food prices, especially rice, which is related to price formation at final consumer level. Market institution adjust their behavior in the face of the market structure. This study aims to analyze existence of market power in the formation of rice prices at the end -consumer level. The data used is weekly price of rice according to quality during the 2019 - 2022 period in Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis was performed using error correction model. Results of the analysis show that there is market power in four of the six qualities of rice traded in Tasikmalaya City. Price setting at various price qualities traded at the retail level is also necessary as an effort to prevent significant price changes such as price regulation at the producer level.     Cassava is the third most popular stapple food crop after rice and corn in Indonesia. One of the advantages of cassava that makes this commodity much in demand by national farmers is its ability to produce a variety of downstreaming products, one of which is cassava chips. Rasa Gadung Cassava Chips’ SMEs is one of the cassava processing industry units located in Pemalang Regency so that cassava processing training is always used as the second priority agenda in the local government working plan. However, Rasa Gadung Cassava Chips’ SMEs is not able to keep up with existing developments and is underdeveloped. Even so, this SMEs is still standing in the midst of a pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the internal and external factors owned by the Rasa Gadung Cassava Chips’ SMEs. This research was analyzed with a descriptive qualitative method. The selection of respondents was carried out purposively using the judgmental sampling method. The data used are data on internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and data on external factors (opportunities and challenges) for the last 10 (ten) years. The result showed that Rasa Gadung Cassava Chips’ SMEs have 11 (eleven) internal factors and 14 (fourteen) external factors that can be managed in future research using the IFAS-EFAS matrix

    Kerawanan pangan keluarga misikin di Kecamatan Cilongok terjadi karena adanya Pandemi Covid – 19 yang menyebabkan akses terhadap pangan keluarga miskin semakin terbatas yang dicirikan oleh konsumsi pangan dari sisi kuantitas dan kualitas menurun. Family Farming (Pertanian Keluarga) dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam mengatasi kerawanan pangan di daerah melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan. Karakteristik dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan umumnya selama ini masih bersifat sambilan atau mengisi waktu luang dan ditujukan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Family Farming ini dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga petani, dimana model ini membutuhkan ketrampilan manajemen usahatani yang cukup tinggi dan menyerap curahan waktu yang cukup besar. Spesifikasi teknologi dalam kegiatan ini adalah Commmunity Based Driven, model ini merupakan teknologi tepat guna yang provent technology atau sudah teruji untuk penanggulangan kemiskinan pada berbagai program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inti dari keberhasilan model pembangunan ini terletak pada kemapanan kelembagaan petani dan tehnologi usahataninya.     Application of the business incubation model to social entrepreneurship programs: a case study of extreme poverty in Brebes district

    The phenomenon of social entrepreneurship had grown rapidly along with poverty alleviation efforts. The Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs seeks to develop innovative poverty reduction programs by carrying out social empowerment efforts through the Social Entrepreneurship Program (Prokus) collaboration with the Pusat Inkubator Bisnis LPPM UNSOED. This research’s aims were: 1) Identify the KPM profile of the Social Entrepreneurship Program in Brebes Regency, 2) Find out the pattern of incubation for the Social Entrepreneurship Program in Brebes Regency. Qualitative analysis was used in this study. The sampling method was carried out census on 300 KPM spread over 38 villages or sub districts in Brebes Regency. From this research, it shows that 94.3% of KPM ran a business in the Agribusiness sector, as much as 96.5% use family labor, the length of business that has been run for more than 5 years is 59.7%, the income per day below IDR 50,000 was 93%. Business incubation assistance can help increase KPM graduations. The assistance includes financial literacy, Business Model Canvas (BMC) training, Good Food Processing Practice training and packaging techniques, online marketing, product branding, business model development and networking
