    ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of online shop consumers on the Buk netbook of 2016 FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. This study uses a population of 700 based on the number of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2016, Malhotra Theory is used to take a sample consisting of 17 question items so the samples obtained in this research are 85 respondents (17 question items x 5).To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The results of this study are that the variables of product quality, price and promotion influence purchasing decisions simultaneously, while partially the variables of product quality, price and promotion affect purchasing decisions at the online shop Bukalapak on FEB students class 2016 University Islam Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and purchase decision

    ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorse, Lifestyle and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on the Elzatta Hijab Brand. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, located at Jl. MT. Haryono No.193 Malang. This type of research data in the form of quantitative data, i.e. the data can be obtained through interviews, observations, discussions or observations (surveys). This research is a research that uses correlational research, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing Likert scale cieoner to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample calculation in this study uses the Maholtra formula which produces 100 respondents.     ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of website quality, trustworthiness and price on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of website quality, trustworthiness, and price on customer satisfaction. The population of this study were students of FEB Unisma. Sampling using purposive sampling method and a total sample of 90 people using the Malhotra formula. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression models. In this study, it shows that website quality, trustworthiness and price have an effect on customer satisfaction. Website quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.     Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu hal yang tidak akan lepas dari kehidupan manusia. Tanpa adanya teknologi, manusia akan kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan informasi. Perlu adanya sistem yang secara otomatis yang dapat mengelompokkan berita sesuai dengan kategori berita dengan menggunakan text mining. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan dalam klasifikasi adalah SVM dan KNN. KNN memiliki kelebihan dalam hal data training yang cukup banyak. Sebagai komparasi, dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan SVM karena metode ini merupakan salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan untuk klasifikasi data, khususnya data teks. Kedua metode ini akan dibandingkan untuk mengetahui hasil ketepatan klasifikasi yang paling baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa SVM kernel linier dan kernel polynomial menghasilkan ketepatan klasifikasi yang paling baik adalah kernel polynomial. Apabila dibandingklan dengan KNN maka SVM lebih baik daripada KNN dengan hasil nilai akurasi, recall, precision dan F-Measure sebesar 93.2%, 93.2%, 93.63% dan 93.14%

    Abstract This study examines and analyzes the effect of word of mouth, brand image, and country of origin on online purchasing decisions of Eiger products. This research uses explanatory research type. The research subjects were carried out on FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang. Malhotra theory is used to take samples, namely the number of items x 5 so that the sample is found as many as 140 people. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the Validity Test, Realiability Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Determination Coefficient (R2) and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that Word of Mouth, Brand Image and Country of origin had a simultaneous influence on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Word of Mouth had an effect on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Brand Image had an effect on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Country of origin affected Online purchase decisions for Eiger Products. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Country Of Origin, Purchase Decisio

    Hardiness dengan Subjective Well Being pada Remaja Panti Asuhan

    Hardiness With Subjective Well Being on Adolescent OrphanageSome Chirdlen, including adolescent, live witih their parents or family. However, not all adolescent can have a complate family, one of which is an orphanage adolescent. The orphanage adolescent need to have subjective well being more able to feel life satifaction. One of the positive personality that can influence subjective well being is hardiness. Individual who have hardiness personality will be able to survive when facing stressful events, so that they will feel more positive emotions. The study intends to develop corelation between hardiness with subjective well being of adolescent orphanage. Subject of the research were 40 adolescent orphanage from 3 orphanage, collected by purposive sampling. The measuring tool used consist of two scale, namely the scale of hardiness and subjective well being scale. Hypotesis testing in this research uses product moment with the help of SPSS. Product moment result indicated that hardiness has significant correlation with subjective well being with a significance value 0.00 <0.05 and coreelation value 0.702. Hardiness also contributes of subjective well being of 49.3%. Hardiness and subjective well being has positive corelation. It means that the higher of orphanage adolescent's hardiness, the higher their subjective well being too

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and product innovation on purchase decisions through partial or simultaneous. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population of this research is the customers from Starbucks located in Kec. Klojen, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique consisting of 75 respondents with predetermined criteria. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents answers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.
