Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of website quality, trustworthiness and price on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of website quality, trustworthiness, and price on customer satisfaction. The population of this study were students of FEB Unisma. Sampling using purposive sampling method and a total sample of 90 people using the Malhotra formula. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression models. In this study, it shows that website quality, trustworthiness and price have an effect on customer satisfaction. Website quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Website Quality, Trust, Price, Customer Satisfactio
