    Teacher Training in the School Context of Distrito Federal Countryside - Brazil

    The article aims to analyze the continuing education of teachers working in public schools in the countryside in Distrito Federal (DF) - Brazil. In the light of Cruz (2017), García (1999) Molina (2008, 2011, 2012 and 2019), Arroyo (2012), Caldart (2008 and 2012), Freire (1980), Freitas (2019), Libâneo (2010) among others, the on-screen study underlies the materiality of teacher training, through a humanizing look at the bias of educating in schools located in rural areas of DF. The methodology is of a qualitative approach, being based on the theoretical methodological assumptions of Dialectical Historical Materialism as a way of explaining the real lived in history and work, permeated by the contradictions and mediations that make up the continuing education of teachers working in schools in the countryside of State Secretariat of Education of Distrito Federal (SEEDF). The results showed that public policies, research, construction of works and the “knowing and doing” of teachers advanced towards the construction of rural education in DF. It is worth mentioning that, despite advances, the study demonstrated that the specific training for the countryside at SEEDF, still needs to make progress with regard to teacher training schools (EAPE), as well as in-service training in times of coordination collective. In addition, the study showed the need for dissemination to the knowledge of teachers, with regard to legislation, public policies and Guidelines on Rural Education, as they also integrate training and can enable moments of action-reflection-action

Com isso pretendemos mostrar que a aprendizagem não se constitui meramente numa passagem ou transição natural e um estado de não saber para um estado de saber. Antes, a aprendizagem se dá num contexto de experimentação, em que o aprender equivale ao pensar e este somente surge por uma coação exercida pelos acontecimentos portadores de signos. Para essa tarefa foi preciso percorrer as linhas que constituíram e constituem o traçado do pensamento, as quais partem da interpretação de Deleuze da imagem tradicional do pensamento como recognição. Também foi preciso percorrer os deslocamentos da sua elaboração de uma imagem original do pensamento, a imagem de um traçado de linhas de forças no qual o passado, enquanto duração, sempre atual, emerge como futuro. Esse movimento que dá origem ao pensar e, portanto, ao aprender, tem como seus elementos os signos, os acontecimentos, a experiência enquanto elaboração de problemas e de invenção das suas soluçõesAbstract: The present thesis has as proposal to present the contribution of Gilles Deleuze about the learning approached from the invention of problems and the creation of concepts. With this we intend to show that learning does not merely constitute a passage or natural transition from the state of knowledge. Before, learning occurs in the context of experimentation, in which learning equals thinking, and it only appears by coercion exercised by events carried with signs. For this task it was necessary to go through the lines that constituted and constitute the trace of thought, which part from Deleuze¿s interpretation of the traditional image of thought as recognition. It was also necessary to cover the displacements of its elaboration of an original image of thought, an image of a stroke of power lines in which the past, as duration, always current, emerges as future.     Process of Establishment And In Vitro Development of Simaba Cedron Planch Seedlings. (Simaroubaceae)

    Simaba cedron, popularly known as "cedron", is largely used for fever and snake bites. Its seeds are used in the treatment of stomach problems and liver infections. The fruits are used for the treatment of pain and malaria while its bark is an antispasmodic. Simaba cedron is generally propagated through seeds, but with limited success, as the low viability of same restricts its propagation. In view of such difficulty, it becomes necessary the study for adequate conditions for the large scale production of these seedlings. Being it known that in several species, the use of micropropagation has made it possible to obtain a large amount of disease-free and more homogeneous seedlings, in reduced time and physical space, in comparison with conventional propagation methods, the objective of this work was to analyze the effect of two culture media on the production of aseptic parent plants as a first step in the development of a micropropagation protocol for Simaba cedron. The seeds were collected from a matrix plant located in the Amazon Biotechnology Center (CBA), in Manaus/AM. The experiment was installed at the Vegetable Tissue Culture Laboratory, where the  explants were desinfected and grown in culture medium  according to Murashige & Skoog (MS) and in Wood Plant Medium (WPM), during 60 days. The disinfestation rate obtained was 75% and, of the disinfested seeds, 100% germinated. The cultivation medium that was more favorable to the cultivation of simaba was the MS, where the multiplication rate was of 8.0: 1, whose seedlings reached, in average, 4.8 cm and 75% of rooting

    Objective: to analyze the scientific production on international exchanges experienced by students during undergraduate nursing. Method: it is an integrative review of the literature performed by searching in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and Cochrane Library databases from 1995 to 2015. Results: it analyzed 19 articles, most of qualitative studies, published in the United States of America, Australia and Brazil. It is emphasized that the exchange allows the professional and personal development of the student. Language and cultural shock have emerged as challenges and barriers. Regarding the activities developed, nursing appointments, hospital internships, technical visits, participation in a research group and scientific events were identified. Conclusions: nursing exchanges are still incipient, but it is a phenomenon that is expanding because it is linked to the effects of globalization and requires more government and private investments

    VIVÊNCIAS DA DELIBERAÇÃO MORAL DE ENFERMEIRAS NO ATENDIMENTO PRÉ-HOSPITALAR MÓVEL

    Objetivo: compreender como as enfermeiras vivenciam a ação de deliberação moral no cenário de prática. Método: pesquisa fenomenológica fundamentada no referencial de Alfred Schutz realizada mediante entrevistas com 12 enfermeiras de um Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência. Da análise ideográfica e nomotética foram obtidas as categorias concretas do vivido. Resultados: emergiram três categorias: significados da ação da deliberação moral das enfermeiras no atendimento pré-hospitalar móvel de urgência que se referem ao contexto do atendimento; o conhecimento técnico-científico como fundamento para a ação da deliberação moral; e a dimensão social das relações estabelecidas entre as equipes como fonte de problemas éticos. Conclusão: foram desvelados fatores que incidem na prática, revelando elementos que favorecem a deliberação, como as experiências do vivido, o compartilhamento das situações e os conflitos que demandam a tomada de decisão. Emerge, assim, um novo olhar para a prática das enfermeiras pautada em um agir ético, responsável e prudente.Descritores: Bioética. Enfermagem. Enfermeiras e Enfermeiros. Resolução de Problemas.
