    Realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de muebles con material de vidrio templado y acero inoxidable en la ciudad de Ibarra provincia de Imbabura, mediante el uso de técnicas y herramientas de investigación que permita determinar si el proyecto es factible.El presente trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad crear una empresa productora y comercializadora de muebles con material de vidrio templado y acero inoxidable en la cuidad de Ibarra provincia de Imbabura, en donde se plantea ofrecer a la ciudadanía de Ibarra nuevos diseños en acabados en los muebles para amoblar oficinas. Para el respectivo estudio se ha empleado diversas técnicas de investigación que han permitido establecer los posibles aliados, oponentes, oportunidades y riesgos que al momento de ejecutar el proyecto se puedan presentar, para tal motivo se establecen estrategias que permitan un manejo adecuado del proyecto. En el estudio de mercado se utiliza instrumentos de investigación para conocer la preferencia del consumidor sobre el producto a ofrecer, de igual manera se conoce la oferta existente en el mercado sobre muebles, tomando en cuenta que en si hay un mercado al cual ofrecer los productos que la empresa va a producir tomando en cuenta la preferencia del cliente y la rapidez de entrega del producto, en lo referente al precio se establece en base a los costos de producción, en el que se aplica un porcentaje de utilidad, se emplea los mecanismos de comercialización del producto y los medios publicitarios. En el estudio técnico se da a conocer la ubicación del proyecto y el valor de la inversión, para poner en marcha la empresa con todo lo necesario. El estudio financiero se determina la viabilidad financiera del proyecto en cual se establece un VAN y una TIR las cuales son indicadores que nos ayudaran a ver más rápido la rentabilidad y viabilidad de la empresa. En la propuesta organizacional se establece el direccionamiento de la empresa, la respectiva estructura organizacional, las funciones de cada área y la respectiva base filosófica. Y para finalizar se plantea la valorización respectiva de los impactos considerando valores positivos que permiten conocer la viabilidad del proyecto

    A Critical Reflection on the Role of Dialogue in Communicating Ethical Corporate Social Responsibility through Digital Platforms

    Organizations are under increasing pressure to communicate their position on social responsibility in a changing environment whereby more critical demanding citizens are using digital platforms to express their opinions about the actions of corporations. These changes, demand a corporate culture of listening, management commitment, responsible action and more effective forms of CSR communication with stakeholders. The emergence of digital platforms such as Facebook or Twitter provide managers with a mechanism for a dialogue with stakeholders to communicate their CSR initiatives and policies. While these digital platforms have the potential for corporations to listen and respond to stakeholder concerns in an open and honest discourse, frequently CSR communication are perceived as serving instrumental goals. This chapter argues that CSR communication through digital platforms grounded in the ethical premise of responsibility and the concept of dialogue could change this perception. The implications for organizations are that they can enact an ethical premise of CSR using digital platforms if managers adopt a dialogic mindset, and listen and respond to the views of stakeholders. The chapter makes recommendations for an implementation process of the ethical premise of CSR. Finally, our critical reflection provides researchers with a conceptual lens for future empirical studies

    Predictive control at fixed switching frequency for a dual three-phase induction machine with kalman filter-based rotor estimator

    Classic finite-set model predictive control techniques are distinguished by a variable switching frequency which causes noise, large voltage and current ripple. This paper presents an enhanced predictive current control technique with fixed switching frequency applied to the six-phase drives and a Kalman Filter estimator.     Speed sensorless predictive current control of a five-phase induction machine

    In power electronics, multiphase machines have been recently proposed, where most sensorless algorithms applied to electrical drives are represented through a mathematical representation of the physical system which includes the electrical and mechanical parameters of the motor. However, in electrical drive applications, the rotor current cannot be measured, so it must be estimated. This paper deals with the speed sensorless control of five-phase induction machines by using an inner loop of model-based predictive control (MPC). The MPC is obtained from the mathematical model of the machine, using a state-space representation where the two state variables are the stator and rotor currents, respectively. The rotor current is estimated using a reduced order optimal estimator based on a Kalman filter.
