    Teachers have a strategic role in the world of education, so good teacher performance is also needed in providing learning. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of school culture, intellectual intelligence, discipline and competence on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Private High School which consisted of 36 teachers consisting of 28 permanent foundation teachers and 8 non-permanent foundation teachers. By using validity and reliability analysis, it was found that the data were valid as well as reliable (reliable). The results of the partial test found that the school culture variable had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, intellectual intelligence partially also had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, for discipline partially had a negative effect on teacher performance and competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.     Abstract: The Involvement Locus of Control, Servant Leadership, and Innovative Work Behavior to Improve Teacher Performance. Objectives: The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of the variables locus of control, servant leadership, and innovative work behavior on the performance of private high school teachers in Pematangsiantar City. Methods: This research uses a research design with a quantitative approach and online questionnaires distribute the research data. The sample used in the study were 110 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. Findings: The results of this research explain that locus of control, servant leadership, and innovative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Conclusion: The findings of this study confirm that the better the role of locus of control will have implications for the resulting better performance. In addition, innovative work behavior when carrying out duties as a teacher reflects the teacher’s ability to manage optimal performance.Keywords: teacher performance, locus of control, servant leadership, innovative work behavior.Abstrak: Keterkaitan Locus of Control, Kepemimpinan Melayani, dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru. Tujuan: Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel locus of control, servant leadership, dan innovative work behavior terhadap kinerja guru SMA Swasta di Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode: Riset ini menggunakan rancang penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data penelitian didistribusikan kuesioner secara online. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 110 responden. Dasar penentuan sampel berorientasi pada pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan memakai rumus purposive sampling. Temuan: Hasil dari riset ini menjelaskan bahwa locus of control, servant leadership, dan innovative work behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kesimpulan: Temuan penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa peranan locus of control yang semakin baik akan berimplikasi terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan juga semakin baik.     Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan sangat penting dalam perekonomian lokal. Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan pemasaran digital yang tepat dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing UMKM. Metode pengabdian ini melibatkan pelatihan intensif dan bimbingan praktis kepada UMKM di Cafe Pelangi Pematang Siantar. Pelatihan difokuskan pada pengelolaan keuangan dasar, termasuk pencatatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran, perencanaan anggaran, dan penggunaan alat bantu keuangan. Selain itu, pelatihan juga mencakup pengenalan tentang pemasaran digital, seperti penggunaan media sosial, pembuatan situs web, iklan digital, dan strategi pemasaran online lainnya. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran digital UMKM di Cafe Pelangi. Dengan peningkatan ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya keuangan mereka, meningkatkan visibilitas produk atau layanan melalui pemasaran digital, dan mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan

    This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of the Public Administration Section of the Pematangsiantar City Regional Secretariat, totaling 28 employees. For the results of the validity analysis, it was found that the results were valid and for reliability the results were reliable. For the results of normality, it is concluded that the data is normally distributed, with a coefficient of determination of 36% while the rest is influenced by other factors and the correlation value of the variables is included in the strong category. The regression equation shows positive equation results and the hypothesis results provide an answer that partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the work environment is the most important factor in achieving employee performance

    COVID-19: Policy Evaluation to Protect Communities Through Social Safety Net

    Various forms of restrictions due to the outbreak of Covid-19 in North Sumatra increasingly led to non-medical impacts, namely the weakening of the people's economy. This condition was then addressed by the Social Safety Net (SSN) program. Using secondary data in official government reports, research results, and mass media, this qualitative research seeks to evaluate the implementation of the program. The data collected was analyzed following the steps put forward by Miles et al. (2014). The results showed that the distribution of JPS has not been able to fully guarantee the economic protection and safety of the community. Although JPS reduces the risk of economic slowdown, JPS has not been able to mitigate the conflicts that have so far occurred in North Sumatra. The implications of this study confirm three things. First, the implementation of JPS has not been successful as a whole because of the characteristics of the community who are not ready for the prerequisites to undergo new normal. Second, the obstacles that arise are social conflicts, both vertically and horizontally. Third, the need for careful preparation in the first two stages in the standard implementation of public policies, namely the preparation of the agenda and drafting and consulting. However, public policy cannot be one size fits all. Therefore, decision making needs to be based on the social characteristics of each region

Merdeka finansial di era digital dijelaskan sebagai kemampuan mengatur keuangan tanpa ketergantungan pada pihak lain. Generasi muda dihadapkan pada berbagai produk keuangan baru, memerlukan literasi keuangan yang kuat agar tidak terjebak dalam hutang. Analisis situasi merdeka finansial di era digital mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang, termasuk literasi keuangan yang rendah dan potensi penggantian pekerjaan tradisional oleh teknologi. Meskipun teknologi menyediakan alat perangkat lunak dan aplikasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaan keuangan, mencapai merdeka finansial tetap memerlukan komitmen dan disiplin. Kedua aspek penting, yakni pengembangan karakter dan penguatan pengelolaan keuangan, saling terkait dan diperlukan untuk mencapai merdeka finansial, terutama bagi generasi muda.     Antecedents of knowledge management: The case of professional employees in Indonesia

    This study aims to evaluate and test the impact of knowledge, trust, unity, and self-efficacy on knowledge management of employees in Indonesian businesses in the education sector. This empirical study also examines the relationship between knowledge management among employees in Indonesian education sector businesses and conformity through knowledge self-efficacy, trust, and unity. A quantitative causality technique was employed in the study using a sample of workers from Indonesian companies involved in the education sector (at least 35 years old and engaged). The primary data consisted of 220 replies from respondents with varying educational backgrounds. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling software was used to analyze the data. The Likert scale is used to determine each answer’s value. Empirical evidence shows that knowledge self-efficacy does not affect the knowledge management of employees in these companies (T Statistics = 0.992); on the other hand, knowledge self-efficacy influences conformity, harmony, and confidence, which in turn affects the knowledge management of employees in these companies. The indirect effect demonstrates that agreement can moderate the influence of knowledge self-efficacy on the knowledge management of employees in these companies (T Statistics = 5,959); conversely, conformity mediates the strong impact of trust on the knowledge management of employees in these businesses. The empirical results show that employees need to have a high level of knowledge for diverse expertise to function well. Conversely, trust will make people more eager to share their information.
