    Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai is a business that sells various kinds of products ranging from cosmetic products, basic necessities and other goods located on Jl. M. Abbas, No B Lk. VII Ex. Sirantau district. Datuk Bandar Tanjungbalai City. The problem that occurs at Zahra Mart is that it has not implemented a website-based online sales system in marketing its products, and information about the products being sold is still limited, only people around the location know the existence of Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. Therefore, the application of a CRM system is used to improve service quality at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store which can help buyers find information about the products being sold and make it easier for buyers to place orders without having to come directly to Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. In this study using qualitative methods that can help researchers to obtain solutions to all problems. The results of this study can help Zahra Mart in marketing their products and expanding sales of the products they market because of the features of rating, promo, discount, cashback, media chat, and service quality assessment (questionnaire). agree with the application of CRM at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store. From the graph, it can be seen that the survey results strongly agree 55.89%, agree 23.72%, disagree 14.12%, strongly disagree 9.42%

    Noodles are a food requirement that is a favorite food by the people of Indonesia. Mie Mawar is one of the actors (MSMEs) engaged in the food business that provides yellow noodles or wet noodles without preservatives so that they are healthy for consumption which distinguishes them from other noodle businesses. In the last period, there has been instability in orders for Mie Mawar due to competitors and the marketing process which has been carried out only through word of mouth, so that information dissemination is limited, plus the Covid19. Reports of sales or orders on Mie Mawar still do manual bookkeeping so that it is possible for errors or recording errors to occur and even lose other important transaction files. Therefore Mie Mawar requires Electronic-Customer Relationship (E-CRM) in a strategy to increase the order of Mie Mawar which is more creative to provide solutions to existing problems. The system created will make it easier for customers to process noodle orders more efficiently in order to increase orders and profits for business people. By making three efforts in providing CRM strategies including strategies in Acquiring (Getting customers), Enchancing (Strengthening relationships), and Retaining (Maintaining Customers). With the implementation of E-CRM on Mie Mawar, there was an increase in orders of 51.23% in January 2022. It will continue to increase along with new customers at Mie Mawar

    Seiring dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, penyampaian informasi penyakit pada tanaman pertanian dengan media internet memang sangat diperlukan yang melibatkan pengguna dalam menentukan informasi yang akan diperoleh. Sistem Informasi yang berbasis expert system merupakan acuan penyedia informasi yang lebih akurat dan jelas mempermudah dalam mendiagnosa suatu penyakit dari data-data gejala yang ditemukan dilapangan. Expert system merupakan sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia kekomputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli atau pakar. Pemrograman expert system merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak (Software) yang digunakan dalam bidang riset ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pada dasarnya ilmu sistem pakar juga dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa suatu fakta dalam penelitian (Research Fact). Selain itu, expert system juga dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan dan mencari solusi akhir dari suatu permasalahan sesuai dengan data-data yang ada. Sistem informasi berbasis expert system yang dibangun merupakan sistem informasi berbasis web, yaitu sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi tentang penyakit yang menyerang tanaman alpukat dari data gejala-gejala penyakit yang ditemukan dilapangan melalui proses diagnosa. Sistem yang dibangun dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai pemrograman Web, dan menggunakan database MYSQL sebagai penyimpanan data servernya. Mekanisme inferensi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan expert system ini adalah metode penalaran maju (forward chaining). Metode kaidah produksi dituliskan dalam bentuk if-then (jika-maka). Dalam pengimplementasian sistem, teknologi PHP (Personal Home Pages) merupakan teknologi server-side scripting, yaitu pemrosesan program dilakukan diserver sebelum dikirimkan ke client. Sistem juga didukung dengan sebuah sistem database yang berfungsi untuk menampung data-data mengenai gejala, penyakit, dan penanggulangannya. One of the businesses engaged in the business of selling clothing which includes clothes, pants, bags, shoes and others that are sold to customers is Jannah Boutique. the need for a media in the form of a system that integrates marketing, ordering and customer service into an online-based application that can manage the relationship between the company and its customers. The method used in this research is the concept of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) because it can be a company solution in company service management and can utilize customer databases and their complaints to be input and improvement of the company and can make it easier for customers to place orders (orders) and serve as as a promotional media for company products that can save the company's costs in promoting products to customers. This study resulted in E-CRM on fashion product sales at Jannah boutiques able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely marketing, product sales, information and can improve customer service. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam melakukanpembelajaran jarak jauh mengingat masa pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang melanda seluruhdunia, terkhusus di Indonesia pada saat ini, guna mencegah dan memutus mata rantaipenyebaran dari pandemi COVID-19 tersebut, maka pemerintah melalui Mendikbud RI NadiemAnwar Makarim mengeluarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 4 Menteri tentang PanduanPenyelenggaraan Pembelajaran di Masa Covid-19. Keputusan tersebut berimbas pada kegiatanpembelajaran di sekolah menjadi pembelajaran di rumah atau pembelajaran jarak jauh.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari yaitu pada tanggal27 dan 28 Juli 2020 bertempat di ruangan kelas SD Negeri No. 010105, Setia Janji. Metodeyang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan pendekatankolaboratif-pastisipatif dialogis yang berbentuk ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi interaktifuntuk penyampaian materi, praktek langsung menggunakan laptop dan HP yang terkoneksi kejaringan.     Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan Melalui Edukasi Ecoprint Yang Ramah Lingkungan Di Kecamatan Air Joman

    Community service for women of family welfare development, usually named women of PKK. In Air Joman district, Asahan, is planned to provide training on the use of plants through eco-print education (i.e., leaf prints on cloth), which are environmentally eco-friendly to improve their creativity and skills. The participants were taught to recognize plants that can be used in eco-print techniques and understand the process of scouring and mordanting. Furthermore, the other objective is that they will be able to make plant trace motifs in the form of leaves and flowers on cloth and make it have a higher selling value for fashion needs and supporters. This training activity was carried out in direct practice by participants in June and July 2022 in 3 groups of 10. The first meeting will be presented to all groups using the offline direct exposure method. An eco-print expert will handle the training. The second meeting to the seventh meeting will be such a kind of workshop activity. The participants will be grouped into three groups and practice the process. Training on the using plants through eco-friendly education in the Air Joman district has giving an impact of knowing more plants that can be use in eco-print, and also increase the ability to produce the higher value of eco-printing product

Lembaga kursus ini mendidik siswa kursus menjadi siswa yang mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan Desain Grafis. Lembaga kursus  ini memiliki banyak siswa dari kalangan anak sekolah SMP dan SMA. Siswa komputer diajarkan oleh para tutor yang sudah berpengalaman di bidang komputer dalam bidang microsoft office dan desain komputer. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa LKP tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi microsoft excel 2010 yang dirasakan perlu untuk diberikan kepada siswa LKP. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara praktek langsung disertai dengan presentasi dan diskusi dan menggunakan  komputer untuk memberikan pemahaman langsung kepada siswa LKP.
