Systematization of expert evaluations in terms of intellectual property commercialization

An increasing significance, within the framework of sustained development of the Russian economy is taken on by innovative economy, since this is where occurs the transformation of scientific and technical products, based on the results of fundamental and applied research into market products with high consumer properties. The need to accelerate the commercialization of the most advanced innovations is caused by aggravation of competition in the world markets under rapid development of science and technology, accompanied by a huge number of new ideas, inventions and discoveries. It is imperative to choose the most preferred, in terms of maximizing the benefits, uses of intellectual property. In the context of this research, it is suggested reviewing the method of expert evaluations a questionnaire method of ranking for direction of the commercialization of intellectual property by way of the example of a patent for "Method of Core Examination via the Analysis of its Coloration" (hereinafter, the object of intellectual property). The ranking method is applied to organize the information according to a factor when it is not required or impossible its precision measurement. According to the results of the survey in terms of the group peer review, it has been defined the most preferred direction of the commercialization of intellectual property for the "Method of Core Examination via the Analysis of its Coloration". The proposed method is applicable in the areas where quantitative assessment of the object is impossible or extremely difficult

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF COMBINATION THERAPY WITH HYALURONATES IN PATIENTS WITH HIP OSTEOARTHROSIS

Objective: to make the results of treatment for coxarthrosis better via prosthetic synovial fluid replacement, by improving drug delivery into the joint cavity. Subjects and methods. The clinical trial enrolled 359 outpatients treated for coxarthrosis. A control group comprised 50 patients receiving the intraarticular combination drug Alflutop under ultrasound (US) guidance. A study group included 309 patients treated using a new three-stage procedure. At stage 1, the patients were given periarticular injections of the current enzyme preparation longidase with a hyaluronidase activity of 3000 IU. At stage 2, postisometric relaxation sessions were performed. At stage 3, after defining the optimal access, synovial fluid prosthetic devices were inserted into the joint cavity under US guidance (a total of 2-3 injections) once weekly. To evaluate the efficiency of the developed treatment option, the authors used a number of standard tests, WOMAC index, Leken's index, integral index of lower limb dysfunction, needs for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; total treatment scores given by a physician and a patient; quality of life estimation using the SF-36 questionnaire. Results. The developed treatment option could significantly reduce the clinical and functional WOMAC index and Leken's index, and inadequate joint function in the immediate period and a year after the treatment performed. It also considerably improved quality of life in patients with hip osteoarthrosis, which appeared as a significant increase of its rating according to eight SF-36 scales during more than a year

OPYT PRIMENENIYa PREPARATA FORSTEO® PRI LEChENII PATsIENTOV S ASEPTIChESKIM NEKROZOM GOLOVKI BEDRENNOY KOSTI

Среди различных форм дегенеративно-дистрофических заболеваний ТБС АНГБК занимает важное место, как социально значимая патология. В теории патогенеза АНГБК чаще рассматриваются три основные причины: сосудистые расстройства, нарушение обменных процессов, врожденная анатомо-функциональная недостаточность ТБС [1]. Ранее нами было показано, что купирование выраженного болевого синдрома, замедление деструктивных процессов и уменьшение очагов деструкции при АНГБК достигается проведением в/с инъекций Перфторана (ПФ) и/или лекарственной смеси ПФ-Димексид в ТБС прямой навигацией под контролем УЗИ [2]. ПФ - плазмозамещающее средство на основе перфторорганических соединений, которое обладает выраженной способностью осуществлять эффективный газообмен в ишемизированных тканях [3]. Димексид характеризуется как вещество с низкой токсичностью, противовоспалительными и анальгезирующими свойствами. В случае развития АНГБК у пациентов со сниженной минеральной плотностью костной ткани (МПКТ) дополнительно проводили инфузии препаратов группы бисфосфонатов - Акласта и Резокластина [4]. На данный момент пациентам с непереносимостью других препаратов для лечения остеопороза (ОП) рекомендуется применение Форстео® (Терипаратид) [5]. Целью настоящего исследования являлось улучшение результатов консервативного лечения пациентов с ранними стадиями асептического некроза головки бедренной кости (АНГБК) и остеопороза за счет дополнения курсов внутрисуставных (в/с) инъекций Перфторана с Димексидом в тазобедренный сустав (ТБС) под контролем УЗИ инъекциями Форстео® (Терипаратид), стимулятора формирования костной ткани. Материалы и методы. В клиническом исследовании участвовали 23 пациента (10 мужчин и 13 женщин). По данным МРТ у 8 пациентов процесс был двухсторонним. Возраст больных составил 38-65 лет. У всех пациентов по данным денситометрии (аппарат рентгеновской денситометрии DTX-200) МПКТ проксимального отдела бедренной кости была снижена, что по значениям Т-критерия составляло от -2,0 до -2,7. На основании этого к курсам в/с инъекций смеси ПФ-Димексид пациентам были добавлены ежедневные инъекции препарата Форстео® в дозе 20 мкг/ сут. Результаты. В результате проведенного лечения у всех пациентов болевой синдром был значительно снижен уже после первого курса инъекций ПФ с Димексидом, что отразилось на показателях ВАШ по оценке боли. При оценке морфологического состояния суставов по рентгенологическим данным и данным МРТ у 91% пациентов процесс деструкции был остановлен. По данным денситометрии у всех пациентов отмечена положительная динамика в лечении остеопоротических явлений и повышение Т-критерия выше -1,5. Выводы. Полученные результаты достоверно показывают, что проведение ежедневных инъекций препарата Фор-стео® в течение 12-ти месяцев и сопутствующих курсов в/с инъекций ПФ с Димексидом в ТБС может в достаточно короткие сроки привести к стойкой положительной динамике регенеративного процесса в костной ткани и улучшению качества жизни пациентов с АНГБК

Youth Sport in the Industry Town

The article contains the attempt to examine youth competition with the position of the conditions the potential of talented youth on the example of the sports competitions had been held by the Center for Youth Policy in the industry town Kamensk-Uralsky, Sverdlovsk region. Using an expert survey (interview), the author conclude that this research method could contribute to the rapid feedback to adjust the programs of activities and attract talented young people to participate in the youth competition.В статье предпринята попытка рассмотреть молодежное соревнование с позиции условия реализации потенциала талантливой молодежи на примере спортивных соревнований, проводимых Центром молодежной политики на территории моногорода Каменска-Уральского Свердловской области. Используя экспертный опрос (интервью), автор делает вывод о том, что такой метод исследования может способствовать быстрому получению обратной связи с целью корректировки программ мероприятий и привлечения талантливой молодежи к участию в молодежных соревнованиях
