    In order to sell items of a genre that each user is not interested in, their latent interests of the genre have to be induced. Therefore, we focus on "Influencer," who is the person that has a large impact on a user\u27s behaviors, and research a recommender system which advertises some items by utilizing influencer\u27s remarks via social media. This paper investigates what kinds of remarks and remarkers would induce users\u27interests. As the result, we have revealed many findings. One is that "One of the factors that would induce the users\u27 positive interests on the movie, is the positive reputation for the movie that is included in tweets." The other is that "If the user does not like the remarker, the user\u27s negative interests for the items in the remarks of the person would be induced, even though the person has famousness."INSPEC Accession Number: 1867430

    139^{139}La-NMR study of spin-dynamics coupled with hole mobility in TT*-type La0.86_{0.86}Eu0.86_{0.86}Sr0.28_{0.28}CuO4δ_{4-\delta}

    In TT*-type cuprate oxides with five oxygen coordination, little is known about the relationship between the spin correlations and dope carriers. We performed 139^{139}La-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and electrical resistivity measurements on an as-sintered (AS) and oxidation annealed (OA) polycrystalline TT*-type La0.86_{0.86}Eu0.86_{0.86}S0.28_{0.28}CuO4_4 (LESCO) to investigate its magnetic and superconducting (SC) properties. Upon cooling, the NMR spectrum of AS LESCO broadened below 3 K, at which the nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate 1/T11/T_1 against the temperature exhibited a maximum, thereby indicating the appearance of static magnetism. The temperature dependence of 1/T11/T_1 between 3 K and 20 K was similar to that of the resistivity displaying the semiconducting behavior. Furthermore, the energy scale of the transport gap and spin-dynamics estimated was found to be comparable. These results suggest a close connection between the mobility of the doped carriers and low-energy spin-dynamics, as reported for lightly doped TT-type La2x_{2-x}Srx_xCuO4_4. In the OA SC sample, we confirmed the absence of a magnetic order and the Korringa relation above 10 K. Therefore, in the TT*-type LESCO with xx = 0.28, the magnetic state coupled with holes drastically turns to the weakly correlated metallic state by oxidation annealing.Comment: 6 pages, 6 figure

    Isolated gestational proteinuria preceding the diagnosis of preeclampsia : an observational study

    Introduction. Some pregnant women develop significant proteinuria in the absence of hypertension. However, clinical significance of isolated gestational proteinuria (IGP) is not well understood. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of IGP in singleton pregnancies and the proportion of women with IGP who subsequently developed preeclampsia (IGP-PE) among all PE cases. Material and methods. This was an observational study of 6819 women with singleton pregnancies at 12 centers, including 938 women with at least once determination of protein-to-creatinine ratio (P/Cr). Significant proteinuria in pregnancy (SPIP) was defined as P/Cr (mg/mg) level >0.27. IGP was defined as SPIP in the absence of hypertension. Gestational hypertension (GH) preceding preeclampsia (GH-PE) was defined as preeclampsia (PE) in which GH preceded SPIP. Simultaneous PE (S-PE) was defined as PE in which both SPIP and hypertension occurred simultaneously. Results. IGP and PE were diagnosed in 130 (1.9%) and 158 (2.3%) of 6819 women, respectively. Of 130 women with IGP, 32 (25%) progressed to PE and accounted for 20% of all women with PE. Hence, women with IGP had a relative risk of 13.1 (95% CI; 9.2-18.5) for developing PE compared with those without IGP [25% (32/130) vs. 1.9% (126/6689)]. At diagnosis of SPIP, P/Cr levels already exceeded 1.0 more often in women with S-PE than in those with IGP-PE [67% (33/49) vs. 44% (14/32), respectively, p = 0.031]. Conclusions. IGP is a risk factor for PE, and IGP-PE accounts for a considerable proportion (20%) of all PE

    Characteristics and treatment strategies of mitral regurgitation associated with undifferentiated papillary muscle

    Purpose: In this report we review our experience of operations on mitral regurgitation associated with abnormal papillary muscles/chordae tendineae of the mitral valves and discussed the clinical characteristics, operative findings, and treatment strategies. Methods: Undifferentiated papillary muscle was defined as a hypoplastic chordae tendineae with anomalous formation of papillary muscles attached to the mitral valves directly. Consecutive 87 patients undergoing surgery for mitral regurgitation at our institution were reviewed and 6 of them had undifferentiated papillary muscle. Results: The underlying mechanism of regurgitation was prolapse at the center of the anterior leaflet in 3 cases and tethering, a wide area of myxomatous degeneration, and annular dilatation in one case, respectively. Five patients underwent mitral valve plasty and 1 patient received replacement. Anomalous formation of chordae tendineae was corrected by resection and suture with transplantation at the tip of the leaflet to which abnormal chordae were attached in 2 cases, while resection and suture with chordal shortening was performed in 1 case, and chordal reconstruction using artificial chordae was employed in 2 cases. There was no operative death, and postoperative echocardiography showed no residual regurgitation in any of the cases. Conclusions: Mitral regurgitation associated with undifferentiated papillary muscle resulted from prolapse or tethering and impaired flexibility of leaflets. It was possible to successfully treat the patients by mitral valve plasty unless complex congenital cardiac malformation coexisted. Detailed examinations of attached papillary muscle by echocardiography and intraoperative inspection are necessary and surgical techniques should be selected appropriately in each case
