Homo Informaticus in the Modern Information and Cultural Space: Challenges, Opportunities and Value Orientations
The author attempts to reveal the specifics of the modern information and cultural space as a phenomenon of being an individual and society – society ”fleeing”, ”elusive picture of the world”, ”fluid modernity”. Given the predictions of futurists with respect to culture ”new features”, its trends, and the role of human ”information” - the Posthuman in the digital civilization. Noting the complexity of understanding the actual culture (polyparadigmality of research positions, transit methodology, etc.), the author focuses on the importance of finding effective mechanisms of harmonization of cultural content and technological ”breakthroughs”, which, despite the axiological risks of cultural mutation and substitution of human artificial intelligence, have the potential for a positive impact on the world order through the institutions of science, education, culture, forming cultural” and human capital.

The Values of Multimedia Culture
The author focuses on the definition of the concept of multimedia culture and its fundamental properties. He notes the emergence of the direction of applied cultural studies – culturology of information and explores the multiplicity of modern communications and their multimedia character that provides a ‘knowledge surplus’. The article focuses on the value attitudes of the information society regarding the emergence of the new types of social media – the virtual way of transforming the ‘world-picture’, the authenticity and falsification of the Web, ‘original works’ and ‘fragmentary reactions’ to them. The author explores the dynamics of the Internet development within the context of sociocultural transformations, as well as new values and communicative meanings born out of this new reality.

Modifying the humanities: global challenges of the digital revolution
The relevance of the research is conditioned by the fact that the global challenges of the digital revolution aggravate the dynamic problems faced by the humanities in one way or another. These challenges “modify” the socio-cultural contexts, amending significantly “power maps” and economic realities, as well as traditions and norms, thus influencing the spiritual existence of man and humanity as such at a regular stage of epochal changes. The process of renewal of major institutional discourses is underway, which increases the risks and respectively the ways of their overcoming, complicating the forecasts and expertise of scenarios for the future of the humanities. The purpose of the research is to identify the basic parameters of new paradigms and concepts that influence the change in research and management prospects, as well as to actualise the specific role of humanitaristics and cultural institutions responsible for the process of formation of social consciousness and individual socialisation at the digital age. The essence of humanitaristics is conceptualised by the authors as a set of humanities supplemented by new sociocultural technologies. The research has an interdisciplinary character and is based on theoretical aspects and materials of different sciences (cultural anthropology, philosophy, culturology, semiotics, and sociology); it combines general scientific, philosophical, and culturological methods, among which cultural/historical and social/analytical methods, as well as cross-cultural analysis, are of particular importance. At the same time, the integral approach is viewed by the authors as the methodological basis for the analysis of the specified problems, since it allows a researcher to consider the whole complex of interrelations between the global media sphere, society, and the individual, which influences the evolution of the humanities significantly. The undertaken study provides an opportunity to consider the potential of digital humanitaristics in the system of social sciences, their interdisciplinary development and enhancement in the historical and cultural perspective. As a result, the mission of specialists’ humanitaristic training is identified, which defines the system of values and purports as a basis of the smart-future society. The authors assert that new sociocultural practices of informative/ communicative character are being formed, creating qualitatively changed characteristics of the developing society in digital networks, where an individual’s freedom, cultural self-identification, and opportunities for self-realisation in a virtual environment are perceived differently. Exploring different communication styles in the digital revolution period, the authors highlight such features as its independence, emotional and intellectual openness, focus on innovations, and formation of new intellectual capabilities of the individual in the Internet space – the factors that contribute to the formation of identity, self-esteem and intrinsic values, tolerance, global orientation, social and civic responsibility. This proves that humanitaristics in the 21st century is acquiring new qualities of transdisciplinarity and a new ideological status making it possible to explore human existence in the cardinally changing global landscape. © 2022 LLC Ecological Help. Interaction of bacterial extracellular microvesicles with eukaryotic cells.
Bacterial extracellular microvesicles (BMV) are formed by nonpathogenic, pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria. BMV are spherical bilayer-membrane organelles containing different cargoes: lipopolysaccharides, pathogen associated molecular patterns (PUMP), DNA, RNA, signal molecules, proteins, antibiotic resistance factors, virulence factors, toxins providing various immune response options and conducive to the survival and pathogen dissemination in the human body. BMVs secretion play an important role in the ability of microorganisms to cause various diseases. BMV are involved in biofilms formation, help bacteria to obtain nutrition in a nutrient-poor conditions, to evade the host's immune response, provide communication and surviving in a stressful environment during infection inside the host. The heterogeneity of the biogenesis mechanisms causes differences in the BMV and their characteristics including virulence rate. BMVs host cells entering is mediated by several mechanisms and helps to activate innate and adaptive immune reactions. This review focuses on interaction study of BMV with various eukaryotic cells types including neutrophils, dendritic cells, macrophages, epithelial, endothelial cells. This interaction depends on bacteria species, type of target cell and number of vesicles and can lead to different responses: non-immunogenic, pro-inflammatory, cytotoxic. Subcellular and molecular mechanisms related to the involvement of extracellular microvesicles in host's immune response modulation are presented. Stimulation of immune response is provided by increased secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines. In some cases BMV use mechanisms to evade immune surveillance: anti-inflammatory cytokines secretion, alterations of phagocytosis and chemotaxis of macrophages, increasing the proteolytic cleavage of CD14 on the macrophage surface, alterations of antigen-presenting function of dendritic cells, T-cell proliferation suppression, reducing the pro-inflammatory cytokines secretion, evasion of host-immune cells direct interactions, destruction of neutrophilic traps. These features allow bacterial cells to survive in the human body, increase their invasive potential, and reduce the excessive inflammatory reactions leading to death of the pathogen itself and life-threatening damage of tissues and organs of the host. Further studies of these mechanisms will improve existing therapeutic approaches to the infectious diseases treatment
Analyzing the Dynamics and Structure of the Foreign Trade Activity of Ukraine
The article is aimed at defining the problems in foreign trade activity of Ukraine, which may entail unsatisfactory status of foreign economic security of the country. Based on data from 2011 to 2017, the dynamics of the main quantitative characteristics of foreign trade, structural shifts in foreign trade (with the help of indices of L. Kazinets and V. Ryabtsev), and also structure of foreign trade in the context of regions of Ukraine are researched. The key problems determining high risks of foreign economic security of the country are defined: significant reduction of volumes of foreign trade; prevalence of negative trade balance; high value of the share of total exports and imports in GDP; weak development of trade with the EU countries; low level of diversification of export commodity positions and its raw material orientation; loss of traditional market of machine-building products; at the regional level, there is a deformed structure of foreign trade, while the main exporter and importer of goods and services is the city of Kiev
