Prosedur penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada akad mudharabah dalam rangka meminimalisir resiko di BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia Magelang
Permasalah kehidupan perekonomian yang sulit, membuat masyarakat berinisiatif untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Mereka membutuhkan suatu bantuan berupa dana untuk memperlancar usahanya, maka BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia Magelang ikut untuk mengembangkan produknya yaitu pembiayaan mudharabah sesuai perkembangan dunia perbankan dalam target peningkatan keuntungan dan menyejahterakan masyarakat. Dengan diberikanya pembiayaan tersebut, terkadang muncul adanya pembiayaan bermasalah dikarenakan ada beberapa faktor diantaranya ketidakmampuan anggota untuk membayar tepat waktu atau jatuh tempo pembayaran diakibatkan karena usaha anggota yang kurang lancar dan lain sebagaianya.
Tugas Akhir ini berjudul “ Prosedur Penyelesaian Pembiayaan Bermasalah pada Akad Mudharabah Dalam Rangka Meminimalisir Risiko” Berdasarkan judul tersebut dapat diambil rumusan masalah yaitu apa penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia Magelang dan bagaimana prosedur penyelesaian pembiayaaan bermasalah pada akad mudharabah di BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia Magelang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dimana sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara dengan manajer, bagian pembiayaan dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai objek penelitian.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu faktor internal meliputi kurang telitinya petugas BMT dalam menganalisi data calon anggota, kurang disiplinya dalam penagihan dan eksternal meliputi karakter anggota yang kurang baik, usahanya bangkrut dan terjadinya bencana alam yang tidak terduga. Adapun prosesdur yang digunakan BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia dalam menyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada akad mudharabah dengan cara kekeluargaan atau musyawarah dengan anggota, penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), pengambilan jaminan (eksekusi), dan write off final. Di BMT Amanah Usaha Mulia dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah jarang menngunakan jalur hukum, tetapi sering menggunakan cara kekeluargaan yang dianggap lebih efektif dan eksekusi jaminan apabila anggota tersebut sudah mengalami macet atau bermasalah
Efficient One-Pot Synthesis of Uridine Diphosphate Galactose Employing a Trienzyme System
The limited availability of high-cost
nucleotide sugars is a significant
constraint on the application of their downstream products (glycosides
and prebiotics) in the food or pharmaceutical industry. To better
solve the problem, this study presented a one-pot approach for the
biosynthesis of UDP-Gal using a thermophilic multienzyme system consisting
of GalK, UGPase, and PPase. Under optimal conditions, a 2 h reaction
resulted in a UTP conversion rate of 87.4%. In a fed-batch reaction
with Gal/ATP = 20 mM:10 mM, UDP-Gal accumulated to 33.76 mM with a
space-time yield (STY) of 6.36 g/L·h–1 after the second feeding. In repetitive batch synthesis, the average
yield of UDP-Gal over 8 cycles reached 10.80 g/L with a very low biocatalyst
loading of 0.002 genzymes/gproduct. Interestingly,
Galk (Tth0595) could synthesize Gal-1P using ADP as a donor of phosphate
groups, which had never been reported before. This approach possessed
the benefits of high synthesis efficiency, low cost, and superior
reaction system stability, and it provided new insights into the rapid
one-pot synthesis of UDP-Gal and high-value glycosidic compounds
Palladium-Catalyzed Synthesis of Indoles and Isoquinolines with <i>in Situ</i> Generated Phosphinimine
A palladium-catalyzed synthesis of
polysubstituted indoles and
isoquinolines through the coupling of aryl bromides with 2-alkynyl
arylazides or 2-alkynyl benzylazides has been developed. This method
provides straightforward access to indoles and isoquinolines with
high efficiency and excellent functional group compatibility. In this
transformation, the iminophosphorane <i>in situ</i> generated
from azides is served as the nucleophile that attacks the alkyne moiety
in the cyclization process

Biomorphic Synthesis of Mesoporous Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> Microtubules and Their Pseudocapacitive Performance
A novel meosoporous tubular Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> has been fabricated by a simple and cost-effective
biomorphic synthesis route, which consists of infiltration of cotton
fiber with cobalt nitrate solution and postcalcination at 673 K for
1 h. Its electrochemical performance as a supercapacitor electrode
material is investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry
tests. Compared with bulk Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> prepared without
using cotton template, biomorphic Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> displays
2.8 fold enhancement of pseudocapacitive performance because of the
unique tubular morphology, relative high specific surface area (3
and 0.8 m<sup>2</sup>/g for biomorphic Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> and bulk Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, respectively), and mesoporous
nature
