Ukraiński sektor rolno‑spożywczy w kontekście globalnych wzorców rozwoju innowacji środowiskowych

The structure of the process of introducing innovative technologies in the agricultural sector, the competitive position of Ukraine in the world rankings of the development of agricultural science and training of personnel for the needs of the agro‑industrial complex are considered and analyzed. Scientific and patent‑investment activities of enterprises of the agro‑industrial complex of Ukraine are studied. The methodology of bringing the mechanism of analytical and statistical observation of the state of innovative economic development in line with the standards of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the EU is analyzed. The main strengths and weaknesses of innovative activity of the agricultural sector of Ukraine are identified. As a result of the study, the authors propose adaptive changes in the process of implementing environmental innovations in the rational use of natural resources in the agricultural sector.W artykule rozważono i przeanalizowano strukturę procesu wprowadzania innowacyjnych technologii w sektorze rolniczym, pozycję konkurencyjną Ukrainy w światowych rankingach rozwoju nauk rolniczych oraz szkolenia kadr na potrzeby kompleksu rolno‑przemysłowego. Zbadano naukową i patentowo‑inwestycyjną działalność przedsiębiorstw kompleksu rolno‑przemysłowego Ukrainy. Przeanalizowano metodologię dostosowania mechanizmu analitycznej i statystycznej obserwacji stanu innowacyjnego rozwoju gospodarczego do standardów Organizacji Współpracy Gospodarczej i Rozwoju oraz UE. Zidentyfikowano główne mocne i słabe strony działalności innowacyjnej sektora rolnego Ukrainy. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań autorzy proponują zmiany adaptacyjne w procesie wdrażania innowacji środowiskowych w racjonalnym wykorzystaniu zasobów naturalnych w sektorze rolnym

Methodological Approaches to the Development of the Non-Financial Reporting System of Business Entities in the Context of Socially Responsible Business

У статті визначено нефінансову звітність як елемент базисних соціальних інновацій, що виявляються у радикальних змінах виробництва, соціокультурного і державного ладу тарозглядаються як процес перетворення системи соціально-економічних відносин, інституціонального забезпечення, комунікаційних зв’язків, повноважень та обов’язків суб’єктавідповідальності, визначених у відповідності до масштабу соціальної інновації. Окрім того, обґрунтовано, на основі оцінки доступності нефінансових звітів на онлайн-ресурсах, необхідність застосування сучасних інтернет-технологій та визначення практичних кроківщодо створення інвестиційного каталогу соціально відповідальних підприємств України увигляді картографічного онлайн-ресурсу та забезпечення можливості зворотного зв'язку для зацікавлених сторін, що дозволить розширити коло підприємств з високою соціальною активністю, інвестиційною привабливістю, особливо в період поствоєнної відбудови бізнесу.This article analyzes the attitude of Ukrainian organizations to non-financial reporting, which can be characterized by the interest of these organizations in communication interaction with stakeholders.This interest is determined by the availability of Management Reports in open access on the online resources of enterprises, therefore the work examines the availability of non-financial reports of enter-prises of Ukraine in open access. And for a deeper understanding of the situation, a comparison of Ukrainian and EU companies in the field of interest in simplified communications with investors and stakeholders is carried out was examined. Non-financial reporting is also defined as an element of basic social innovations, manifested in radical changes in production, socio-cultural and state order and considered as a process of transformation of the system of socio-economic relations, institutional support, communication links, powers and duties of the subject of responsibility, defined in accor-dance with the scale of social innovation. It was determined that since Ukraine is on the threshold of joining the EU and the process of post-war reconstruction, non-financial reports can become one of the key points for encouraging investments, even for medium and small enterprises, therefore for the sake of encouraging enterprises of all categories to the process of non-financial reporting, as well as creating the most comfortable of the communication system, the need to introduce social innovations into methodical approaches to the development of a system for the use of non-financial reporting of economic entities in the context of socially responsible business was noted. As a result, based on an assessment of the availability of non-financial reports on online resources, the need to use modern Internet technologies and determine practical steps to create an investment catalog of socially respon-sible enterprises of Ukraine in the form of a cartographic online resource and provide the possibility of feedback for interested parties, which will allow expanding the circle of enterprises with high social activity, investment attractiveness, especially during the period of post-war business reconstruction
