Předkladáná diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum reakčních intermediátů v reakcích katalyzovaných homogenními zlatnými katalyzátory. Hlavní experimentalní technikou je hmotnostní spektrometrie spojená s elektrospejovou ionizací (ESI-MS). Zpožděné značení reaktantu bylo použito jako hlavní metoda. Zaměřila jsem se na výzkum hydratace 1-fenyl- 1propynu zlatným komplexem [Au(IPr)(MeCN)]BF4 (IPr = 1,3-Bis(2,6-di-iso- propylfenyl)imidazol-2-yliden). Detekovala jsem dva hlavní intermediáty obsahující jeden nebo dva atomy zlata (monoaurovaný a diaurovaný intermediát). Získala jsem rychlostní konstanty jejich rozpadu a poločasy jejich života. Odvodila jsem kinetické isotopické efekty pro rozpad a vznik detekovaných reakčních intermediátů. Ukázala jsem, že kinetika spojená s jejich rozpadem je identická, což naznačuje, že hydratace alkynů katalyzovaná zlatným komplexem [Au(IPr)(MeCN)]BF4 pravděpodobně probíhá přes neutralní monoaurované intermediáty, které detekuji pomocí protonace (monoaurovaný intermediát) nebo pomocí komplexace s druhým kationtem zlata (diaurovaný intermediát). Klíčová slova: zlatná katalýza, reakční intermediáty, elektrosprejová ionizace, hmotnostní spektrometrie.The presented master thesis is devoted to the investigation of reaction intermediates in homogeneous gold catalysis. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used as the primary research technique in this study. Delayed reactant labeling was used as the main method. I have focused mainly on the hydration of 1-phenyl-1-propyne catalyzed by the gold complex [Au(IPr)(MeCN)]BF4 (IPr = 1,3-bis(2,6-di-iso-propylphenyl)imidazol-2- ylidene). I have detected two main intermediates containing one or two gold atoms, respectively (monoaurated and diaurated intermediate). I have obtained rate constants for the degradation of the reaction intermediates and their half-lives. I have derived kinetic isotope effects for the formation and the decomposition of the detected intermediates. I have shown that the kinetics of the degradation of both intermediates is identical, therefore I conclude that hydration of alkynes catalyzed by gold complex [Au(IPr)(MeCN)]BF4 proceeds most probably via neutral monoaurated intermediates. These neutral intermediates are detected by ESI-MS as protonated (monoaurated intermediate) or tagged by a second gold cation (diaurated intermediate). STATE REGULATION OF NON-FINANCIAL REPORTING IN RUSSIA AND THE WORLD

The article deals with the main directions of development of non-nancial reporting in Russia and the world. The article contains an analysis of the issue of non-nancial reporting in the Russian Federation. The author gives considerable attention to the issues of state regulation of non-nancial reporting in Russia. Information is presented on the stages of preparation of the concept of the development of public non-nancial reporting in Russia and the application of the European Union (EU) Directive on the disclosure of non-nancial information in the countries of the EU. The conclusion is made that it is necessary to rene the regulatory and legal framework for corporate social responsibility and focuses on training specialists in the preparation of non-nancial reports

В умовах глобальної конкуренції інтелектуальний капітал стає джерелом доданої вартості вироблених товарів і забезпечує підприємству конкурентні переваги на ринку. Обсяги інтелектуального капіталу підприємства визначаються якістю його системи управління. Актуальними стають питання пошуку шляхів перетворення інтелектуального потенціалу в інтелектуальний капітал та його нагромадження. Адже підприємства, що мають високий інтелектуальний потенціал є більш привабливими для іноземних інвесторів і мають більше шансів для виходу на зовнішні ринки збуту. Стаття присвячена формуванню організаційно- економічного механізму управління інтелектуальним капіталом підприємства. Автором розроблено основні положення щодо формування, нагромадження, використання й відтворення інтелектуального капіталу. Запропоновано концепцію формування та відтворення інтелектуального капіталу через інтелектуальний потенціал. Визначено мотиваційний інструментарій управління інтелектуальним капіталом для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій в умовах трансформаційної економіки.В условиях глобальной конкуренции интеллектуальный капитал становится источником добавленной стоимости произведѐнных товаров и обеспечивает предприятию конкурентные преимущества на рынке. Объѐмы интеллектуального капитала предприятия определяются качеством системы его управления. Актуальными становятся вопросы поиска путей преобразования интеллектуального потенциала в интеллектуальный капитал и его накопления. Ведь предприятия, имеющие высокий интеллектуальный потенциал, являются более привлекательными для иностранных инвесторов и имеют больше шансов для выхода на внешние рынки сбыта. Статья посвящена формированию организационно-экономического механизма управления интеллектуальным капиталом предприятия. Автором разработаны основные положения по формированию, накоплению, использованию и воспроизводству интеллектуального капитала. Предложена концепция формирования и воспроизводства интеллектуального капитала через интеллектуальный потенциал. Определѐн мотивационный инструментарий управления интеллектуальным капиталом для обеспечения конкурентоспособности предприятия с учѐтом современных тенденций в условиях трансформационной экономики.Intellectual capital becomes a source of value-added goods and provides competitive advantages of the company in the market in the reality of global competition. Volumes of intellectual capital of the company are determined its quality control system. Relevant issues are to find ways to convert the intellectual potential to the intellectual capital and its accumulation. Enterprises with the high intellectual potential is more attractive to foreign investors and have more opportunities to enter foreign markets. The article is devoted to the formation of the organizational and economical mechanism of intellectual capital management. The author claimed the basis of formation, accumulation, use and reproduction of intellectual capital. The concept of formation and reproduction of intellectual capital through intellectual potential is presented. Motivational tools for intellectual capital management were determined. It ensures competitiveness of the enterprise in accordance with modern trends in the reality of transformational economy
