New Theory for A Conceptual Framework towards Audience Delight
Countries has developed strategies to attract tourists in order for them to experience, visit,
engage and participate in a touristic product or service. The brand has become a trend in
marketing and considered a medium for increasing product and services demand. Festival can
have managed as a brand, where it is seen as a tourism product. The existence of festivals
helps develop the tourism industry to enhance the economic sector and provide the best
travel experience to visitors. In early 2020, the event industry has been affected by the
pandemic covid-19 because the government banned gathering and cancelled events
worldwide (Nilsson, 2020). As a result of this pandemic, the event industry needs to reevaluate how they conduct events. Some firm takes other initiatives by running event
virtually. This paper focuses on developing a conceptual framework for the audience delight
in a virtual arts festival. The artsfestival brand focuses on data collection medium in analysing
the audience’s delight through the experience and personality felt
Pandangan Masyarakat Terhadap Imej Destinasi Yang Melambangkan Sibu
Kajian tentang imej destinasi sering menjadi fokus dalam bidang penulisan pelancongan sejak beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini. Ini kerana imej destinasi memainkan peranan penting dalam memasarkan sesebuah destinasi dan menunjukkan keunikan sesebuah destinasi. Kajian ini akan menjelaskan dengan lebih terperinci berkenaan dengan imej destinasi pada masyarakat penduduk di Sibu. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pastiimej destinasi Sibu dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi gambaran imej destinasi Sibu dalam kalangan masyarakat di Sibu.Pengkaji menggunakan kaedah kuantitatifdengan mengedarkan 384 borang soal selidik kepada responden. Melalui kajian ini, pengkaji mendapati bahawa imej makanan merupakan pilihan majoriti masyarakat Sibu berkenaan dengan imej destinasi yang melambangkan Sibu. Kajian ini akan menyumbang kepada kepentingan praktikal yang perlu dilakukan oleh pihak pengurusan
Aesthetics of the Bidayuh Community Kasah Mat Annah Rais Longhouse
Kasah mat or Kelasah mat is one of the handicrafts known in the Bidayuh ethnic group. Weaving the Kasah mat is a heritage art made of rattan and woven using wood bark. This study is about the aesthetics of Kelasah mat of the Bidayuh community located in Annah Rais Longhouse. Annah Rais Longhouse is a village located in the foothills of the Borneo Highlands and must -visit tourism which are located near Kuching; Sarawak Therefore, the focus of this study is the material of mat production. This study was conducted with qualitative method and interviewed the residents of this longhouse also known as the producer of this Kasah mat. The study revealed that besides concentrating on reviving the culture value, the community of Bidayuh can generated their income through selling this culture product. As a conclusion, the materials used by the manufacturer is to highlight the aesthetics of a mat that is the pride of the Bidayuh people

In conducting this study, the researcher used quantitative methods to obtain data. A total of 384 respondents from the local community of Sibu were involved in answering the questionnaires that distributed. This research explains about a local wisdom related to the Iban community of heritage, like tattoo’s.
Symbolism towards the elements of nature is often used to express various ideas and meanings about their
practices, culture and life. This research use a fully qualitative as a main approach . Data obtained through
a qualitative approach using observational methods and interviews from informants that have expertise on
tattoos. This research shows that the human mind is built from the nature, characteristics and forms of
nature. Human learns from nature and create aesthetics while showing the ability to assimilate with nature
so that there is a philosophy of nature being a teacher. It show that human mind is built from nature. This
means that the evolving nature teaches people to think creatively and produce a creation that uses the
elements of nature as a source of ideas. Every thing and event that happens in human life may not be
inseparable from nature. The Iban community live in a natural environment. For them, nature is used as a
teacher to solve all the problems that occur in their daily lives. Some individuals in Iban community, they
have a skilled in creating work of arts that use the natural sources that exist in their environment. The
aesthetic value of tattoos can also be seen in the motifs and designs produced by inspiring the source of
nature. It shows that nature as a teacher or mind thinking in addition to the symbol of perseverance and
psychology the of tattoo maker. Through nature, the Iban community produce creativity that uses natural
sources in the tradition of tattoos that shows the local wisdom as well as their culture
Efforts in Promoting the Cultural Event “Pesta Damas” in Kinabatangan, Sabah
This research focuses on the efforts in promoting the cultural event Pesta Damas in Kinabatangan, Sabah. Pesta Damas was an annual event held and organised by the Sabah Association of Bangsa Sungai (SABAS). An effort to promote this cultural event is needed to be done holistically. The association needed more private and nongovernmental organisations' (NGOs) involvement. This study aims to highlight the promotional effort that can be made to promote the cultural event and to analyse the importance of the involvement from the private sector and nongovernmental organisations (NGOs). In addition, to suggest a strategic way to get a sponsor and promote from private and corporate organisations for this event. This study used methodological techniques involving a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with informants from SABAS. The findings show that the promotional effort, such as using different social media platforms and promotion campaigns broadcast media with the help of the private sector and nongovernmental organisations, can promote this event widely. Overall, this research can help improve the promotional effort of the Pesta Damas in the future
The User Satisfaction Level With The Convenience of Facilities in Mosques in Kuching, Sarawak: A Perspective from Facility Management
Facility management is a way to ensure that an organization's buildings
are well-maintained and aligned with the organization's goals. The
purpose of this study is to determine the level of visitor satisfaction with
mosque facilities. The Sarawak State Mosque, Kuching City Mosque, and
Kuching City Indian Mosque were selected as the study locations. A
questionnaire survey was used to achieve the research objective, with
mosque visitors as the target respondents to answer the questionnaire. The
survey data was analysed using descriptive analysis methods. The study
findings indicate that the overall level of visitor satisfaction at the mosques
is good. Visitors find that the facilities provided at each mosque are in
good condition and meet their need
