El estudio del comportamiento organizacional tiene una gran relevancia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de Administración de Empresas, dado que en esta área se trabaja con individuos y cada uno tiene diferente comportamiento, debido múltiples factores, sean estos de índole familiar, social, político, económicos, entre otros. Ello influirá en el desempeño de sus funciones de acuerdo a la percepción que cada uno de estos individuos tengan, y esto será del cúmulo de aprendizajes desde, en y para la vida. Así mismo, influirá en el trabajo de grupo que se realice dentro de la organización, lo que evitará o incidirá en los conflictos. Todo ello repercute en la eficiencia y eficacia de las funciones realizadas en el ámbito empresarial

Influencia de la innovación en el proceso productivo

Innovation tends to improve the production process within a company, which can be more attractive and presentable which provides changes and introduces novelties to achieve the goals and objectives set. In the current context, stimulation of change is necessary. This research focused on determining the influence of innovation on the production process of the Inés Galeano service station, in the year 2018. To carry out this type of study, the methodology was taken into account, which consists of looking for the most credible sources such as the Bibliography in the Urania Zelaya Library, FAREM-Estelí, Books, thesis related to the subject, books on the website. The impact of the improvements applied to the most important elements of the work processes that are carried out in the organization, on the services that are offered, was analyzed. It is an applied, descriptive research and is methodologically framed in a mixed and cross-sectional approach. The sample was made up of the 22 collaborators who are part of the company. For the collection of this information, it was necessary to use tools such as surveys and interviews, which served as the basis for knowing the problems existing there. This study was based on the assumption which suggests that innovation contributes to the company’s production process. The main results focus on the following: it establishes the influence of innovation in the production process, i.e. how innovative changes in the company’s work processes have been brought and the innovations in the aspects the most relevant aspects of its services were identified, as well as the benefits of the improvements applied in the most relevant aspects of the organization.La innovación tiende a mejorar el proceso productivo dentro de una empresa, aquello que pueda ser más atractivo y presentable, que proporcione cambios e introduzca novedades para lograr los objetivos y metas planteadas. En el contexto actual es necesario el estímulo al cambio. Este trabajo investigativo se enfocó en determinar la influencia de la innovación en el proceso productivo de la estación de servicios Inés Galeano, en el periodo 2018. Para realizar este tipo de estudio se tomó en cuenta la metodología, que consiste en buscar las fuentes más creíbles como es la Bibliografía en la Biblioteca Urania Zelaya, FAREM-Estelí, Libros, tesis relacionadas con el tema, libros en la página web. Se analizó el impacto que han tenido las mejoras aplicadas a los elementos más importantes de los procesos de trabajo que se realizan en la organización, en los servicios que se ofertan. Es una investigación aplicada, de carácter descriptivo y se enmarca metodológicamente en un enfoque mixto y de corte transversal. La muestra la constituyeron los 22 colaboradores que forman parte de la empresa. Para la recolección de esta información, fue necesaria la utilización de instrumentos como encuestas y entrevistas, la cual sirvió como base para conocer los problemas existentes en dicho lugar. Este estudio se basó en el supuesto el cual sugiere que la innovación, contribuye al proceso productivo de la empresa. Los principales resultados se enfocan en lo siguiente: se establece la influencia de la innovación en el proceso productivo, es decir de qué manera han aportado los cambios innovadores en los procesos de trabajo de la empresa y se describe las innovaciones en los aspectos más relevantes de sus servicios, así como se identificaron los beneficios de las mejoras aplicadas en los aspectos más relevantes de la organización

Influencia de las TIC en el proceso administrativo

This article analyzes the influence of ICT in the administrative process of the tobacco company Perdomo Cigar S.A, as well as identifying the benefits of implementing these tools. Different data collection techniques and instruments (surveys, interviews and observation guide) were used for the scope of the objectives set out; these instruments were selected because their design provides the basis for exiting the objectives because it facilitates everything from the most general and abstract aspects to the more specific issues. The methodological design selected for research provides the elements necessary to collect and analyze the variables, as well as respond to the hypothesis. Among the most important results are that the company has introduced better technological tools in order to facilitate, streamline and automate administrative processes. The company provides its employees with the tools you would need to carry out their activities depending on the nature of their functions. Technological applications make it easier to capture the data at the place and time it is generated, and to access the information where and when it is needed; the implementation of the systems has been improving the processes in all the activities that the company develops, makes it more agile, are increasingly supported makes each area of the company interconnected and more functional. Both administrative staff and management agree that the implementation of ICTs in processes is of paramount importance as the success of the implementation does not depends on them if not the handling and use they are given.Este articulo analiza la influencia de las TIC en el proceso administrativo de la empresa tabacalera Perdomo Cigar S.A, así mismo, identifica los beneficios de la implementación de estas herramientas. Para el alcance de los objetivos planteados se utilizaron diferentes técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos (encuestas, entrevistas y guía de observación); se seleccionaron estas herramientas debido a que su diseño proporciona las bases para darle salida a los objetivos debido a que facilita desde los aspectos más generales y abstractos hasta las cuestiones más específicas. El diseño metodológico seleccionado para la investigación proporciona los elementos necesarios para recolectar y analizar las variables, así mismo, dar respuesta a la hipótesis. Entre los resultados más importantes destacan que la empresa a medida del tiempo ha introducido mejores herramientas tecnológicas con el fin de facilitar, agilizar y automatizar los procesos administrativos. La empresa proporciona a sus colaboradores las herramientas necesitarías para la realización de sus actividades en dependencia de la naturaleza de sus funciones. Mediante las aplicaciones tecnológicas se facilita tanto el captar el dato en el lugar y el momento que este se genere, como el acceder a la información dónde y cuándo se precise; la implementación de los sistemas ha venido mejorando los procesos en todas las actividades que desarrolla la empresa, lo hace más ágil, están cada vez más soportados hace que cada área de la empresa este interconectada y sea más funcional. Tanto el personal administrativo como la gerencia coinciden que la aplicación de las TIC en los procesos es de suma importancia ya que del éxito de la implementación no depende de ellos si no del manejo y uso que se les da

β-Caryophyllene: A Therapeutic Alternative for Intestinal Barrier Dysfunction Caused by Obesity

Obesity is an excessive accumulation of fat that exacerbates the metabolic and inflammatory processes. Studies associate these processes with conditions and dysregulation in the intestinal tract, increased concentrations of lipopolysaccharides (LPSs) in the blood, differences in the abundance of intestinal microbiota, and the production of secondary metabolites such as short-chain fatty acids. β-Caryophyllene (BCP) is a natural sesquiterpene with anti-inflammatory properties and with the potential purpose of fighting metabolic diseases. A diet-induced obesity model was performed in 16-week-old C57BL/6 mice administered with BCP [50 mg/kg]. A reduction in the expression of Claudin-1 was observed in the group with a high-fat diet (HFD), which was caused by the administration of BCP; besides BCP, the phylaAkkermansia and Bacteroidetes decreased between the groups with a standard diet (STD) vs. HFD. Nevertheless, the use of BCP in the STD increased the expression of these phyla with respect to fatty acids; a similar effect was observed, in the HFD group that had a decreasing concentration that was restored with the use of BCP. The levels of endotoxemia and serum leptin increased in the HFD group, while in the HFD + BCP group, similar values were found to those of the STD group, attributing the ability to reduce these in conditions of obesity
