Peningkatan Perilaku Cinta Lingkungan pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Melawi di Taman Kanak-kanak Yosi Kabupaten Melawi

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan diadakan analisis data, secara umum dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dalam peningkatan perilaku cinta lingkungan melalui kegiatan merawat tanaman hias dengan kategori “baik”. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam peningkatan perilaku cinta lingkungan melalui kegiatan merawat tanaman hias dengan kategori “baik”. Dalam hal ini langkah-langkah yang dilakukan guru berdasarkan perencanaan yang telah dibuat yang meliputi pijakan lingkungan, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan saat main dan pijakan setelah main. 3) Perilaku cinta lingkungan terhadap kegiatan merawat tanaman hias pada anak usia 5-6 tahun berkembang sangat baik

Alternative routes for purification of collagen type I α1 from a whole corn extract

Transgenic corn is capable of producing and storing Type I α1 human collagen (r-CIα1) containing a sequence that assists assembly (foldon) and the mature cleaved form (without foldon). Extracts of ground corn grain spiked with Pichia-sourced collagen (rP-CIα1), with and without foldon, were precipitated with NaCl to purify collagen from host cell proteins. The low acid solubility of host cell proteins (HCP\u27s) along with the acid stability of collagen favored extraction at pH 2. NaCl concentrations \u3e0.75 M provided complete precipitation of rP-CIα1 without foldon and \u3e70% purity. A fractional cut to remove HCP\u27s with 0.25 M NaCl and precipitation of rP-CIα1 with 1.0 M NaCl increased the purity to 95% at the expense of yield. The presence of foldon negatively impacted yield and purity results, 94% and 44% respectively, and these did not improve with increased NaCl concentration. Pepsin added to cleave foldon and host cell proteins prior to precipitation had no effect on yield or purity. Cleavage after precipitation reduced the volume to be treated with pepsin , and subsequent reprecipitation of the partially converted rP-CIα1 improved purity to 67%. The purity of rP-CIα1 with foldon recovered from Pichia extracts was lower (16.8%) than when recovered from corn extracts, but maintained yield \u3e90% and foldon content of approximately 60%

The purpose of this Bachelor`s thesis was to investigate, how was interpreted the transition of schools with Russian teaching language to Estonian one in Russian and Estonian newspapers all over Estonia in 2007. The methods that I have chosen, i.e. Quality and Quantity text research, helped me to answer all research questions and to prove my hypotheses. All in all, 74 articles from eight different newspapers were processed. The results of the analysis showed that the Russian press in Estonia is interpreting the transition of schools with Russian teaching language to Estonian quite neutrally or even positively. However, it has to be noticeable that in this case are criticized not the reform`s goals as themselves, but the preliminary work, that was done before the reform. Articles with positive remark are met rarely and, in general, they are connected with an argument about the official language studying. Estonian language newspapers at the same time emphasize that the Russian schools` reform raises the competitive capacity of Russian pupils and affect positively on the whole process of integration. The interesting fact is that in both cases the only people, who interpret the reform and express their own opinions about this problem, are ordinary journalists. The position of teachers and pupils in Russian schools is not moved to the foreground. It was also found out that in medium- texts the teachers` stuff is usually presented as the passive one, since in newspapers there was not published any information about the activities of teachers` groups. In this connection it is possible to assert that the reform`s interpretation is not so many-sided and impartial, as it could be. The analysis of arguments shows that Russian printed press in Estonia pays a lot of attention to fact, that the State was not enough occupied with preliminary work, therefore there are no any adapted study materials and qualified teachers, who are able to lecture in Estonian language. It is clear, that this work can not be done in one hour and it is impossible to carry out the reform successfully without thorough preparation. And it is obligatory to note all the previous researches and that they proved the same things, even those, which were made 10 years ago (For example, Larissa Vassiltšenko, Tiia Pedastsaare, Maie Solli, Ulve Kala ja Silvia Kera “Venekeelse kooli erinevate mudelitega seotud ootused ja kartused”, 1998). Process integration for recovery of recombinant collagen type I α1 from corn seed

Because of safety concerns and product consistency issues with the use of animal‐derived collagen, several recombinant protein expression hosts have been considered for recombinant collagen corn seed. Full length, triple‐helical, recombinant collagen (rCIα1) is expressed as a fusion with a foldon domain, which must later be removed. Here we have examined integration of purification and foldon removal by comparing advantages of removal before or after purification, using salt precipitation as the main purification step. Because expression levels in available maize lines are low, Pichia‐produced recombinant collagens, both with and without foldon, were added to corn seed germ at the extraction step. Salt precipitation of an acidic corn seed extract yielded 100% of the collagen without foldon at \u3e70% purity without the pepsin pretreatment. With pepsin pretreatment, yield was 94.0% with purity of 76.5%. Analysis of the protein molecular weight distribution of the pre‐ and post‐treatment extracts showed that the corn proteins are largely resistant to pepsin proteolysis, explaining why little benefit was obtained by pepsin treatment. In the absence of pepsin treatment, the recovery of rCIα1 with foldon was still above 90% but the purity was only 44%. This still represented at about 13‐fold purification with a 2.7‐fold volume reduction which would reduce the pepsin requirement for post‐recovery foldon cleavage

This case demonstrates a unique presence of an obstruction in the left ventricular outflow tract caused by the metastasis of a renal carcinoma. Adequate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures were lifesaving in this potentially fatal diagnosis

A review on hot cathode ionisation gauges with focus on a suitable design for measurement accuracy and stability

Considerations on the material of the electrodes and of surface effects are included. The review focuses on the design issues for measurement accuracy, linearity, repeatability, reproducibility, and stability of sensitivity.
