    The objective of the research was describing Pliocene-Pleistocene climatic changes in Bumiayu area based on palynology evidence. The applied method in this research was survey. For sediment sampling used surface sampling method. There are two phases in this research which are field and laboratory research. Thirty six analyzed samples took from Kalibiuk and Kaliglagah Formation in Cisaat river, Bumiayu. The relative age in Bumiayu area on Kalibiuk and Kaliglagah Formation is Late Pliocene-Pleistocene mark on last appearance Stenochlaenidites Papuanus and followed by eight times climatic changes, which caused the changes of the flora and vegetation

    Determination of Supply Chain Performance and Market Performance: Impact of Supply Chain Activities in Indonesian Crude Palm Oil Industry

    Supply chain practices are crucial in determining the performance of firms. The current study investigates impact of supply chain practices for determining the market and supply chain performance in crude palm oil industry of Indonesia. The supply chain activities were taken from previous literature including supplier relationship, customer relationships and waste reduction. The objective of the study was to determine the impact of these crucial supply chain activities on market performance and supply chain performance in Indonesian crude palm oil producers. Data was collected from palm oil producers in Jakarta Indonesia, response rate was observed as 77%. The data was analyzed by using AMOS SEM technique. The relationship was examined between constructs and found mixed results, study revealed few practices has significantly associated with market performance and supply chain performance and did not find any significant influence between supplier relation and market performance; waste reduction and market performance was rejected statistically

    Currently, technology is rapidly increasing advancing and developing. Communication technology, especially smartphones, has experienced rapid development with up-to-date technologies and features attached. Amidst the rapid development of technology and features attached to communication tools, the phubbing phenomenon has emerged which occurs at almost all levels of society. The emergence of this phenomenon become one of the developments of communication technology especially cell phones negative impacts, which results in the disruption of relationships between individuals due to too much focus on cell phones. This phenomenon has a bad impact on technological developments and hurts phubbers mental health. literature reviews or desk research. The aim is to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the phubbing phenomena, which is happening unintentionally in society, by drawing on prior research. This article’s purpose is to provide a comprehensive understanding of phubbing and its effects on communication and mental health in society. The goal is to raise awareness and propose preventive measures to mitigate any additional adverse consequences. The findings of this paper demonstrate that the phubbing phenomenon is a negative consequence resulting from the quick and substantial advancements in technology. In Indonesian society, the phenomenon of phubbing is not widely recognized. From the standpoint of communication ethics, this phenomenon is clearly the opposite of face-to-face communication norms and ethics, as it involves disregarding the individual with whom one is conversing. Ultimately, comprehensive community involvement and extensive study are essential to gain a deeper understanding and develop proactive strategies to address the rise of the phubbing phenomena

    Paleodiversitas Miosen Tengah Berdasarkan Data Palinologi Pada Formasi Cimandiri Lintasan Sungai Cijarian Sukabumi

    Bukti secara palinologi pada waktu lampau telah mencirikan keanekaragaman pada tumbuhan. Studi ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, yaitu pengambilan sampel lapangan dan observasi di laboratorium. Total 13 sampel dari Formasi Cimandiri Sukabumi sudah teridentifikasi memiliki kandungan fosil. Lima puluh tiga polynomorph sudah terindentifikasi, terdiri dari satu tipe taxon marine polynomorph dan 52 taxa polynomorph. Dari jumlah 52 tersebut, 38 buah berjenis arboreal pollen, 5 buah adalah non-arboreal pollen dan 11 adalah Pteridophyes. Umur geologi dari Formasi Cimandiri adalah Pertengahan Miocene terindikasi adanya Florshuetzia trilobata, F. Levipoli, dan F. Meridionalis. Berdasarkan analisis palynomorph, dapat disimpulkan tingginya keanekaragaman tumbuhan pada Pertengahan Miocene yang ada di Formasi Cimandiri. Komposisi palynomorph pada masing-masing endapan menunjukan kemiripan yang tinggi

    Comparing Mutual Coupling of Ring Metamaterial on Square and Vivaldi Array Antennas

    The antenna performance is seen from the S-parameter value. The S-parameter graph can be seen as the return loss (S11, S22) and the mutual coupling (S21, S12) value. This research focuses on analyzing mutual coupling on Square and Vivaldi array antennas using the ring metamaterial method. The value of mutual coupling is considered very important to analyze because it affects the performance of the antenna in which is arranged in an array. The simulation results of the mutual coupling value obtained on a square array antenna use a ring metamaterial is -17 dB at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. Meanwhile, the Vivaldi array antenna uses a ring metamaterial that produces a mutual coupling value of -13.840744 dB at a frequency of 3.0162 GHz. The factors that affect the square array antenna so that it becomes the best to suppress the mutual coupling value between antenna elements are a selection of metamaterial shape and proper placement between the antenna array elements is arranged horizontally

Hal ini telah mengancam keselamatan para penambang, mengganggu penggunaan lahan sebagai daerah pertanian, yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan sumber air tanah, menyebabkan tanah longsor dan mencemari sumber air sungai. pertambangan emas sekunder pada deposito aluvial di tepi sungai telah menyebabkan kerusakan lahan pertanian, erosi sungai dan pencemaran air.
