    The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the Performance of Start-Up Companies in Yogyakarta

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, work environment on employee job satisfaction, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Environment on Employee Performance; to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; knowing the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of organizational culture, and work environment in influencing employee performance at PT Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking from Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta employees as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture on performance; there is a significant influence between the work environment on performance; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance; there is a significant effect between satisfaction on performance; organizational culture indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction and work environment indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction

    This study aims to analyze the effect of buying and selling activities, especially market-day activities, in building students' entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in preparing students to face the challenges of an increasingly complex and dynamic world of work. However, the development of entrepreneurial spirit is often not a major concern in formal education. Market Day activities in schools can be an effective means of building students' entrepreneurial spirit. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Through interviews and data analysis, it was found that implementing market days in schools can develop students' entrepreneurship skills. Students are actively, creatively, and innovatively involved in carrying out tasks related to the Market Day. They learn to create new ideas, interact with customers, manage finances, and deal with various situations and conditions. The results showed that Market Day activities were effective in instilling entrepreneurial spirit and mental character in the students. Several important entrepreneurial characteristics such as creativity, self-confidence, adaptability, financial responsibility, effective communication, cooperation, and decision-making skills can be developed through buying and selling activities on the Market Day. By understanding the positive influence of buying and selling activities in building students' entrepreneurial spirit, this research provides a better understanding of the importance of including such activities in the education curriculum. The results of this research are expected to be the basis for developing educational strategies and policies that are more effective in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future

    PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL-BASED SELF ESTEEM DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DI KOPERASI GUYUB RUKUN KELURAHAN SEMAKI

    In organizations that need a factor that supports the running of an organization well so that the organization can run and achieve its goals. To achieve organizational goals, quality human resources are needed. If an organization has quality employees, they must be retained, therefore organizational commitment is important. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of The Influence of Organizational-Based Self-Esteem and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment. This research uses quantitative research at the Guyub Rukun Cooperative, Semaki Village with a sample size of 150 respondents. The results of this research obtained an Fcount value of 72.254 > from Ftable 3.06 and the results were sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, this means that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Based Self Esteem (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and the dependent variable Organizational Commitment.Didalam organisasi yang mebutuhkan suatu factor yang mendukung jalanannya suatu organisasi yang baik agar organisasi itu bisa berjalan dan mencapai tujuannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut dibutuhkan SDM yang berkualitas. Jika suatu organiasi mempunyai karyawan yang berkualitas itu harus di pertahankan maka dari itu komitmen organisasi itu penting. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational-Based Self Esteem dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berada di Koperasi Guyub Rukun, Kelurahan Semaki dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Hasil peelitian ini didapatkan nilai Fhitung 72,254 > dari Ftabel 3,06 dan hasil sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini berarti ada hubungan signifikan Organizational-Based Self-Esteem (X1), Budaya Organsasi (X2), kepada variabel dependen Komitmen Organisasi
