It is indicated that victimity has internal determinants such as psychodynamic basic characteristics of personality, reflecting an individual level of its functioning and programmable properties that form the content and semantic programs of behavior and activities of a human being, as well as external, which are a set of social conditions that have victimological potential. Teenager’s victimity occurs in the process of victimization. It is revealed that realized boys’ victimity is higher than girls’ one. Boys more often than girls suffer physical violence from parents, older boys and their peers, addicted to actively victim behavior and aggressive victim behavior, often deliberately create or provoke conflicts. They at a conscious level deny the existence of victimological qualities that really is not true. The model of passive victim behavior is inherent for girls in comparison with their boys-peers, who suffered psychological violence more often from both parents and peers. Despite the more critical attitude to themselves the most characteristic features of their behavior are addiction, fear of responsibility, setting for the helplessness, reconciliation with the role of a victim. Preventive measures concerning victim behavior of teenagers must have comprehensive nature, however, for girls and boys may need different preventive measures that promote the prevention of their victim behavior.     Limit cycles of orthogonal projection onto the set of the most remote

    The problem of finding the limit polygonal cycles of orthogonal projection onto the most remote set in the plane is discussed. As a simplest case we have considered projections onto the remote side of the triangle. A criterion of existence and analytical formulas for limit triangular cycles is described. We construct the set of initial points of the sequence converging to the triangular cycle. The examples of limit polygonal cycles are presented.     A Comprehensive Diagnosis of Components of Pedagogical Students’ Research Competency

    Introduction. Nowadays, the aspects of development of research competencies in future experts belong to the most relevant topics, which are widely being discussed both in Russian and in foreign scientific community. One of burning issues in this thematic block is diagnosis of such competencies without which their successful development is impossible. Today, we are witnessing the disparity between a large number of the methods presented in scientific sources and technologies of the formation of students’ research competency and limitation of its criteria and indicators. Moreover, there is lack of adequate methodological tools to estimate objectively the level and quality of scientific literacy and degree of students’ research activity.The aim of the research was to define the content of a comprehensive diagnosis of the components of pedagogical students’ research competency and to justify the criteria, indicators and methods of its evaluation. Methodology and research methods. The methods of analysis, synthesis, generalisation and modelling were employed. The systematic approach was applied, taking into account the provisions of plurality, integrity and structurisation. Results and scientific novelty. The authors presented and described the model of formation of pedagogical students’ practice-focused research competency. The knowledge-based, value-oriented and practical components of the model are correlated to the methods of psycho-pedagogical monitoring, which are relevant to the content of these components. The complex of particular techniques for comprehensive, precise and complete assessment of future teachers’ research competency is designed. The complexity of measurement tools is provided with homogeneity between a theoretical construct (research competency) and operationalised constructs (psychological phenomena estimated in diagnostic techniques). Cumulative application of the selected diagnostic procedures and techniques allows: objective and subjective indicators of formation of research abilities and skills to be compared; motivation and readiness of students for implementation of independent research activity to be defined, taking into account social and professional contexts of its realisation. Practical significance. The authors of the present publication propose to introduce into practice of the higher school the approaches to contents, structure and organisation of the psychological diagnostics of level of students’ research competency, which will give the chance not only to carry out the internal regular and continuous monitoring of formation of one of key characteristics of the identity of the modern expert in educational institutions, but also to optimise the process of multilevel high school preparation, having adjusted work on early identification of its problems and crisis stages to take timely effective correctional measures.Π’Π²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅.     Background. Dihydroquercetin (DHQ) is a natural flavonoid. It has a wide range of pharmacological effects, which includes anti-inflammatory activity. There is a gap in our knowledge about the biochemical mechanisms of the therapeutic potency implementation of this compound. This fact slows down the process of the drug development using DHQ. Molecular modeling is designed to further translate the research from the fundamental experimentation to the real clinical practice. Purpose. The study objective was to estimate DHQ as a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor by using in silico analysis.Materials and methods. The information about the COX-2 structure was obtained from the Protein Data Bank (code 5KIR). The 3D-models of DHQ were generated by using the ChemBioDraw Ultra software. Docking was carried out in the GOLD program after the corresponding validation of molecular modeling algorithms based on experimental data of X-ray diffraction analysis.Results. The design of this study is based on the rational selecting of the virtual ligand structures. It gives an opportunity to optimize the quantum-mechanical calculation. By using in silico analysis, it was shown that DHQ and some of its metabolites demonstrate ability of binding to SER353, SER530, and ARG513 of COX-2 at the catalytic site.Conclusion. Important Ξ±-amino acids for intermolecular interaction of DHQ and its metabolites with COX-2 were determined during this study. Our data can be used for the development of new antiinflammatory drugs on the base of DHQ.Β Π’Π²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅.
